The pharmacy manager is the biggest c word. She should never have a job working with people. My husband has been telling me for years how horrible this place is, and now I've finally switched over to a more reputable pharmacy. Don't waste your time or money here. They're so incompetent I don't want them messing with my meds. Rude rude people. Karma will get her.

This is the worst pharmacy ever! Their prescriptions are never ready when they say, the people are rude! The store management is horrendous! Long lines every time. If there was less than 1 I’d pick that. The only reason that store stays open is because it’s convenient to those that live close, but now the convenience is not outweighing the ridiculous of what goes on there.

Was given someone else’s prescription at the pharmacy and didn’t realize until the next day when going to take my prescription. Called the store and they were very nonchalant and unapologetic. Very irresponsible and won’t be using this pharmacy again.

Poor customers service and absolutely filthy store. Had appointment for multiple vaccines. Waited over 20 min to even get checked in because they couldn't figure out the computer system. That whole time I stood there, the employees talked to each other and even questioned why I was getting those particular vaccinesbut never once actually talked to *me* about my own medical conditions while I was standing right there wondering what the heck was going on. Then they said there was an issue with insurance and they couldn't get ahold of anyone to fix it. In the meantime another couple tried to check in for vaccines and were told they weren't in the system and they could wait but it would be a "very long wait" because only one pharmacist was there, doing both prescriptions and shots. The people who had checked in well before me were still waiting when I finally gave up and left. And while I stood there questioning my life choices, I had a crazy amount of time to stare at the disgustingly filthy floor and counter. That made realize that I probably didn't want a shot here anyway because there is no way anything in there is sanitary. Maybe I dodged a bullet? Avoid this pharmacy at all costs! Wish I had seen the many, many other 1-star reviews before I wasted an hour of my life here.

Horrible costumer service, we had an appointment for vaccines the called to cancel and told us to go on certain day and walk in anytime before 8pm. We waited for 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter a technician called Marwa came to us making upset faces and said to us that we were too late, 20 minutes before closing was not enough time for a vaccine, it would of been nice to know that when the called.

I have serious issues with this Walgreens. Staff is always too busy talking and laughing with coworkers to help someone at the counter. They are always ignorant and never helpful when it comes to prescriptions. I always feel disrespected when I’m in there. Seriously hate this place

I can’t thank the pharmacist, Miss Tolu enough!! My prescription ran out, I had to work later than expected, and she waited for me to come pick up my medication despite the pharmacy closing at 8:00 pm. I couldn’t be more pleased; she could have said come back tomorrow when we are open and she didn’t. Great customer service and compassion. Thank you again!!! ❤️

There were six people in line, five employees in the pharmacy, and no one stepped up to help the pharmacy tech work the front of house. Couldn’t tell if it was lack of situational awareness or lack of caring. Either way, let’s tweak our customer focus a bit, please.

I have loved coming to this location UNTIL it changed to Walgreens. The pharmacy takes FOREVER to pick anything up. You can either sit or stand in line for at least 20 minutes before you're helped. It's very rare you get to the drive through and there aren't people already waiting. They either need more people for the pharmacy or be more prepared. It's a huge inconvenience to anyone waiting. They don't apologize for the wait or that your prescription isn't ready when it's supposed to be

Great experience! My husband and I received our Moderna booster shots here and the technician was wonderful! In fact, he allowed us to be vaccinated together even though our appointments were at different times (no big wait) and he was so polite and considerate. I found the store was clean and bright. I would definitely recommend this Walgreens!

Had an appt for a covid booster. Don't bother. We waited 40 min to be seen after our scheduled appt time and we were the only people in the store at the pharmacy. I asked multiple times if everything was OK and was told, yes we are getting it ready. We ended up walking out and notbreceiving the booster. There were 4 people working in the pharmacy so I'm not sure if they needed more to administer a booster? Hopefully they can figure this out for others!

I wish I could give them no stars. The pharmacy is incredibly slow and unresponsive. I’m not sure if it’s a staffing issue or management is terrible but there is always a line and it’s generally a miserable experience.

After having been to the new Walgreens since the Rite Aid transition 5 times now, I feel confident in giving this location a poor review.We had a prescription called in pre-transition, and were told we had to get another one because they changed over. They say the pharmacist will call the doctor and get another one. This interaction happened two more times with the same response between my wife and I and it wasn’t until we reached out to the doctor ourselves that the previously in good order prescription was then filled. Frustrating that through no doing of our own it took two weeks to get this refilled. Add that frustration to the exorbitant amount of time it takes to complete a transaction with this pharmacy and it’s indicative of a poorly run business.In the five times we’ve been to this location, it has taken no less than 30 minutes to get said poor answers or picking up/dropping off prescriptions. It doesn’t matter if there are two people in line or 10, you better make sure you have a spare 40 minutes if you visit this location. This evening, a gentleman 4 people behind me loudly(and vulgarly) complained of similar multiple experiences of extremely long wait times. I can’t tell whether it’s staffing, incompetence, poor corporate operations, or what, but the 5th time is enough to encourage me to switch. It’s 2020 and Walgreens is a publicly traded company. There’s no excuse for this poor service.I’ve dealt with Arnold professional pharmacy in the past and will be moving my business there as they deliver and will not needlessly waste my time and money.

Since Walgreens bought out Rite aid, the service has gone way down and the prices have gone up. The line for the pharmacy is often long inside and out. I just spent an hour there trying to get my meds. There was a mix up with the insurance, so there is that to add to the time spent. But then the staff person ran my card with out telling me the cost first. $260. She never ran either of the discount cards I have on file. So then I had to wait in line again to get it fixed. I'm done with them. Every other time I go, there is an issue.

I have had a problem with my prescriptions every time I have needed a refill. The last time I went I asked for my prescription to be delivered to my house. No tracking info or anything was given for two weeks and I needed my prescription the week that I requested it. They were already late for my prescription and I went into Walgreens to ask why my prescription hadn’t been delivered yet and they told me they had no idea where my prescription even was anymore and refused to give me another. A man ended up taking me to the front where they keep the prescriptions that need to be mailed and mine had yet to be sent out and I made the man give it to me then. Recently I requested another refill. Walgreens told me it was out of stock. Two weeks later it is apparently still out of stock and I had no information regarding my prescription what so ever. I called and talked to a rep and they told me my pills have been in and that they were making it ready for pick up. So my pills have been in for two weeks? When they told me it was out of stock and never got back to me on my order? It’s ridiculous. I should not have to stress this much over my prescriptions. I’m switching pharmacies.

I have lost all confidence in this pharmacy. If you tell someone a wait time of 15 min waiting over hr and a half to be told to have a seat for a few minutes is unreal. If you are busy tell me I’ll come back even the next day if i have to but don’t make it seem like it’s going to be right up when your clearly understaffed. I never had this problem before and now it has become a regular problem here. Get it together or I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

Employees are indifferent to customers. Three people were behind the counter, two were fiddling around ignorning the line. They couldn't find my order and when they found it, it was missing 1/2 of the envelopes. Does this store have a manager?

I’m just disappointed in this Walgreens. The staff is nice. My review is about merchandise. Everyone is putting out fall items. The only item I saw of pumpkin spice was Werther’s Original candies. I saw a video on instagram from a Walgreens that had all this Nightmare Before Christmas stuff, nothing at this Walgreens. I think I’ll drive the extra miles to another Walgreens.

The worse Pharmacy and customer service I have ever received. Always a problem with your refill when I tried to complain they told me to go to another Walgreens . Told me they would give me a few of my anti-seizure meds because they messed up the prescriptions then told me they wouldn’t give them to me. Would advise anybody to go else where

This Walgreens needs a new management overhaul. Made an COVID test appointment at the pharmacy online. Even had the appointment verified by the Bay Dale location. On the day of the appointment I head to the drive through just for the Pharmacy tech to tell me they aren’t doing covid tests today. Thanks for the heads up Walgreens. The Bay Dale location should have notified those who scheduled tests that they were canceled. Don’t waste your time, go to CVS instead.

This location in Arnold off Bay dale Rd.Is the most unprofessional pharmacy I've ever delt with u call get put on hold just to have a non professional person answer the phone to put u on hold again.There drive through is a whole other issues unprofessional staff leaves u setting in the window at drive through for 10 to 15 min that's before they see what I need an then it's another 10min an they can find half of your order.How does this place stay open.Everyone who reads this run don't walk to Rite aid in severnpark up by the parking area for the bus line so much more professional staff an a great pharmacy.Good buy wallgreens

This has got to be the worst pharmacy EVER! I’ve used this pharmacy several times and it’s always been a total mess. Prescriptions aren’t ready on time, calls/texts with information related to your prescriptions aren’t right, they leave you on hold for long periods of time and often never return to take you off hold. The Walgreens corporation needs to take a serious look at this dysfunctional location. I’m taking my business to another pharmacy.

Twice in a row now I have called to refill a prescription. I was told it would be ready any time after 10am the next day. TWICE I have shown up the following day around 3pm, only to be told there were no orders for me, and that they have no call on record.AVOID IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT YOUR MEDICATION

Can't refill online or automated phone call.Despite being told this is a Walgreen's pharmacy in a Rite-Aid store for the past year, Rx #s are "invalid.". You have to wait on hold to speak to someone... eventually.2/14/2020: called for Rx refill on a tube of cream. Don't have it in stock, will have to order (standard response for even common maintenance meds). Should be there on 2/17/2020.2/17/2020:. Go into store. Can't pick up order because insurance said too soon. Earliest I can pick up is 2/20/2020.2/20/2020:. Call for status. Automated line says under pharmacist review.2/21/2020:. Call at 1:38 pm. Same pharmacist review hold message,so I opt to speak with rep. Speak with live rep at 2:05 pm. Ask her for true status. She says she'll put it in front of pharmacist, & it'll be ready in 1/2 hour. Got in line at 2:43 pm. At 3:05 pm, told to wait for a minute because she's putting in front of the pharmacist now. I ask, "For a minute, or an hour, because I'm pressed for time?" Told a couple of minutes. Pretty sure I heard rep tell pharmacist they had returned Rx because I didn't pick it up within 3 days. 3:28 pm left without acknowledgement from staff. No Rx.2/22/2020:. Picked up Rx 8 DAYS after initial request for REFILL, 3 phone calls & 3 trips to pharmacy. Never once received a phone call, text or email with any status.
