We love going to local breweries, and hadn't been to this one yet, so thought we'd give it a try. The food, beer, and service were great. They have a nice patio that we will come back for when it's a little nicer outside.

Generic! There was nothing special about this place. It reeks of a cookie cutter chain as you walk up. Trying to figure out how to get in and if you are in the right place is super confusing. The “brewery” is connected to a sandwich shop and a coffee shop and they all share a door. The seating is super uncomfortable and the acoustics are crappy so it’s incredibly loud. The beers really weren’t anything special. The sour and hazy were decent but just nothing to get excited about. The menu sounds amazing but it’s extremely lack luster. I felt everything was straight out of a Sysco catalog with nothing else added. Definitely overpriced for what you got. PS a little salt/seasoning goes a long way. It’s a great concept and had the potential to be great but missed the mark all around.Definitely not a place I would go to again.

Pretty nice place. Getting in was a bit of a challenge and trust me I'm not super dumb but it was weird. There's a fence around the outside area and the sandwich shop and the coffee shop and this brewery are all one big building so if you find yourself having a hard time getting in you wouldn't be the only one.All in all the brews are pretty good The atmosphere is really nice they got the big TVs playing you know whatever football or whatever you're into the cashier was super friendly didn't get a chance to try the sub shop but it looked like it would be pretty good.

One server (who I exclusively went 2) was fantastic - friendly, helpful, etc. Other guy (glasses, plaid shirt over a t-shirt, hair pulled bk, was riding a skateboard during his shift outside) wasn't pleasant at all. The person I met went to him & he was a poor representative of your brewery. Beer was good (especially the lager). My friend's salad (pulled chicken) was very good (he said). Odd that they're open at 11am, yet the kitchen doesn't open til 4pm. Would imagine with all the office buildings in that area that you could draw more people in for lunch. Just a thought.EDIT: I couldn't find a way to reply to your message through Google, but thanks for the clarification about your kitchen. That makes sense and I understand.

Not a bad little brewery. The vibe is definitely inviting. It's modern and it has an in house kitchen and is directly connected to pepperjacks (a sandwich restaurant). The menu offers a variety of Americana pub grub. There are a few apps that are vegetarian friendly, but otherwise not overly geared towards a more inclusive menu. The beer choices are seemingly on a rotating basis. I'm basing that on the way the labeling on the bar is done with removable panels. The beer was not bad, but personally it wouldn't be the reason I'd come back to this place. Personal favorite was the 3-10 lager for its fullness in flavor compared to other breweries. Least favorite was the double Citra. The anti climber IPA will satisfy anyone that appreciates a full flavored IPA. Other plus is the dog friendly patio.

First time visiting, pleasantly surprised. The food is phenomenal, best patty melt I have had since moving to the East Coast. The beer is solid, we really enjoyed the main squeeze and double citra ipas!I think it would be a smart idea to post your beer list on your website or untapped for people to view.Dog friendly patio for anyone looking for a place to bring your puppies and have a beer 🍺

For a small brewery in the middle of an apartment complex, this place packs a punch. Awesome brews And a food menu that rocks.

Solid beers and excellent food! The Main Squeeze IPA is my favorite!'The Beast' Beef Brisket sandwich is awesome!Steak & Cheese has real steak and real cheese....no nasty Cheez Whiz.Onion rings and French Fries are piping hot and delicious.

“what’s a Hotzarella stick?”“Jalapeno encrusted, fried mozzarella. Delish!”“how’s the Double Citra?”“double dry hopped IPA. much crisper than the usual IPA.”Nice place.Slightly off-the-beaten track so it draws a comfortable audience without feeling crowded.Full menu thru the kitchen of the adjacent sandwich shop, which is REALLY nice. The service is great (especially when Rob is there) as they make you feel like a family friend rather than just a customer. The only ding would the beer; not quite as “flavor rich” as I find in most breweries.

Small brewery has both good beers (selection of ten) and some great food options.I liked their regular lager. But I was really there for dinner. Even tho this place is essentially the evening operation of PepperJacks (lunch sandwich shop) next door (shared dining space), they have different menus.Pit-beef style French Dip was mouth watering! Loved it. Some nights they have the BBQ pit cooking out back, so you're getting fresh juicy BBQ.Rockfish bites were also excellent. Really came to life when dipped in vinegar & Old Bay that I mixed in bottom of plate.French Fries were excellent too (the same ones they serve at PepperJacks for lunch).Corn queso dip (pic) was pretty good. Big enough for 3-4 people. We asked for toasted roll instead of the normal chips that come with it.Occasionally live music like my pic from St. Paddy's Day 2023.

Awesome spot for good beer and super friendly bartenders. They have food as well! We unfortunately made the mistake of ordering next door before we knew we could order from Notch. Definitely disappointed with the food next door but the food at Notch sounded awesome. Definitely coming back to try it!

I love seeing new local breweries! Great location with food to the table via an adjoining sub shop. Lots of beer options and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. There's even cornhole outside. Tons of parking including covered parking garage spaces so rain won't be a deterrent.

Loved the fries and drinks. Easy self ordering system. My only critique would be a way to order drinks with your food.

Great place to hang out with friends, play games, and snack over drinks. I’m not a beer person but I quite like the beers here. Good vibes in here - good music but not so loud you can’t hear people. I’ll be coming back for future game nights!

Just know this place never posts its beer list online. Don't worry about it. Grab a flight and enjoy the brews. Double Citra is killer. The coffee house stout was outstanding. Pumpkin ale was really good. Only got fries for food but the sandwiches looked good.

Good selection of beer, pretty good menu, quieter (in volume) than most pubs. Great after work venue.

The stouts are awesome, the food was unexpected and delicious. I'm a fan of the ordering process, quality of food and beers. I'll definitely be back. Starting off strong as a new brewery in town.

Nice place. Brewery side food isn’t available until 4pm or so, but Pepperjacks next door has good sandwiches for earlier dining. The brewery food is really good and reasonably priced, and beers are priced like they should be everywhere. They don’t seem to have a taplist available online, don’t know why they just don’t take a picture of board and post to their Facebook. Also, I’m pretty sure they don’t actually brew there which is why I dock them a star. Recommend going as it’s a good casual place for some beer and food

Traveling through the area and stopped at this unassuming brewery and bbq spot. While the beer was delicious, I can't say enough for the smoked meats that are on their menu. Absolutely phenomenal wings and burnt tips. Highly recommend Notch 8.

Lovely place with amazing food and decent but not remarkable beer. Surprising amount of people in the nearby public and private workforce don’t know this place is back here. Unfortunately my attempt to spread the word to a few groups has been met with “a brewery who doesn’t even advertise a tap list online seems a bit strange” and they won’t try it. A more prominent pride in their brews as well as more advertising to the local area could go far.

Stumbled upon this place and can’t wait to go back! I have been to a lot of breweries and this one was fabulous. The food was incredible- we got 2 different kinds of wings, the chili brussel sprouts, hotzarella sticks, fried pickles and churros. We are foodies and I have to say for the price, this food smashed! Great selection of beers and one of the rare times we loved every single one! Very impressed. Can’t wait to go back. Rod and Jay were working when we went and they were awesome- hope we see them next time!! The vibe here is really nice as well, plenty of indoor seating with games available and garage doors that connect to the outside patio that also has tables, couches and a gas fire pit.Definitely recommend 11/10
