Paid almost $5 for sandwich rolls... aka hamburger buns in the bread section near the door. Otherwise the store was clean & not busy at 5:30pm on a weekday.

I was in there shopping today and waited until the pharmacy was not busy until I walked up to ask a simple question about an appointment I have. The pharmacist didn't want to hear it. She didn't even let me get my question out before getting rude and dismissive. I'll go back when somebody wants to do their job and doesn't mind being bothered for half a minute. It wasn't the normal lady that I've seen there before. She is very nice and would have never treated me that way.

I really like this store and the location. I go there often and the staff are pretty friendly. The store is always well kept. Whenever I go there they tend to have enough cashiers and if lines get long, they open up registers. I also like the fact that they have 5 o 6 self-checkout lines. Pharmacy staff is great as well. Every now and then I'll run into a cashier that's having a bad day but for the most part, my experience with the store has been pretty positive and I've been consistently shopping there for 6 years.

Clean store. Great salad bar. Staff is friendly and helpful. Best part, they have self checkout for those trips when I only need a few things. Will definitely be using this Giant as my normal go-to grocery store.

This is my local Grocery store and I really want it to be better (updated) considering I pass by 3 other grocery stores in my area.Overall I like coming to this Giant simply because of location.I’ve recently been disappointed in the pharmacy. I’m in desperate need of a medication and I’ve been waiting 4 days to receive the much needed medication. I’m more disappointed in the lack of communication from the pharmacy. Had I not followed up on my own, I would not have received any updates, although conflicting, on the status of my medication.It would be great if businesses could embrace customer service to the fullest.

Do NOT patronize this store. Employees are the most lazy, rude, incompetent, impatient, and unfriendly people. This store has deteriorated miserably in the last year. I have witnessed or experienced way too many incidents of unfriendliness, impatience, insincerity, and rudeness towards customers to continue to shop there. One cashier in particular (Mary) has a sour disposition. She became impatient and very unfriendly toward an elderly gentleman today who was having trouble with the keypad as he was making his payment. Mary came around and helped him make his payment, but it was sorely obvious that she was being put out by having to help him. She then rushed him out of line and on his way. I was 2 people behind this man and, as I was putting my case of water on the belt, she waved her arms wildly and yelled at me, (PUT THAT BACK! LEAVE IT IN YOUR CART! I HAVE A GUN...(unsettlingly long pause)...I have a gun to scan that." I have also posted my concerns about the Mannokeek Giant on Facebook so that my friends know not to shop there anymore.

I'm not happy with this grocery store. The vegetables section is horrible. Nothing is ever restock at after 7pm. You get can't get decent looking produce in the evening. It appears they stock once in the morning and never again until the next day.

Giant Pharmacy: your rude customer service is unacceptable! We are a new military family in the area. We had 2 sick kids and me as well. We were in search of a pharmacy to fill prescription for us and we went here because it is the closest to our house! Never again! We were told “we don’t have quantities to fill this” so i kindly asked, “does the Weis have a pharmacy or any other places in the area” The lady replied “I only work for Giant” and walked off!!! Like you seriously couldn’t just point a family in the right direction to get help in need??????? No kindness in your heart. Please which ever Cowboys fan you have working in the pharmacy, needs a class on customer service and humanity. Be kind.

This is my favorite grocery store. I shop here every week. I know the deli people all by name - Annie knows just what I like. Good value and one of the lowest priced stores in my area.
