If you have hardwood floors you have to have Brandon come out and take care of you. We weren’t sure we needed the whole room done, just wanted to fix a few deep scratches. Thankfully we took Brandon’s advice and had the whole room done and what a magnificent difference. Absolutely beautiful work, a true craftsman! He was on time both days and very reasonable pricing.

Brandon does truly great work. When we bought our house we pulled up all the carpet hoping to restore the wood floors underneath. There were pet stains and all types of blemishes that we were afraid might not come out. After taking a look, Brandon assured us that he could do the job.Our floors look beautiful now thanks to him. Excellent work and I would recommend Sandman to anyone!

Brandon came to my house and gave me an estimate on refinishing my hardwood floors. They were the most reasonable price around and they seem to be family owned and operated which is a plus. Brandon and (Father) Cuddy showed up a few days later and had my floors sanded and refinished in no time at all. My floors look brand new again. Highly recommended.
