I didn’t realize that I would be taking my own and my kids PCR test at the drive through at this CVS pharmacy today with customers being frustrated behind me making us rush through our tests. Also, I had already entered all my information online when making the appointments - yet CVS needed all the insurance information again (additional delay). If you go in and up to the pharmacy for help you will not only encounter an incompetent staff but someone that tends to appear and suddenly disappear and you’re left speaking to someone new but also ones who shake their heads and swear at you under their mask (so loud you can hear). Please go to the Olney CVS instead! They are amazing!!! AND they have a separate station for PCR testing so you don’t have to wait in the regular pharmacy line and / or deal with unprofessionals.

Beyond exceptional customer service by pharmacist, Asal. I was out of my asthma medication, Asal, went out of her way to contact my RX plan and once that didn’t work; she was able to find a coupon and have another local CVS fill my prescription. She went above and beyond and really saved me not only money but I was able to breath! Top notch!

I was given the WRONG dose of medication (which I did not discover until I tried to take it at home). The pharmacist refused to refund the $80 for the UNOPEN bottle saying it was the doctors fault because this was a new dose. Unfortunately I have not changed this dose for at least 4 months and I have only had it filled there. Horrible and Dangerous service!!!!

Why does a 2 day old CVS already look like it's 20 years old when you walk inside? Same grey carpet, beige metal shelves and fluorescent lights as they've been using forever. Can someone please at least make these boring chains we're stuck with at least a little bit more visually pleasing???
