Adrian and Joseph were very polite and attentive.I bought tires via tire-buyer and had them shipped to and installed here. The process was smooth and simple. Everything appears to be in working order and drives well. They left my car cleaner than they found it, so all things considered I would recommend.

This location is supposed to close at 8pm, apparently they do not abide by those hours or online appointments. I noticed there were openings on the website for new tire appointments until 5:30pm. I went in at 5pm after work and was told that there's no availability, and that the next opening would be 3 days later. I went to a nearby tire shop and got the tire job completed in under an hour. On my way home passing Pep boys at 655pm, the lot was completely clear and the store was closed. Go figure.

The Customer Service was ABOVE and BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS!!!!!! Im NEW in the area and have ANXIETY when it comes to car repairs and being a Woman but I must say, I felt CONFIDENT that I received a FAIR DEAL on My brakes, rotors and oil change. Thanks Boys 😬I’ll DEFINITELY be a RETURNING CUSTOMER.

I had a great experience overall and service was done well. My only thing was I was informed that I wasn't going to be able to have my car serviced as they informed me they needed more info and were booked the rest of the day, as I put all the info required for my appointment but was able to schedule a new one with the clerk. When my new appointment came, it did take almost 5 hours but they were a bit short staffed and had quite a few cars to service. Again overall great experience

Joseph and Marcell took the time to explain the service inspection and describe the measurements of my alignment. Joseph's input caused me to upgrade my purchase to a 3 year alignment. Very professional and polite. A true value to car owners and the community. God bless them for their hard work at the end of the day.

The staff was excellent. They got a diagnostic code that said the problem is either A or B. They did A and it did not fix it. So they did B and it fixed it. They did not charge me for doing fix B, which I consider more than fair.

Gentleman at the front desk was friendly and professional. However, I was told 1 1/2 - 2 hours to complete my service yet it took 3 1/2 hours. The tires I had ordered when I scheduled my service were not at the shop when I arrived and I had to spend an extra $300 on another set of tires. I was only getting 4 tires put on and an alignment. My truck was apparently on the alignment machine for over an hour so obviously my work was not prioritized although I had the first appointment of the day and was the first person checked in. Other than the person at the desk, I am very disappointed in the level of service. The actual work done was fine but 3 1/2 hours for the simple service I had done with the appointment time I had and being first to be checked in made the overall experience horrible.

I came to Pep Boys to purchase one tire after I had a blowout on the road. Joseph found a tire that met my specifications, but it was a little out of my price range. He was patient as he found another tire that was within my price range and explained the process for beading and balancing. He also expedite the process so that I could get back on the road and back to my day as soon as possible. Highly recommend this tire service center for all your tire needs.

Tire and front end alignment. Alignment was not done properly causing ADAS safety features to malfunction. Service desk informed me the tech had left for the day and come back tomorrow after a 2 hour wait for tires and alignment. I keep my care relatively clean when it was returned there was grease marks everywhere in the interior and I had to take it immediately to the carwash. Also I was told one of my TPMS battery was low when all it needed was to be reset. (Awful job (Wilbure E)Took my car to the Glen Burnie location the next day and it was a toatally different experience. My cars interior was cleaner than when I brought it in. Car was test driven prior to returning to me to ensure the alignment was done properly. ADAS features restored. Big shout out to Louis at the Glen Burnie location!!!PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THE ANNAPOLIS LOCATION!

Made appointment online in website app yet when I got there was told they would fit me in due to online schedule- why allow for online booking if they are not going to honor that appointment time. Then when car was done , drove off to find steering wheel was sideways AFTER THE ALIGNMENT! Brought back and they were rude

I went to get a new tire, and asked them to check which tire was bad. I explained I didn’t remember what tire was bad on my car but I thought it was the back right… they didn’t check the tire and just replaced the back right. I called them very upset and explained that my car was still making the noise. They told me to bring it back and they would fix it…. I asked them what tire it was bad and they proceeded to tell me “the order said front left” without checking my tires again. I left and the noise was still there- and explained I was told there was a “ bubble” in my tire.Today I was told that it was the back left by a mechanic and he wasn’t sure how anyone missed it.This was a waste of my time and money. Do not recommend this place, as they did not listen to my request to check my tire. They said “take it to a mechanic because the sound isn’t from a tire.Brought my car to a mechanic today and he said I need a new tire… on the back LEFT how did A “professional” miss all this? Especially with directions to check all of the tires.

Faster than fast. Sent a Govt vehicle in by tow truck. Walked into the store and checked in for the service (alternator and battery). In about 15 minutes, the quote was in my agencies fleet office email. Fixed in about two hours.

Trustworthy, but sometimes slow. Same day work on several occasions, and replaced all four tires for free due to bad alignment.Took our Ford Transit 350 van for tires and alignment. They were able to get me in the same day, but I had to wait most of the day. Tires wore down poorly over one year due to alignment. Took it back in after having Ford dealership heavy truck mechs do a proper alignment. PepBoys replaced all four tires with no charge, no paperwork, and a handshake.

I had an appointment for tires to be installed this morning at 8am. Appointment website asks if you're dropping off the vehicle or waiting. I listed waiting because I have to be at work around 9. I called to confirm my appointment and was told they'll be ready at 8am. When I arrived, they informed me that they have a staffing issue and won't be able to get to my install for 4-5 hours.

Worst service ever! Was outside for 10-15 minutes. I was way overcharged, but sucked it up because I needed brakes and my children’s safety is my main priority. Also didn’t mention to my husband or get an okay, that one of the services they needed to perform would cost additional money. Went to pick up my truck at 5, had spoken to them multiple times through the day and not once did they mention closing early. No signs on the door or anything. I had to work until 4:30. I knocked for a good 10 minutes, calling as well (the night before Thanksgiving meaning I couldn’t get my only car until Friday and still had to pick up my son’s diabetes medicine) and even though two of the employees could visibly see me, they ignored me. Finally picked up (after 10+ calls) said they would see if they could reboot and hung up the phone, no we’ll call you back or come to the door, no timeline, nothing.. Just plain rude. Stood outside for an additional 5 minutes waiting.. and still nothing. I understand the poor ratings.

UPDATE: I have emailed the owners after his response to this review and am waiting on a resolution. I will update my review again if it's resolved. As of right now we were charged hundreds more for hours of labor (longer than the time the vehicle was physically in the shop)Charges hundreds more than previously quoted for the same work after only a 2 week of time.

Pep Boys (#0343) has one of the best professional customer care teams that I have experienced in the DMV service area in quite sometime. Before contacting them for a badly needed tire for my 2007 Camry, I had spoken to Sam's Club, Costco and Just tires. Neither of the establishments were able to do a tire for me on a same day basis and Friday afternoon. I was told by a friend to try Pep Boys.I was so happy that they not only had the tire but the price was amazing! When I asked if the tire could be put on today within the hour, I was beyond grateful when James the Technician told me yes. Once there in the shop James was very efficient with getting my tire taken care of without any delays. While waiting for my vehicle, the technician Mark continued delivery on handling each customer with care.The gentlemen at this location are a blueprint of customer service. If you need tires, do yourself a favor and visit the Annapolis location. Whether you purchase online or in person you will won't be disappointed! Tire selection and prices were easily found online, and inventories were included. Scheduling an appointment online was seamless. I dropped off my car at the scheduled time, went back to work, and received my courtesy call when the service was completed.
