Everytime I come into this store, it's always an argument over product I get from the kitchen. I ordered a family cheese fry. Comes with 2 cups. Then ordered 2 more cheese cups. Bringing my total to 4. They want to argue with me. Trying to get me to over pay for cheese and tell me my 2 cups are 8 oz. I'm not blind or stupid. This is ridiculous. I wish I could go to a royal farms here in Annapolis that wasn't a nightmare. It's always an argument.

Infrequent this store a few times a week because I sail out of Eastport a few blocks away!! Store is always stocked and is a simple one stop shop for anything I need!!! Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable

Annapolis MD Royal FarmsLast 2 times within 6 weeks that I visited this store, it was filthy! Management pay attention! We will not support this store until I know cleanliness is an important priority! There are other chicken choices.

The fried chicken from Royal farms is a go-to for us when we're too tired to cook. Love the spicy chicken tenders and the french fries are awesome. I also love the buttermilk biscuit that you can get instead of the bread roll with your chicken. The people who work here are really nice and friendly. When they've had to substitute part of our order because something wasn't available, they gave us a good alternative.

I was really hungry because I haven’t ate dinner yet. I came here and order a burrito with bacon and cheese. There was no tortilla which was understandable since it was night time, so the gentleman replaced it with white bread. The sandwich was really good and though the guy who made my sandwich had a lot of orders he was nice to all the customers even though a lot of them were rushing him.

Staff member A.J. was disrespectful while I asking questions how to redeem Royal Farm Rewards. Kept raising his voice as I was trying to ask the questions. Too bad, I used to like going to that store, never had a problem before. I gues one less customer does not matter to Royal Farms.

This has been a daily stop for me for many years and I have had a great rapport with many of the people that have worked here over the years. I have seen a lot of genuinely nice people come and go at this location. These days, I get the same grumpy cashier who won't look the customer in the face, never responds to my daily thank you. Now they have a new manager.... where to start, he does not engage with the customers and if there is a long line won't jump in to help out, in fact he hides in the back.

Been going there for years. Now frequently opens late. I can't complain about the employees like the guy below, because I'm not too stupid to use the computer to order what I actually want. If they'd freshen up their coffee more throughout the day and actually open on time I would be more enthused. If they run their businesses like this I am glad they did not get the location downtown.Edit: Got served stale bread two out of my last three visits and the third sandwich was so drenched in mustard as to be inedible. I'm done with this place.

This is the dirtiest Royal farms I've ever seen in my life every time I go in there this place is dirty every day I get the same coffee and it tastes different today is my last day the Royal farms in Baltimore are cleaner than this one over eastport if I knew how to get the health department involved I would

It is convenient and has a no fee ATM machine. If you like Royal Farms food, there is plenty of it there plus the normal convenience store fare. They are open 24/7 too so that is a plus for late nighters and very early birds.

Filthy store, rude workers, and the coffee machine needs to be clean. This use to be a nice convenience store but the food and cleanliness needs to be addressed asap.

Sign on the door 5 am to midnight! And I'm at the store at 5:30 and nobody is here and the store is dark this is not the first time. Don't depend on the store being open in the morning

They don't have bathrooms. Have to pay for the cup before you get one. And the service was lousy. I am shocked this store has stayed open.
