Unfortunately this store is JUST FOR MILITARY PEOPLE!One of the best place for you buy things with no tax, besides that they sometimes give you a sell alert of 20% off !You can find all kind of stuff in this store clothes, shoes, sunglasses, handbags, iPhone, televisions, jewelry and also all the good brands!Also they have a food court very small with a Subway and Panda Express!Talking about food they have Commissary that you can make your grocery shopping with a great selection of food, vegetables, fruits and always in a great deals!The Navy Exchange is located in a great place in Annapolis and very easy to get there!You can find a gas station, yes you can get gas there also, but the price is the only thing that i don’t think is a good deal!

This was my first time at this "New" NEX. It is a much nicer facility than the NEX of 27 years ago. I found everything I needed. The store is very clean and organized. And our cashier was very friendly.

Cashier # 8283460- TERRIBLE customer service. I put my items on the counter and she just stared at me until I moved them closer to her. Hardly said more than 5 words to me.

Rita and Malachi were incredible! I called ahead to ask if they were available about an hour before close for a last minute tailor. I just needed a patch sewn and within a few minutes, Rita had gotten me all taken care of. This was awesome! Best Tailor experience I’ve had at a NEX ever. Thank you!

It is one of the better NEXs in the area. Great selection across the whole store. Uniform shop is excellent. Tailors hemmed my pants while I waited and was lightning quick.

Worst NEX I have ever been to. I have visited this exchange multiple times and all of the employees at the registers are always super rude. We visited due to a sale they showed online on their website. We went in and found the item and went to the front to do a price match and were told they do not price match their website, which is not true. The manager on shift eventually came up and said they have to give us the discounted price because they do price match their website. This is definitely not the first time an employee didn’t know the store policy. We then had placed an online order to get a few more of the jackets on sale for in-store pickup. The employee told us they got the order and to return in 15 min, once we returned the manger came back up to the front and told us they canceled our order because they refuse to sell an item at such a discounted price and pulled it from the floor.

I wish there were more than 5 stars to give this NEX. I've been to NEX all around the world, and this is the first one that went out of their way to help me tailor a uniform with a 1.5day turnaround and stay open late to help me pick it up the night before a wedding. Nothing but the best praise for the Tailor Shop Staff and thank you to the Manager for helping stay open late.

For active duty, retired and reserve members of the military and authorized family members and DOD.Great selection and service. The store was stocked and very clean. (The ladies room was was exceptionally clean.) Three registers were open so no waiting in line. I found some great sales. I got a pair of New Balance running shoes on sale for $72.00 that were originally $119.00. Also purchased a 3 piece hardside luggage set for $70.00.I have been in many base exchange stores over the years and this definitely was one of the best. It takes over an hour for me to drive there, but it was certainly worth the trip.

This was my first time to the exchange and possibly my last. My wife and I had never been and thought we should check the box. It was nothing special...pretty close to any other exchange, but the Class 6 was inside and pretty empty. In their defense, it is a world wide supply chain issue so that could be the case. Seeing that the Fort Meade exchange is closer (and better in my opinion) just not worth the ride

Come here often for odds and ends. They have good things on clearance often. Very clean store and well organized. The commissary has a great selection of fresh fruits and vegetables

Nice place. Clean. Great selection. Uniform shop in the back. The only issue is they don't make nametapes there but they can order them. Other than that I got a whole uniform, stitched up and everything within 20 minutes.

A good amount of stock in a small store. Newer and clean, well layed out. Staff were nice and busy upkeeping the store. The only quirk was the electronics dept. Who is going to buy 3 year old electronic devices at prices from 3 years ago? Do your homework before considering anything from that section. I have seen this before at the PX but usually only a year.

Convenient location. Easy to grab what you need. If you're into Navy Spirit gear they have a great assortment. Love being able to check out near the liquor as the people there are nice and hardly anyone uses that spot.

Good holiday deals but don't bother with eating the Subway. Sweet tea is a hit or miss on being sweet. Some workers think it's okay to handle food without washing their hands. It makes it pointless for them to wear gloves. Their disregard for sanitation is more than disturbing.

The Navy Exchange is very well stocked with a wonderful variety of household items, clothing, gardening supplies, pet products, electronics and alcoholic beverages. The prices are very reasonable and the customer service is quite good--very helpful and friendly. I found a pet product for half of what I pay at the main pet department stores (Petco and Pet Smart). Clothes are a real bargain, too. The plants are also very competitively priced.

We just left the NEX at Annapolis. I was so disappointed. I took my daughter to get earrings, but the employee there (a female) completely ignored us, even after walking an inch away from her. Another couple walked-in and were quickly greeted with a hello. I don't want to speculate about what took place, but what a disgusting individual. I gave it two stars because the individuals in the commissary were so friendly.

For Military personnel only.Restrooms clean.Small food court with Subway and Panda Express.Commissary-grocery had everything you need and several choice options.Gas station across the street.NEX attached and besides uniforms, and a wall of military chest candy, there was a full range of family and household provisions.There was also a small section of tourist items, holiday decor, commissing/retirement gift wall with assistance for customized needs. Tremendous selection on sunglasses & handbags. I particularly liked that they had several small areas of specialized items such as, Bath & Body, Brighton, Kate Spade, Coach, Perfume Outlet, Bare Minerals, Clinique make up counters.It was like getting a mall in one building. Saving time and money!Customer service was well above excellent!Highly recommend! Let your military family take you! But them a gift!

yesterday I went to nex to buy, I went in the company of my mom, we arrived at the register and the old woman, who attended was rude to us, I showed her my military ID since I am a military family (the things that I was going to They were mine so I was responsible for paying for my things), and she asked for my mom's ID, my mom showed her ID, at the time of paying she tells me that I cannot buy and that I cannot pay either, and I I answered that because I couldn't pay or buy? if my mother and I had already shown him our military id! She insisted very rudely that I couldn't pay, and she said that my mom had to pay, my mom asked her again why I couldn't pay, if they were my things? And She continued ignoring us and saying that I couldn't pay. so my mom ended up paying for my things, just because the cashier didn't want me to pay! I called her superior and she did not say, nor did she do absolutely anything. nor did he apologize to us ..! I strongly disagree that the people who provide care to military or military family members are so rude and ill-mannered. I can't believe I showed my military ID and still the cashier wouldn't let me pay. she is very rude and disrespectful. that is the attention they provide to military families ???

This place has a piece of everything you need. It is wheelchair accessible and spacious. The personnel are pleasant and extremely helpful. I appreciate this place because it makes me feel like they appreciate the service we gave!

Not much to add. Not as cheap as Walmart or Target (even with no tax), but convenient.EDIT: The worst barber shop, ever! People are super nice but their schedule is never accurate; never have enough people cutting hair. Always one barber but a billion people waiting. So even though they say they close at 1700, they'll close early if that have people waiting. Not reliable...

The credit card processing "crashed" during our $900 transaction, but still took the money from our debit card. They subsequently tried to run the purchase again and were declined (because the money was already gone from the account!) They have not yet, after more than 24 hours, allowed us to bring our purchase (a computer) home! This is credit card fraud, theft, and horrible business practice! Avoid doing business with them on large purchases until they can fix their system (which is reputedly subject to frequent "crashes.") Tomorrow we go in with the police.

This is more a review of the barber shop as I sit here in disbelief once again. It's Sunday! You can get a good haircut here but it seems that management doesn't care about hiring barbers. On most weekend you can fine one person to cut hair! On the weekdays you can fine 2 or 3 here at a time. On top of this, they sometimes open late randomly with the only notice given is when you arrive to see a sign on the door. If you show up at 0830 when they open, you won't get into the chair until 0845 because (not all but of them) the employee are getting their at the same time. How can you be a barber but not work weekends? I have to say, if it wasn't for Lupe working here I would've giving up along time ago. Please hire more Barbers to cut hair and get rid of the ones who never want to work on the weekends!!!!!

Good NEX. On the small-medium size but has a good general selection of basic needs.Sells Apple products and has a decent Class VI.Very nice staff.Bonus for EV drivers there is a two-drop charging station in the North-side parking area.Also, the NEX has WiFi which helps since the construction of the building is the standard DoD Faraday Cage.

Very well stocked Navy Exchange. You might be able to get everything you need from here. The staff here are well knowledgeable, some been there for more than 20 years. They have functional uniform section.

out of the way PX has some hard to find items due to i guess low trafficwomens shoes size 11 more than usual. store also VERY clean which was nice.
