If I could rate negative I would, I didn't realize people get patronized by the employees as soon as you enter. I had the lovely privilege of meeting a special kind of person named Karen who has quite the nasty attitude terrible place shop elsewhere.

Only item is that they are transitioning to more or mostly self checkout. So less manned registers but no discounts offered to the customer. Right... Less serve, same price? Yup, that's wize, right?Wasn't expecting that, hands full and in a hurry. Surprise, had to wait for a register to open, then learning something new all the while in a hurry.I think I'll go elsewhere for the near future!BTW, deli isn't. That is, they call themselves a deli but don't make sandwiches. What's up with that? A southern Maryland thing? Oh well.

While we prefer to do our shopping at Giant right around the corner, we keep returning to Weis.their produce, meat and seafood departments are far better. Other than that, they sell groceries and their staff is friendly. Can't expect too much more from them.

We consistently enjoy a wonderful shopping experience at Weis Markets in Accokeek. Brian and Cindy in the Meat Dept are always helpful and do a wonderful job. Excellent selection of fresh meats. Impressed by the store’s cleanliness, organization and friendliness of staff so kudos to management, Ava and Stephen. Great deals in bakery and produce. Most recently, DeWayne went over and above to assist with our self checkout, Thanks WEIS TEAM for all you do and for your continued support to the community!

One step up from Food Lion.Most Employees friendly and helpful.Would go here more if I could get certain produce.I can find things there that I can't get at Giant. I like going to this store. The service is usually helpful and nice and they stock items I can’t find in any other location. They keep the parking lot clean and the carts away. I like to come here for seafood and premade meals after the gym.

The Customer Service person was so professional courteous pleasant and helpful. I don't see this level in other Grocery Stores. I'm going to check out Weis a little more. I was there in the afternoon between 2:30 pm and Checked out at 3:10 pm.

I have to acknowledge the improvement I've seen in the past month or so! I had stopped doing curbside pick up for my groceries here because my orders were consistently missing items and I would walk into the store and see that the items were available, just not shopped for on my order. Or I would indicate that substitutions we're allowed but they wouldn't give me a substitute. I submitted online feedback and spoke with a manager in store. I was given the typical "Sorry, I'll speak to the staff and make sure they get more training" response. I honestly didn't expect to see change.However, I tried again one day when this store was my last resort. This time there were pleasant changes made. When the store didn't have an item I asked for and substitutions we're tricky, they actually called me to talk through an acceptable replacement. I also received a hand written personalized thank you note from my shopper, Tye!Weis, thank you for these changes that make me more confident in shopping here. Also, shoutout to Tye :)

The 10 for 10 deals are pretty awesome. They recently changed lay out which I'm not a huge fan of bc it looks cluttered. The produce can be hit or miss so I end up at Giant a lot. The customers service is great. The cashiers are all really friendly.

Visited this neighborhood grocery store while visiting my family. My least favorite stores to go to in the area. Okay if you don't feel like driving further to better offering grocery stores. Don't offer much in terms of variety and or selection. Felt discriminated against by one of the female employee who made her way over to me as I was using the self checkout(self checkout/bagging issues) her coming to the self checkout was not my issue. The blatant and obvious difference in how she rudely approached me is. I had just observed her moments earlier professionally treated other store patrons by greeting and speaking to other store patrons. Now grant it, I will admit I was not dressed up as I normally am. I was dressed comfortably. Nonetheless, that is no excuse to be treated differently based solely on how you're dressed. Not friendly or courteous at all. Very aggressive- too aggressive and rude for in her mannerism. Her tone was abrasive and unprofessional as she snapped at me about how I was supposed to leave the bagged items in the bagging area as opposed to putting them in my cart. Her attitude was a bit off for my liking, as if trying to be intimidating, definitely could stand to be professional, customer friendly and pleasant at all times to everyone(regardless of how they look or dressed) and not just selectively.

I have never walked out of a grocery store with such a big smile on my face. I went in there today, Mothers Day and went to the self checkout lane. This young gentleman whom worked there jumped right up offered to help me. He did it with a smile and even wished me a Happy Mothers Day! I wish we had more young polite sweet men like that in this world! Totally made my day!! Thank you!!!

This store is always clean, has great deals and a very helpful team of employees. I never hear them complaining in the isles or about their job. The coolest thing is when there is a group meeting they all stop with a smile and sincerely ask if you need help. I really appreciate them and drive past closer grocery stores to patronize them. 😎 Plus they carry the Primo water!!!

My favorite neighborhod store! Good prices, good selection, everything is fresh always. I love the meat department. Doesn't have the gross raw meat smell from it that permeates the store. Oh the bakery is so good and fresh too! The app has been easy to use, good weekly coupons. Cant say enough good things!

This store is great, it's always clean & stocked & absolutely love the employees there. The only reason I give 4 out of 5 stars is due to their rewards program not offering anything that is actually useful other than the occasional redemption for discounts on certain food items. Too accumulate reward points for a non-existent gas station is point less! This is the only complaint I have, however a big one for me, as I combine as many money savings tools as possible when I shop & therefore I do not shop Weiss as much as I'd like too.

I really appreciate this location. Though small, they stock a nice variety of options, including some products I’m unable to find at larger stores nearby. They also have a butcher onsite who will cut a beautiful steak to your specifications. I’m happy to have this store in the neighborhood and I’ll continue to support it!

I would give it a 5 star because of the prices, but they don't care food for children,they only have kids cuisine or Lunchables ,which is not a healthy choice, for children, bring back the veggie Dinosaur bites with spinach.your store is stock with junk food for children.

Once again I come to this store and seen about 15 employees but I’m stuck at self checkout with an issue for a good amount of time with no assistance SMH.. Save your time and go down the street to Giant!They sell expired food.. I purchased ice cream this morning (3/4/23) it just so happens that I see an expiration date on the bottom of October 26, 2022!!! This is after an ate a couple of scoops. I literally feel sick 🤢
