I brought my 9-week-old Doberman (Buddy) here for ears cropped and dew claws removed. in-and-out procedure. I am very happy with the results. His ears are turning out beautifully. They did an amazing job! Clinic is the BEST for ear cropping! They are highly recommended.

The staff is amazing! I called with an urgent manner for a 2 week old orphaned kitten found with a punctured eye and eye infection. They got us in that day, got “Cricket” abx and I believe she weighed a whopping 10oz. Well she is now 2 weeks older and almost 1.5lbs. Lucky little kitty and spoiled rotten.

I have been taking my young Cavalier King Charles here, and the care and customer service have been consistently excellent. Tanjii is always friendly and kind with a great sense of humor, and I love how Meghan makes me feel like I own the cutest dog in the world! Teresa is great, too, and did a masterful job helping get the bloodwork done for my wriggly pup! Dr. Hamilton treats her patients with great care, and I can tell she genuinely enjoys her work. The office was short-staffed today due to staff illness, and I was super impressed with how hard Dr. Hamilton was working to wear many hats and make things run smoothly!

We were struggling to find a reputable place to crop our Cane Corso's ears in our area so we made the drive to Annapolos to visit Annapolis Veterinary & Wellness. Dr. Hamilton and her staff are very friendly and took the time to answer all of our questions to make sure we were comfortable with the process. We provided Dr. Hamilton with a few pictures of ear crops we liked and she worked her magic! Our Pups ears turned out amazing!Update 24 May 2022 - We are so happy with the way our dogs ears turned out. She is now almost 3 years old and 120lbs and her ears look perfect!!

At first I was a little hesitant about curb side service since this was Samson’s first trip to the vet since I adopted him so I didn’t know how he would react. But WOW! I am amazed at the quality of service this team provides. From the first phone call to the checkout they make it so easy. They are very welcoming on the phone and make you feel important and valued. Kayla greeted me at my car and she was full of energy and excited to meet my dog. I was given a sense of comfort knowing my dog was in good hands with Kayla. Even though Samson is not aggressive in any way, they were able to accommodate my request to not have him interact with other dogs and take him directly into a room. Thank you for taking amazing care of Samson. 🙏🏼

If I could give Annapolis Veterinary & Wellness more stars, I would!! From their receptionists to techs to doctors they are all kind, attentive, understanding and knowledgeable. Being a first time dog owner of a rescued puppy, I have received the best service. They were able to fit me in their schedule as a new patient within a week (unheard of at other places) and I have fully trusted the service my puppy is receiving. I have already recommended to my friends with new pets also. Your pet will be happy here :)

We went to Annapolis Veterinary & Wellness today for the first time with our (1) year old puppy and had a great experience. Everyone at the office (front desk, vet techs, and Dr. Hamilton) could not have been more welcoming and kind! Dr. Hamilton was very thorough and took the time to explain test results in detail. They even got this nervous/sick pup to feel comfortable and smile. Highly recommend!

Every single one of the ladies we came into contact with today were amazing!! They took incredible care of our dog!I'm editing this review a month later to say, our puppy's ears are completely healed and we couldn't be any happier!! Dr. Hamilton is above and beyond incredible!! And our sweet boy sure loves him some Kayla! Thank you again to everyone in this office! I swear thank you isn't good enough!! Hades says he misses all of you already!

I got my two APBT puppies cropped here and I'm extremely happy with how the cuts came out. We showed them two different styles that we wanted and the whole process was smooth and easy. The techs even came out to discuss in detail how we wanted the tips to be cut after showing pics of how I wanted them. The quarantine couldn't hold them nor us back. All love to Annapolis Vet

Dr. Hamilton has been the absolute best vet I have ever had. Her and her staff are ALWAYS courteous and kind. We honestly feel like family when we come in. They always remember my pups names.We have used them for ear cropping, vaccines, treatment, and regular wellness checks. I have always been pleased. I do think they are a bit on the pricier side but the price is worth it for the care and how my pups and I are treated.I’ve read 1 bad review on ear cropping performed here and have to say I completely disagree with that review. My pup had his ears cropped and one healed with a weird deformity. This could be from natural healing issues or from him and our other puppy playing too much during healing. One thing is for sure it wasn’t a surgical error yet Dr Hamilton fixed it. I am beyond pleased with the procedure, look, and after care they provide!

By far the best vet clinic in the DMV! Dr. Hamilton and her staff have taken such great care of my Doberman pup Apollo. He has gotten his ears cropped by Dr. Hamilton and her work is beautiful. His stitches have healed nicely and they do the cleaning and reposting of the ears themselves which is a blessing because some places do not offer to do that. He is always so excited to go inside! I 1000% recommend you take your animal here. Even if I lived in VA I would make the commute to bring my puppy here!

We came to the Boatyard for lunch. Everything was super fresh and very tasty. We had oysters on the half shell, mussels and a crab cake sandwich. The crab cakes are their specialty, and they were amazing! The service and atmosphere were great! Highly recommend!

Brought my cat Kitty in here recently to figure out why she was so thin. Dr Hamilton did an in depth physical exam and a blood test. We confirmed she has hyperthyroidism but I wasn’t worried at all. Dr Hamilton explained everything to me very thoroughly and made me feel confident that she would be ok. It’s only been 4 days since her appointment and I can already see improvement. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pets. I couldn’t recommend Dr Hamilton and her team more :)

We love Dr. Hamilton and her team. We’ve been going to her for a few years (since before the pandemic). However, since she is (currently) the only veterinarian at this office, it makes it inconvenient when our pets need urgent medical care and she’s out for an extended period of time. Just a head’s up! ;)

Highly recommended and Incredible! Dr. Hamilton is superb! Her staff is delightfully friendly, loving, and they all make it an environment you want to bring your pet. They sanitized the room before allowing me and my pet in. Back in 2018, I brought my Saint Bernard dog when she was a puppy. Only received good advice and service! Recently went back and they still went above and beyond! They fit me into the schedule with my circumstances and took care of all of my needs. In this generation you pay for what you get.. they are slightly expensive, but seriously.... I can only say good things and highly recommend this place! Thank you!!

These folks are simply amazing. They treat our animals as if they are members of their own family - always going the extra mile to make sure they are providing the best care. The front desk team is prompt, clear in their responses, and when necessary, ready to problem solve about how to get an appointment in our some meds filled with speed and ease. Kayla one of the vet techs is one of our dog Teddy's favorite human beings - which is saying a lot because, who likes the vet?! Dr. Karen Hamilton is smart, asks the right questions, and always seems to have the right answer to any and all issues. You can tell she really cares about the animals she serves. You want to be able to trust a veterinarian the same way you trust a doctor. At Annapolis Veterinary & Wellness they truly believe that every pet deserves the best care and provide the best care with love, intelligence, and determination.

Yesterday I took my dog to Dr. Hamilton to have a mass removed from her ear flap. I was prepared to walk out with a dog that had 1/4 to even 1/2 if her ear removed. That didn't happen because Dr. Hamilton obviously takes great pride in her surgeries. 15 hours later and it is hardly noticeable.Megan and Kayla, Dr. Hamilton's techs are the best I've ever encountered. They are extremely knowledgeable and were very caring towards my pet. They kept me informed of what was taking place during the time I was there. When we left I was singing Alleluia and my dog was literally on Cloud 9.Thank you so much Dr. Hamilton for an amazing surgery.

I have been going to see Dr. Hamilton for almost 3 years now, I have never had a bad experience. She has always been willing to work with me when money was tight and there was an emergency. She and her staff even sent a beautiful card after the loss of my Australian Shepherd. All 4 of my dogs love seeing all the lovely people there, especially our new puppy, Maximus. An amazing and incredible veterinary office!Dr. Rebekah Sims is so gentle and kind and really takes the time to thoroughly examine your pet. She excels at what she does and is extremely knowledgeable in veterinary medicine. She makes sure that you understand everything that’s going on and you can clearly tell that she cares deeply for the animals that she sees. I will never take my cat to any other vet! Her office team is also just as wonderful and sweet and will go the extra mile to make sure you and your pet have a comfortable and safe visit. Macy assisted Dr. Sims during our visit and was so compassionate and devoted to making sure my sweet kitty was comfortable and calm during her lab draws. I will forever 100% recommend this office for all of your veterinary needs!

WE LOVE THIS VET! We know that we can be a high maintenance family & the staff here is so sweet & nice to us & our pup. We had our Giant Schnauzer's ears cropped here at 12 weeks & we loved them so much we switched our normal vet to Annapolis Vet & Wellness. The staff is extremely friendly, they are quick to get you in & schedule your appointments & are even nice to accommodate us when my husband shows up late.
