Just grabbed my morning coffee as I do most of the time…and I just felt it was mandatory that I speak on how pleasant it always is walking into this shop. I always order ahead but even for those two minutes of walking in and out, the team has been such a joy! My drink is always right and everyone greets you with genuine good mornings. Just wanted to say great job!!!

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Nicest staff I've ever met! They make everyone feel like a regular!Lots of seating with tables to work at. Also has a bar area with stools.

I love my local starbucks. They staff and batista are very friendly and very fast. Other locations are good, , because the drinks are all the same. IDK it just feels like the Accokeek crew adds a little bit more love to your drink. There's nothing like home!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, just walked out. I saw they were busy, but no one acknowledged me, focused on call in orders. Younger staff who clearly never learned, in store customers are YOUR FIRST PRIORITY. Funny thing, I only wanted a small coffee. Added to my list of not deserving of my money. One last thing, you lost another customer, I told him about my experience. He got back in his truck and drove off.

I have been visiting this location off and on and the staff is not nice at all. No one says hello like they used to. They have regulars that they greet and are friendly to but if they don't know you no one says a thing. I had an issue with my order and no one apologized and also one of the baristers scolded me because I picked up my items as no one offered to assist. Thank god I am a change person. Starbucks is too expensive plus want you to tip but not even a hello from them. Smh

Today, March 17, I had a bad experience. This is not the first time I have experienced horrible customer service with these two employees, which is why I am finally writing a review today. This Manokeek location opens at 5 AM. I placed my mobile app order at 5 AM. However, when I arrived at 5:05 AM, the manager, David (wears a man bun/half shaved), and store associate Sarah (brown hair) did not open the store doors until after 5:20 AM. Including myself, there were (5) other customers outside waiting.They never once acknowledged or apologized for the inconvenience to any of the customers. We never received non-verbals such as eye contact or any hand gestures to communicate while the store was closed after their opening time at 5 AM.Quite frankly, they were very rude and would not acknowledge my presence when I politely asked to speak to a manager and for their names. After asking more than 4 times, they reluctantly revealed their names. Every single time David and Sara are working at this location, they do not adhere to the prestige and expectation of customer service I expect from the Starbucks corporation.Additionally, I called the store several times while waiting and neither one answered. I did leave a voicemail. I am hoping to receive a response from a Starbucks representative as this is unacceptable as a paying and consistent customer at this location.

No one spoke to me as I entered although I said hello and thank you, with no response. The countertops, all of them, were dirty. Dried and soiled clearly they had not wiped them in some time. Could do a better job of keeping the store in better shape. The Honey Almond milk Flat White taste like water and hot milk, no barrier or tape over the mouthpiece although i ordered ahead. Not the most sanitary, I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location, ever again and I’m certain a manager was present.

Orders were processed slow, they were out of items. And both bathrooms were closed. Its a shame before because the store itself looks nice. But I won't come back now.

Hands down the best Starbucks around! From the sign when you first walk in, to the decorations, to the delicious coffee, timing, warm atmosphere, and welcoming & friendly baristas. Always look forward to coming here!

Update as of Thursday, September 8th, 2022. They are open 5AM DURING THE WEEK AND 6AM ON THE WEEKENDS. I noticed the hours on Google were incorrect.Listen closely. This Starbucks is amazing. I have never, ever had any issues here. My drink orders are always correct, customer service rocks, the venue is super clean and did I mention that my drink orders are correct and delicious each and every time??!!!Keep up the great work Starbucks. You guys are awesome. Thanks! :)))

Terrible service. 3 cashiers to me and no one lifted a finger to start the the order. I even witness cashiers pacing around. I left my order and will not return. I used to recommend that particular Starbuck but it appears service changed hands.

Clean and crowded normally I only get bottled water here but for the first time I got a pastry and they automatically put it in the warmer without asking me. I don't like mushy anything. When I told the worker that I didn't want nor did I expect her to warm my pastry, she stated "It's what we do" I told her they should ask the customer their preference and not decide for them. And for that they get 2 stars

I Love this location. They are always on point with my drink and the most important part is they fill up my cup unlike the stupid outlets location who only fill 1/2 to 3/4 of your drink and can’t get the taste right. The baristas here at Manokeek are all nice specially Ryan. I hope that young man still work there, I haven’t seen him lately and he makes a mean drink.

This Starbucks is & has always been great, as it's my reg one close to home. This visit, however was different in that I was served by someone new 2 me & he was great! We talked for a good few minutes, he even conversed w/my 10 yr old son. It was very nice to have an interesting, intellectual conversation w/another adult human, as most days my conversations are w/myself or the pets being a stay at home mom. He was an older gentleman whom I also learned things from I wouldn't have known otherwise, very refreshing! I def recommend & encourage anyone in the area to stop in, for who doesn't enjoy great conversation w/a great slightly overpriced drink!
