I frequent the store and have always been pleased with their service, knowledge, and willingness to help.Stephanie and her team are knowledgeable and will get you what you need forthwith.I can attest to this as they had my very lively 6 mo old lab in the isle, they were sitting and trying in different walking harnesses to properly suit her needs.This is a feat with an EXTREMELY active pup.Thank you and will be back soonest.

I walked into Pet Supplies Plus with my four year old grandson. The store was tidy, well stocked and the prices were great. It was also bright and cheerful and easy to find my products. Rachel, the store clerk was absolutely wonderful with my grandson and helped him pick out kitty toys. She also explained that if the cat tree was sold, they would order a new cat tree (he was very worried that if we did not buy it during our visit, his kitty Simba would never get that special cat tree). I will be buying all my pet supplies from Pet Supplies Plus in the future. I highly recommend this store for all your pet supplies! Thank you! Lisa Harnish and Jake Davis

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They stopped carrying the food I buy for my dog because they didn’t sell a lot of it- I get it, so I asked if I could special order it. I was told ‘no problem’ and filled out a paper with my number to get it ordered. I was told I’d be called as soon as it came in. Two weeks later I called them to inquire. They told me some story about their truck shipments working on a delayed orders by system, but it would be on the next truck. I work in retail, and what they said made zero sense.At this point I got food elsewhere, but would’ve still bought it if it came in. I stopped in 4 weeks later when my supplemental bag was low, and the woman behind the counter was one of rudest salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. She told that they’d never stocked that food, which wasn’t try because I used to buy it from there in the last year. She rudely shrugged and rolled her eyes as if to say “I don’t know what you want me to do about it” and then told me that if the food hadn’t come in yet, it never would. A little communication would have gone a long way here. Also, rule number one in retail is don’t be rude to customers that are just asking questions and trying to give you their money.

Employees here are friendly and professional, layout is easy to read and they have plenty of good product, PLEASE don’t listen to those who leave a terrible and hateful review of this store, they are spiteful and petty people. The employees here work hard to ensure you have a pleasant experience and are helped in any way they can. You can ask anyone who shops here how the service is here and I’m willing to bet 95% will tell you just what I’ve said already. This is a friendly and caring neighborhood store and the employees deserve just as much respect as they treat ALL of their customers with.

Not a huge fan of the selection. Not much is stocked that I need. Staff doesn’t last there very long. They stopped doing a military discount. It’s convenient for me with the location. Not much of a rewards program. Difficult to compete with Chewy. I only really go here for the military discount as it was cost effective. Bummer.

I love Pet Supplies Plus. Staff at the Edgewater and Annapolis locations are very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable. I would recommend I would recommend either of these stores to shop at for your pets needs

The team member who helped me made me aware of a discount I hadn’t known about. She was so super friendly. She went above and beyond. I pretty much always come here for my special, or rather my dog’s special ;-), dog food. It’s a great place.

HORRIBLE! AVOID this storeDoesn't deserve even one star. The Annapolis location on Bay Ridge is conveniently located for me, but every time I go there it's to my huge regret and I am reminded why I usually drive 20 mins further to give my business to another pet store. Terrible service. Cashiers don't know how to use register, will charge you wrong price, and can't correct it on first attempt. I waited thru 4 attempts; employee never did get it right. This isn't a complaint about one employee, it's all of them that have been in store during my visits.... so unprofessional. Don't shop here unless you want an unpleasant shopping experience while also getting ripped off.

First experience, shopping at Pet Supplies. Very knowledgeable about all items received. Whatever you need, for your furry one, this is the one stop store. Shared a pic of my feline Amy, indicated she was long haired. Nilah, suggested an excellent shedding comb, that Amy loves to be groomed with.😺. Was very satisfied and will recommend you to family and friends. Thank You, for the great service.

This is probably my favorite place to get pet stuff. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful (one of them helped me find a specific food based on its shape, it was phenomenal), and prices are reasonable. They even take donations for local shelters, and have a solid rewards plan if you sign up. Worth.

I got very good service on my first try at this new store. We needed to purchase a somewhat hard to find specialty item and Nilah was super helpful and friendly in having it special ordered for us. Definitely worth a visit if you haven’t already.
