Very helpful lady helped me pick out some probiotics for my dog on Sat. Nov. 25th 2023 at night. First she helped me by answering the phone before I stopped by there she was able to answer some questions for me and then when I actually got to the store she was able to help me retrieve the items that I call about and she was very helpful. She may have been the manager on duty but I don't know for sure. Whatever your name is, thank you Miss!Thank you!

I took my dog in for a full service groom and was very happy with the service . Shelby was the groomer . She was super nice called me to ask if I wanted to drop off my dog early due to a no show which made it so much more convenient. She said my dog would be ready in 3-4 hrs and I was surprised to have her call me about 2 hrs later . My dog is a bit nervous and picky with leg trimming so I paid extra for scissoring , the groom was great . I think Shelby did a really nice job and hopefully she’ll be there when I book my dogs next appointment.On a side note I’ve been here a few other times with a couple other groomers the first one was excellent but she’s not there anymore . Another groomer slipped and put a bare spot on my dogs back but she comped the cost of the groom , which was nice . I’m hesitant to bring my dog to a large box store facility but will continue if my dog is safe and the groom is done to my expectations.

I have visited this place twice for grooming. The first time they nipped my dog. I let it go as an accident and tried a second time, the second time they were really busy and my dog was nervous (which makes sense since they had cut him before) they tried to make it seem like my dog was being aggressive, just to send me off and not service me. I have taken my dog to the vet and a different groomer before and he has never been aggressive. Both times the employees were also rude right at the door it’s like they don’t want to answer any questions that you may have. Worst place ever!

Took my cat to pick out some toys because why not, he deserves to be spoiled. I’ve never seen people so happy to see a cat on a leash. Staff was so welcoming and friendly to me and my furry friend. He definitely found his new favorite bed and employees had no issue ringing me up while he showed off how he looked on the bed. Clean and easy to find products!

Fairly decent overall experience when we come here for our bearded dragon and betta fish stuff.. however, we purchased a bearded dragon on 10/30/21.. today is 11/14/21; we took our bearded dragon to the vet and our pet was diagnosed with ringworms from eating crickets (that we’ve only been purchasing from here since picking our pet up). Just a safe and sensitive reminder that although your bearded dragon enjoys / can consume crickets, PLEASE consider feeding them a dubia roach / vegetable diet or other insects from a certified insect breeder or exotic pet store. I don’t blame PetSmart for selling us a sick beardie, but please also make sure to give it the best care and love. ❤️

The grooming salon is terrible! I will never take my dog back here again. They are unprofessional and not accommodating. Don't take your dog here. Store management is not customer service oriented either.

Drove over bay Bridge to Housley road store for a dog whistle." In stock". Not in stock. Second time now this has happened. Then they pull the bait and switch on you. Other pet smart stores show "few in stock". Buyer beware especially if making a special trip Involving distance and tolls. Most likely am done with this stores tactics.

I had to run in for fiod before they closed. I normally shop at Petco. They had the food i wanted for my pet. The store needs to be cleaned it just feels dirty. Pwt hair over the floor in front of the door. I couldn't wait to get out of the store.

Came for the free pet photo with Santa and was met with miserable people who acted like they didn’t even like dogs. My dogs are polite and behaved, just anxious. Santa was just dreadful and a very sad attempt. The she Santa was not very joyful at all. I guess Santa is gender neutral now. What world do we live in. But what can I expect for a free photo that I had to take myself.As for the store there are always dog clippings from the groom shop right where you have to walk in and out. Thick dog clip dreads on the carpet. Disgusting. Clean up!!

My family really liked some cats here and literally could not adopt them without taking a day off from work and needed an appointment and on top of that they will not let you spend time with outside of the cage without a appointment l. This is making it harder for people trying to help a cat and the cat who could have gotten a home

I recently called to make a sick appointment for my dog who was having trouble breathing and was told they couldn’t see him. I sent a video to Dr Ballard showing how bad he was and they told me they would see him next week or take him to ER. I took him to a private Emergency and my dog had severe asthma which I didn’t know and almost didn’t survive. Thank God the emergency vet saw him or my dog would have died because Banfield and Dr Ballard did not care.

The manager on duty was really rude to this older guy who seemed to be a new employee on register. He was doing his best to help me since I was doing a return and price matching two items to buy. She didn't teach him but instead was very rude and condescending toward Cary. He was so sweet and patient with me and the manger was just horrible. Her body language was completely uncalled for and she didn't even acknowledge my existence. The two stars are for Cary since he was so sweet and kind through the process.

They did a very poor job of grooming my dog. They left locks of long hair all over and didn't touch the hair on his feet and legs even though I specifically asked them to cut it. They said that he didn't like his feet being touched but he is in no way aggressive and Bark & Bean always cut his foot and leg hair without any trouble. You get what you pay for I guess. PetSmart was not worth saving $10
