I am a new customer and signed up for services with Corey. Who was friendly and informative. Later on, Robby came to provide services. He too was super friendly and thoroughly treated our home. He made jokes with my family members and was super respectful of our home. He did his best to stay out of the way and not interrupt what my family was doing. I’m happy with my services today. I am so happy I called EcoShield!! I was in immediate need of pest services and they came to my house - same day! I had the most friendly and knowledgeable technician, JD, and the ants in my house were gone almost instantly. I can’t speak highly enough of Paige, their scheduling coordinator who make my appointment. She not only got me in so quickly, but she was also very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to help me get the services I needed. She was so friendly, we because instant friends! John, the manager, was so friendly, too, and checked in to make sure my appointment went smoothly. Across the board- I can’t recommend this company enough!!O

Had our very first service today. Dewone was our service technician and his level of consideration, attention to detail, and communication was top notch. We were not home at the time of service so we communicated multiple times via our doorbell camera. He outlined each service provided and provided comfort in the work done since we were away. For a first service, I am impressed. Our next service will be in 4-6 weeks.

Employees are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Explanations were clear and concise. Chris was the first person we met and he spent lots of time answering our questions. Next Robbie arrived to service the house and he is professional while still being warm and friendly.

Dewone Johnson did the service shortly after and he was also very professional and friendly. I think the price was right and the two gentlemen we interacted with were great. My experience with EcoShield and Anthony on yesterday was a very enlightening and very engaging experience. Anthony was more than willing to share information about the process and about entomology overall to help me gain a better understanding of that particular phase that I had to encounter with these termites. He basically educated me beyond measure. Anthony is a great asset for EchoShield and I would hope that he is that valued employee. At least he should be a valued employee. I have a deeper appreciation for the work that he most of all is doing based on his vast knowledge of the business and entomology as a whole. Thank you for the experience that we shared in gaining insight and information and I look forward to a continued relationship with EcoShield.

I had their service for a year but I won’t be renewing. The service techs were professional and did the job. Customer service was so so at best. The people I called on the phone were rarely helpful. And they charged me like $20 more a treatment than I was initially quoted which I didn’t notice until I read my contract to make sure I wasn’t auto renewed. Midway through the service they tried to upsell me on thousands of dollars of fixes they claimed I needed. I knew I wasn’t renewing when I saw the recommendations. One recommendation was a new vent for outside that’s like $20 to replace. I wouldn’t recommend.

Eco Shield has been great in servicing our pest needs. My latest service was for them to come and inspect for areas around the house where pests would be able to enter. James Mayhew was my inspector and he did a great job. He was very friendly and thorough and took the time to really explain everything to me. He was also very helpful in helping to figure out how to afford the services we needed to keep our house pest free. I have used several other pest control services in the past, but so far, EcoShield is surpassing them all in timeliness and quality.

Emanuel came by the house to do an interior and exterior service. It was our first time using Eco Shield after switching over from a large national brand. He was professional and worked effectively with good communication about what he was doing and addressing any specific concerns he saw in the notes without them having to be brought up again. After the service he went over everything that was done. I would recommend him and eco shield to neighbors or friends in the area.

This is the first time I used this service but the team of individuals from the sales manager, customer care and technician made it seamless problem free experience. Dewone, the technician explained everything he was going to do. He treated all the interior walls and windows and laid granules on the outside to create a barrier. We see how well it serves. Although, they were out of the external traps, he offered to come back out with them the next day.

Inspector James M. came out to examine the house and give us a free estimate. He was very professional and thorough. I was really impressed with him. I never felt like there was any pressure. I didn’t feel like I was dealing with con artist. I knew this was a good company because it came highly recommended but James's customer service made it even better.

Quinnard was exceptionally professional as he performed services both inside and out, explaining the details of his work and what to expect. He answered my questions with assurance of the company. I will specifically ask for him to return for the next application. Now what I wasn’t pleased with was the agreement with Mr. Manny and then for him to return to say his manager resended the price and had to increase by $ 19 - I’m just hoping this is a good company. Mr.Manny was outstanding whoever his manager is left me perplexed.

Working with EcoShield has been great! Every other month we have someone come out to spray around our house and it is very helpful to keep bugs/pests at bay. Jorie serviced our house just this morning and was incredibly kind and helpful, as we started to notice gnats line our back door. He was extremely efficient and diligent in his work and I would recommend him and the company to anyone looking for this service!
