Fun food day!! First i had pizza next door, then dessert!! What a dessert it was!! Tropical Banana Split!! All I can say is Ahh-mazing!! Service was great too!! Give it a try! You won't be disappointed!

My Banana milkshake was basically milk with chunks of bananas in it no ice cream at all. Just sad for $6 it also had chunks of chocolate in the bottom I’m glad I’m not allergic to chocolate. I literally drank it in 60 seconds no brain freeze or thickness.

Great ice cream! 2 granddaughters had mint chocolate chip waffle cones and I had key lime pie waffle cone. Delicious. Will definitely try to go back.

If you want a hand made, small town ice cream stand then this is it! We love this shop and it’s a weekly outing for us. Great combos of ice cream and the staff is awesome. Highly recommend.

Love Bruster’s Ice Cream!They always have interesting flavor as well as the classics … all made in-house. Lots of fun specials and specialties. A tad pricey, as you can buy a pint of Haagen-daz or Talenti at a store (even Safeway) for less … although that price differential is slipping as the shrink flatiron continues with our groceries.Any how .. back to Bruster’s - great creamy ice cream. Coats at this location, $6 for an adult small (2 scoops) or $5.50 for a kid’s single (1 scoop), then thing increase in both dimensions.My new favorite after tonight is the “Southern Banana Puddin” - tastes like the real eat down to the bits of Nilla Wafers! Amazing!! (No pic, I slurped that little cup up in no time)

My wife and my grandson decided to get ice cream at Brusters. We went to the window to order after a little while a young man came out. Much to our dismay the young man wiped his nose hand and arm without washing. He opened the window and looked at us finally. My wife asked if he had soft ice cream. The male had a hood over his head and what. Then he said said I don't know what that is. We then left disappointed

I’m an ex employee and have had terrible experience with management here. I made the ice cream for month and was told by the owner that I was the best ice cream maker she had aside from herself. A couple months in we received a new manager who cut my hours, demoted me, cut my pay by 1/4, and stopped scheduling me after I had to call out a few days with the stomach bug. There was no communication, I was simply taken off the schedule and ignored when I texted asking why I didn’t have any shifts. I also found out that employees were not being paid fairly here and we were told not to discuss pay 🚩Though the ice cream is delicious, it’s incredibly fattening. The prices are insanely high compared to other stores in our area because so much business was lost over the last 2 years due to unprofessional social media posting by the owners’. I would suggest spending your money elsewhere and supporting businesses who treat their employees fairly.

Wow! The best ice cream in Annapolis. So many great flavors. I’m in love with the strawberry oat milk💓They seem short staffed but the service was very good. The servers are super friendly!

Ice-cream was excellent but prices are way to high. Service was sub par it took 3 times to get a simple brownie sundae with chocolate ice cream, hot fudge, pineapple, whip cream and 1 extra cherry and I was ask by the person who made it if I could just eat the 2nd one and for a tip. Had they of been busy, I would of understood but it was really slow. I would have to really think extra hard before going there again.

I have visited here with my family a handful of times and each time seemed to get worse with service. The ice cream tasted of straight cream - like heavy cream you'd put in coffee. There was almost no sweetness. The employee wouldn't even consider remaking the milkshakes even though my daughter and I had each taken one small sip to taste (I tasted it after my daughter told me that it was horrible). I reached out to the owner via phone after asking for the contact info. I was either given an invalid phone number or the owner really does not care about unhappy customers because all 4 of my calls were never returned. This is terrible customer service. Unfortunately, this is the 3rd unpleasant visit to this particular shop. The cleanliness of employees is also questionable! The last 2 times we visited, the employees looked a mess - unkept hair (who wants hair in their ice cream?!) and dirty fingernails. Just kind of gross. I liked this place on our first visit and we tried it again a few more times but it just isn't up to par for really tasty, hand-dipped ice cream. My family will be taking our business elsewhere, for good.

Every time I go to this place I'm disappointed. The ice cream seems more ice than cream and does not taste like its being made properly. I'd rather buy a pint from Safeway than eat at this disappointing shop.On a side note, when I've commented to the employees that the quality is inconsistent, they don't seem to care. Which is why I'm writing this reviews.Try making your ice cream great again instead of our country. Apparently you can't do either the right way.

The past 2 times I've visited the service has been great. The cashiers are efficient and pleasant. The 3 star rating comes from the reduced amount of ice cream I've received recently. It doesn't make sense to pay $6 for a sundae to receive one scoop of ice cream.

I mean, it's tough not to like homemade style ice cream with amazing flavors. Bruster's always comes though, whether a simple cone or full fledged sundae with toppings or milkshake, everything is delicious. Where the Annapolis location suffers just a touch is the arrangement of the outside service. It gets crowded right next to the parking lot, not a lot of room, and no where in the front of the building to sit and enjoy the evening with your sweet treat (or sweet human of you're with someone). People end up sitting on or by their cars sometimes in the front lot along the road, not ideal based on how many cars pull in and out, but it's not that bad, just something you should be aware of. No matter what, always worth stopping for a scoop or two that never fails to satisfy.

My child was the only one who had ice cream. So I don't know how it was. It was gone after 15 minutes. Everyone was reading from a regular list of ice cream flavors and all I could see was the premium. Could have asked. I'm not a fan of the ice cream stand and no seating, because most of the time there isn't enough room for people stand around comfortably and not be in the way of those waiting to purchase their treats. We could have gone elsewhere.

I love ice cream - good ice cream. Several flavors from Bruster's fit my requirements. Strawberry and peach (summer availability) are definitely my favorites. Going to Bruster's certainly beats driving downtown, fighting for parking and often negotiating crowds. In fact, that's how I found Bruster's!

This location was horrible!! Stopped for ice cream with a friend and our two dogs after a long park day. The employee was wearing sunglasses inside and looked very messy. He was obviously under the influence of pot but we took our chances. He tried to give our dogs oreo ice cream instead of vanilla, had to wait 10min for him to tell us they were out of the peanut butter cup blast, 20min to get a cinnamon apple dumpling, and never received the vanilla dog treats. So one out of 4 items requested received. More than ridiculous!!

I used to be a regular here three times a week. Some of the employees here are very good and attentive young people. However due to the owner's comments on social media I will never ever come near this place again. The apology that was made later was complete bull . You said what you meant originally. Now everyone knows how you really feel and your thought process. I'm very disappointed. I've actually met you before.

Bruster's is the place to go to if you are looking for some authentic, belly busting ice cream in the Annapolis area. As a customer who comes monthly during the summer season, I can say with confidence that you will be satisfied with their variety of flavors and custom made creations.Give this place a visit if you are an ice cream lover. The BEST butter pecan ice cream hands down! It’s the only flavor I’ve tried so far, i’m looking forward to trying others. The customer service is outstanding and the staff are happy and friendly. Next time you are in the mood for ice cream, come get the BEST here!

Bruster's Annapolis MD is a favorite. Always love getting great ice cream choices, seasonal options, limited time flavors, shortcake, scoops and more here. Friendly staff and the location is perfect from my house. Definitely will return.

In house made speciality flavors by the staff. The ice cream sandwich six pack is the real deal. Always friendy staff. Its a take away window shop with no inside seating. Great for the kids in summer but they are open year round.

Ice Cream tastes great here but service during the day is really poor. Whoever owns/runs this location is clueless. I've been there several times during the day (2 pm or later) and the window is locked, no "open" light is on, and I wonder if anyone is there at all. I have knocked on the window repeatedly but no one answers. Finally as I start to walk away, someone totally indifferent appears. I'm looking for another ice cream parlor. I'm told there is a system in place that detects if a customer has approached the counter. And employees working in the rear hear a buzzer or are otherwise notified. Really? I wrote a letter to their corporate hq. last year, never heard from anyone.

Brewster's is everything you want in an ice cream shop: it's easy to get to, usually not too crowded, great ice cream, and it isn't essentially next door to another ice cream shop like the 5-6 downtown. They always have interesting flavors.

Delicious! The dairy tastes high quality and every flavor tastes exactly like what it’s supposed to. I.e - the banana pudding flavor tastes just like banana pudding, etc. key lime pie — you get the drift. My husband requested an ice cream cake from here for his birthday! Can’t wait to try it. Bruster’s is FAR superior to main street ice cream. I forget their name. Tourist spot. Brusters should open a spot downtown instead :)
