I was looking for a discontinued yarn, and lucky for me, Knits and Pieces of Annapolis had it. The store was easy to find, and parking was very accessible .Inside the store they were all types of yarns including some Magpie Fibers, and other similar, high end yarns that I really love. They had needles and other notions easily accessible, and if this was near me, I think I could spend every weekend there. It did take me a little bit of time as I live in Virginia to get there, but it was definitely worth a trip .If you're looking for some fairly nice yarns at a very good price, this is your store.

Lovely little place. I was happy to find a brick and mortar near me. They a nice selection of yarn. They were helpful without being stalkerish. I will definitely go back again and will recommend it to others.

Surprisingly great selection, with top range of bags and notions. Local and regional yarns. Reasonable prices. They ship and have loyalty program. Good vibe and excellent use of space. Clearly supportive to customers, ready to assist search, purchases or help fix problem projects.

No idea there was such a cute little yarn shop so close to me! The ladies that work there are always so nice and helpful. The selection is also AMAZING, there's something for everyone at every price point

What a lovely knit shop. The selection of fibers is immense and the ladies inside are so very helpful. Every time I am in the Annapolis area, this is a must stop for ideas, notions, or just to pet the yarn and see friendly people.

I am new to knitting and this was my first time visiting a local yarn shop vs a big craft store. This shop is so cute. They have a great selection that is well organized. The ladies here were SO helpful! She looked over the pattern I wanted to try, helped me find a great yarn that was affordable, pick colors and needles. She even helped me troubleshoot my current project. If I was local this would be my go-to shop. Highly recommend!!

I love this shop. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They will help you with the selection of yarn if you are new knitter or crocheter. The 2 classes that I took here where well taught and helped me a lot. The owner is friendly and the whole shop is inviting. I highly recommend checking them out.

Really wonderful shop for all your fiber needs. I appreciated the store help and was able to find what I needed from their selection. The animal crochet kits are super cute! I'm happy to find a local small fiber store to support this year versus ordering online 💛

This awesome little shop was my last stop on the Charm City Yarn Crawl. Good thing it is 50 miles from home or I'd be in big trouble! All kinds of great yarns and goodies, cute setup, and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.Even being my first time there the minute I walked in I felt like I was home. I'll be making the long trek back.

I really love this store! The owner is super friendly, the yarn is gorgeous and diverse, and the chairs are comfy as heck. I brought a project I was working on and camped out for several hours one day - great place to relax and craft. The "Wine Wednesdays" are a lot of fun.

This is the best yarn store I have ever been to! Micky was extremely helpful in using his artistic eye to pair yarns for a project. Sale section in the back had a great variety. I can’t wait to come back when I’m in town again!

I found this shop quite by accident. My most favorite yarn shop closed a few years ago and I was positive I would never find another shop that I would love as much. This shop has a wonderful selection of yarn and supplies, the class selection is great, I love they have events during the week for knitting and socializing, the owner is so nice and helpful.

I absolutely love this shop! The owner and her staff are top notch, ever-willing to take time to answer questions, offer help with a project, or just make one feel comfortable to browse for inspiration. They even try to get to know frequent customers by name! Love that!

I visited Knits and Pieces last Saturday and found the owner very, very wonderful. The store has only been open for 10 days but she treated me like they had been there forever. She was happy and smiling and greeting new people as well as helping me find a special yarn for the sweater she knitted that she was wearning!! I can't wait to visit again and hope that you all go to visit this store. Beautiful materials, lovely space and an even lovlier proprietor. I am a beginning intermediate knitter and she made me feel like I could knit anything -- and was so warm and friendly. I can't say enough positive things about this store. Often times I feel out of place becuase of my skill level, but not here.
