We have used Aptive Environmental for years, and they’ve always provided great service, keeping ants, spiders, and field mice out of the house. Raymond Moronta was here this morning and he did an exceptional job. He thoroughly inspected the exterior of the house to make sure there are no new entry points for pests. He removed spider webs and egg sacks, and he treated around the foundation. Aptive has never let us down.

I appreciate Aptive and specifically Alvens great service, they communicated with me throughout the service and updated me as they went. I feel like the techs listen to my specific concerns and have great solutions. Like clearing the cobwebs from our shed and treating some ants they found. Owen was so nice and personable for his first visit! He said he is new to my route but he jumped right in and continued my services! He updated my membership so I didn’t have to follow a link and fill it out and even made sure to give me instructions for some traps he placed.I have been using Aptive for over a year and am so happy with their services. The mosquito treatments really help in the summer and I know they take great care of my historic home!

I’ve always been satisfied with the techs who perform my service & today was no different.What I was displeased with was the inaccurate information on my account. The appointment said a morning service but he didn’t arrive until well after 1pmIn my call to customer service they indicated that my window was from 8-5!!! It’s very misleading to have information in the customer portal that is inaccurate.I also did not get a 30 minute call/text prior to my service. I need that information so I can ensure my dog is not in the yardI’m hoping my next appointment will go more smoothly. I have been using Aptive for a few years now and I have never had a negative experience. The service has always been exceptional. They are always very attentive to any needs in addition to the regular maintenance. I had Cory today and he provided additional treatment for a worm problem we have been having. I applaud him for coming out and doing his job despite the fact that it was pouring down rain and he still had a super positive attitude which is more then I could say for myself if I had to be out in that weather lol!!!

We have been using Aptive for just about a year now and I can really tell the difference. We had a ton of spiders and ants and it is no longer an issue. Jerome is awesome, super helpful and very polite. He always makes sure that we are happy and satisfied with the job he did.

This visit went well. The technician was very nice and answered my questions, best to his knowledge. However, I do have to schedule another appointment for him to do the food pantry. I was not aware that was going to be done on this visit and didn't have it empty.

The technicians are professional and accommodating. It was a challenging start, but we eventually got the service we expected. I suppose part of that challenge could've been the fact that we live in an old house and needed re-services to address the nooks and crannies where insects were repeat guests.

The worse ever and ever this company I had such a frustrating and poor experience with Aptive they LOVE STEAL clients money!the Aptive worker showed up may be intoxicated ! I asked to treat the windows kitchen and leaving roomThe guy don’t even speak he was rude and he did just the kitchen windows and left I called complain and they sent me another one even worse he refused to get inside the house and do his job !He said u have to wait 24 hours to see results? What? Why he decided to do his he job? He didn’t know what happened previously and he deny to do it !After that I told him to leave my house and he called me 6 times and park his truck front to my house with the phone acting like Terrorist person! His the pictures of my window they did not do the service inside my house and the truck parking o had to call the policeAfter all this situation I paid $150 for nothing

Carlton does a great job! He is always nice, courteous and efficient at his job. He always explains what treatment is being done and what pest it will control and asks if there is any concerns he needs address. If I am not home he sends pictures of what has been done. I have had no issues with bugs, spiders, etc.. since using Aptive Environment Pest Control.

Aptive employees are always thorough with spraying and treating areas around your home. Pricing is reasonable than most companies. The company will come back as a courtesy and retreat your property if you’re not satisfied or a bug/insect reoccurrence. Daniel is really pleasant to work with.
