Daphne was my dental tech and she was wonderful. She told me each step as she worked and respected my request to use hand tools and minimal water. This is more labor intense but I was much more comfortable and she did not hurt me cleaning my teeth. She is the best tech!

Had a hard time finding a dental practice that accepted United Concordia insurance and that also gave me a feeling of comfort and reassurance. I found it at Ashton Family Dentistry and Orthodontic. After Carol the front desk manager and answered my questions about insurance, she offered my wife and I an impromptu tour of the practice and to meet the staff. Dr Eisen took time to step out and introduce herself and to provide a minute to talk about our apprehension regarding coming to a new dental practice. She has a patient centered attitude and is diligent to address concerns and anxieties before and during each procedure. I sure am going to miss her as she moves on but the rest of the staff at the office remain diligent and willing to support my dental needs with such care and positivity that I’m sure to continue to be in good hands into the future. The orthodontic staff provide me with exceptional care and attention for my Invisaline needs and treatment. Thank you AFDO for being a whole family practice.

Dr. Eisen did an amazing job with our child. She took a lot of time to make adjustments and was so patient and caring. I definitely recommend this practice. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly, professional, and organized. I can not recall the Dental Technician that assisted Dr. Eisen but I’d like to note that she was equally amazing and patient with my son. All around, wonderful experience.

Rachel is simply the best! So attentive to my children’s dental needs and they always leave with a smile on their faces. She is excellent with my teeth as well.
