I was charged an outrageous fee by Meagan for re doing a flea bath that was unsuccessful that had been done 2 days ago. My dog came home with fleas immediately after having a grooming and flea bath for $80.00. I refused to pay an additional $43.00 to get this redone.After 15 years I was told by your store manager I could no longer bring my multiple dogs into your store. This is very disappointing. Stephanie has been grooming my pooches for many years but now I am going to find another groomer. This is beyond professional.

They did not cut his hair. I was charged for a bath I did not want. We only did that because it was mandatory for the hair cut, which I did not receive. They should have attempted to cut his hair before trying to use a machine on a dog that had never been groomed before.

My fur child hair is growing like weeds this summer. Luckily Stephanie was able to fit Henry in to her busy schedule. He looked so handsome on his Birthday and just in time for the hottest temperatures of the summer.

The ladies in the grooming section are and have always been incredible! They really take the time to get to know the pets and cater to their needs. My dogs love seeing them! I truly feel like they treat them as if they were their own beloved fur babies. I have referred many people there over the years and will continue to do so. Those ladies are amazing!!!

Stephanie is courteous and professional and does a wonderful job making our girl beautiful again!!! I'm pretty sure our girl is not the easiest canine to groom. She is a wiggly, tap dancing, prancing and antsy girl but she always comes out happy and beautiful!

Our groomer is absolutely phenomenal with Bandit. She understands that he is an older dog. He will be 16 this year and has some difficulty maneuvering and hearing. She takes time to talk to him and makes sure he knows that she is his friend. He does not mind coming to the groomer because she is so nice to him and treats him well. The other staff are nice as well and dote on him.

The groomers tool time to review the state of my dog's coat and informed me how much would have to be trimmed to address matting. The price was extermely reasoanble. The job was done as promised and generally within schedule. The range of services offered, such as nail clipping and teeth brushing was an extra reason to use Petco.

My dogs get treated well even though they only come in for nail clipping wth buff. I was disappointed that Petco raised this service from $14 to $20 with no announcement. And what's up with the $.99 tool fee?
