The manager on duty tonight was very very rude. And accussed my daughter and I of lying, which I asked her to go look at the tape. She stated we didn't push the button. I will not recommend anyone go there and I will not return until she apologizes or someone from management contacts me.

firstly, for Natalie 5 stars. she assisted with my passport photo today. I appreciated her friendly and engaging personality and sticktoitiveness (when the computer acted up) during this visit.unfortunately, 5 stars would totally skew the at-a-glance rating for this location.as there was no one in the photo area or anywhere else in the store...I had to get in line to ask the one cashier to call someone for assistance (even though she looked at me several times waiting in the photography department). this is not the first time I've had to get in the queue just to get help.I've never seen the place not a mess...and today was no exception. there were piles of boxes in the photo area and in the walkways carts and a rolling shelf (with products to be returned to stock?). and oh yes, valentine balloons with weighted ribbons touching the floor, cluttering up one aisle (one woman tripped as the ribbon caught her foot). understaffed/poor management? I overheard one employee called out today (from the sounds of the conversation, it's a trend). also overheard ppl don't know what has been done by whom or needs doing/ordering. a simple task board would make that clear.

I stopped by this location to grab some snacks and some drinks for my spouse and for me. It was easy to get into and out of the store without any issue. I did fine it was difficult to distinguish the entrance of this store from the entrance of the other store has neither one was clearly marked as to which doorway belong to which store. Either way the product in the doorway was kind of a giveaway. I was able to get into the store quickly, locate the snacks that I wanted and go right to the register where there was a waiting cashier. I used my cell phone to pay for my items and I was on my way without incident. I did find that the parking lot is extremely crowded and not very well laid out as far as parking spaces. The are faded to the point that I feel it's a extremely congested parking area that would cause fender benders to happen.

I’ve never had a better experience at a pharmacy than here. The staff are so helpful and you can actually get through when you call. I couldn’t recommend this pharmacy more.

I have nothing but problems with this pharmacy. The girls that work the counter are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. They aren’t only rude in person but when I Finally get through on the phone they are very rude and disrespectful. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Walgreens pharmacy has some of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. Also extremely slow. Filled my prescription incorrectly. I verified with doctor he sent it correctly. I’ve been trying to call and no answer. Going elsewhere.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! They received my prescription, but their backlog caused them to put me into a queue so it wasn’t ready when I went to pick it up. They told me they needed 20m to fill it so I went to run another errand to kill time. When I returned, I waited in the line only for them to tell me that they did something incorrect in their computer system and it locked my records on them. I had to wait an hour or more for it to “hopefully reset” so they could fill the prescription. I had the Dr. send the prescription to another pharmacy who told me that it was “in process” at Walgreens so my insurance won’t cover the medication, I have to go back to the Walgreens to get it there. This wasted so much time and I paid for the prescription out of pocket to just be able to go home with it. I would suggest that EVERYONE go somewhere else.

Pulling all of my family's prescriptions after three incidents in two weeks of receiving only a portion of my prescription. On each occasion there was no word from the pharmacy as to why I received a partial order. I think they were hoping I wouldn't catch it each time. I called in a refill for my blood pressure med. Last time it was filled was May, I got 180 pills. I take three a day. This would be a two month supply. Running low, I refilled the script (had a refill coming) Picked up order. When I got home, saw it was for 90 pills. One month's worth. No explanation. Called, and explained them I am leaving for 6 weeks and need the full order of 180. They said they only refill for 90. I explained and explained that last time it was for 180. I need the same again. I am going away and need to bring at least 126 pills with me. I might as well been explaining this to my pet. So afterall that, she called me back and said she has the 90 waiting. But that they don't have enough to fill the 190. And that I (meaning me) will "have to call around other Walgreens to see if they have enough." This is for the med Cardizem. A really, really common med. But it gets better... the second med in the order was a script written for 30 tables. They filled 15 saying that my insurance will only pay for 15. I have had the same insurance for years and each time I get a refill for 30 tablets. Incident number three was two weeks ago, when I went to pick up a script for 36 of a different med prescribed by my doctor. When I got home, I found they had filled it for 28. Again, no word...they took a gamble that I might not catch it.All this to say is that one of two things is happening here: Either there is some squirreling away of meds by pharmacy personnel, especially the controlled ones. A doc is writing for a certain amount, and they are not dispensing the full amount, but only a partial order. Luckily I've caught it each time. An elderly person might not.. OR, they have been busted for mis-dispensing controlled meds and have some directions from above as to how to reduce the number of controlled meds they are dispensing. Either way, I'm talking to both the Maryland Board of Pharmacy.

The pharmacy hours are now Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:30 pm which means that people who work typical business hours or who work out of town or who can't get to the pharmacy on their lunch break, can no longer use this pharmacy. AND... They just now announced that they will take a "Meal Break" for a half hour at lunch time. We now need to move all of my family's prescriptions to a pharmacy with hours that accommodates working folks. Times must be tough for Walgreens.

Terrible customer service. I just moved to the area and needed a new pharmacy and prescriptions transferred. One medication was difficult to get approved by my insurance because of an error in the dosage. Conversations with the pharmacist to work out the discrepancy made me believe that I was just bothering her. Repeated phone calls to the pharmacy took 20-30 minutes of being on hold and being hung up on. While I was waiting for a prescription, I asked if I could get a flu vaccination. The pharmacist, again seemed bothered about giving the vaccine. These encounters were all within a 4 day time frame. I’ll find another pharmacy that is managed and staffed appropriately.

This review is for the pharmacy ONLY. My daughter needed some medicine urgently she is a newborn and hasn’t been added to my insurance policy yet. Instead of running it through my insurance I was told that it couldn’t be done (my insurance company later told me this was untrue) and I ended up having to pay full price over $200. My daughter has been since added and I was told they can’t rerun through insurance past 7 days which does me no good. The pharmacy techs were very rude and unhelpful about the ordeal and none of this is my fault. I feel like I’ll use another pharmacy in the future even though this One is closet to my house.

Called and specifically asked if they had something in stock, the answer was a confidence boosting fast-"yes", absolutely. But I pressed with "are you sure, do you want to check?" No I'm sure.I was there in 30 minutes. They said sorry all out, are you sure it was this Walgreens? I showed my phone call history, said it was a women. They spent the next 5 minutes apologizing, offering the I'm sure it was a misunderstanding in communication. Excuse. In reality the employee's are underpaid, overworked, under trained, uncaring, inproperly motivated, lazy or any combination you choose. I blame the corporation not the employee. There is no internal consequences for this. The management has no stake in customer satisfaction, the employee blames the "computer". The corporation only cares about stock price, ROI and cutting costs .

I had a horrible experience w/ Pharmacist Rahbi (sp?) at Store #19313. She is incredibly inconsiderate, highly unprofessional, wreckless, and a threat to the Walgreens franchise. She took it upon herself to instate a completely arbitrary rule about when a prescription could be picked up, despite the fact that both my Dr. and my Insurance approved the refill for immediate pickup. All previous refills and pick ups for the same medication were never held or blocked by the other professional and helpful pharmacists at this same location, nor did they quote or follow the made up rule that Rhabi decided to use to prevent me from getting my prescription prior to leaving town. Someone as incompetent and irresponsible as this pharmacist should not be allowed to work in a setting where they let their unfounded personal opinions and actions impact the health and well-being of the public they are supposed to be helping. She’s a danger to public health and a disgrace to the pharmaceutical industry.

How is it possible that this location runs out of COVID vaccines for children when an appointment has been made two weeks before? First, I get a call telling me they need to cancel my kids’ appointment because they don’t have enough staff, and won’t be opening again on Sundays. I then get a confirmation for the appointment the day before, so, to make sure my kids still have an appointment, I show up at 3pm to confirm said appointment and to make sure they are in fact, open. Then I get a call right before the appointment to tell me they are out of vaccines but I can make an appointment for the following day? How can they run out of vaccines when they do it by appointment only and the appointment was made two weeks before????? Do they not know how to count, or did they give my kids’ vaccine to someone else who just walked in and ask for it leaving my children without their dose? I am a working mom and can’t just take time off from work because this place doesn’t have their act together.

This location of Walgreens was. Rite Aid before they were mostly bought out by the Walgreens company. What a disappointment. I loved that Rite Aid, although a little shabby, the employees were friendly, professional and helpful for the most part. The prices were also reasonable and consistent, and you could find just about all you might need at this Rite Aid. Since changing to a Walgreens it has seriously gone downhill. The prices have risen quite a bit and on occasion the price marked on the shelf was lower than the price that I was charged. ( This has happened to me at CVS at numerous locations and many different times- I no longer shop at CVS).The selections have been reduced and some items that I consider standards are only available now in the Walgreens brand products, which I find to be generally inferior. While some Rite Aid brand products I found to be better than name brand options ( ex., eye drops)The store is brighter and cleaner looking but that is the only positive change I’ve noticed. The employees mostly remained through the ownership shift, but honestly they all seem a little depressed now. They seem more grouchy, less helpful, less patient, less friendly and don’t seem to care as much about professionalism. Which hints at a less positive and inspiring work atmosphere and worse working conditions.I used to enjoy shopping at the Rite Aid, now I dread going to that Walgreens. It is my neighborhood drug store so very convenient ( I can walk there), but now I sometimes drive miles to the Rite Aid in Severna Park instead.I am very disappointed that my pharmacy options are increasing coming down to deciding to try my luck at one of two disturbing choices- Walgreens or CVS. Rite Aid come back please!

I had a poor experience today with Kimberly from Walgreens. She was unwilling to help me find an item, telling me it was out of stock. It was not. She also made it problematic for me to pay the price listed on the shelf, saying that the tag was not updated on schedule, which is not my problem.

Never had a bad experience at this location. Staff are kind and helpful. Super bonus having the liquor store in the back - what a great place to shop for vino. It's a laid back place - treat the staff well and they respond in kind with great service and a wonderful experience. Great job!!!

Ugh! This place really crapped itself after Walgreens took over. The old staff are gone. They stopped auto-filling my Rx, so I have to always remember. They went from being a helpful service to a full time baby-sitting job.

A little gem that not everyone realizes has a liquor store inside. I stop by occasionally and will find a few bourbons that have decent prices compared to other stores that solely specialize in adult bevs. It’s worth a trip to find a sale item and the people are always friendly.

I only write reviews if I've had a truly horrible experience somewhere. Do not go here to print your photos. The machine does not have any way to pull pictures from the internet/facebook and the computer is so slow its unusable. After having my phone (newest iphone) connected for 40 minutes I had to give up because it was taking so long to load my photos, literally (my mistake for waiting that long). So long as you aren't printing photos, this store has one redeeming quality in that it sells alcohol in the back half of the store if you need booze in a pinch.

Pharmacy is awful! They regularly don't have what you need (and you don't find out until you attempt a pick up). If they say they'll request a refill from a doctor for you... they don't. Dropping off a prescription takes forever. They just don't care, take your business elsewhere!

I ;was so sorry to read the two negative reviews. They ALWAYS call my Drs. for refills and I usually have them the same day. They are by far the most thoughtful druggists and assistance I have ever known. Thank you!
