Her customer service and genuine personality is just the best. She made sure I had all the resources I needed before I left. Thank you Erin!

Literally the worst experiences every single time I come in here. I’m a DoorDash worker and the staff cannot be bothered to help you! They don’t care and I don’t care to do orders to help their sorry excuse for a store for their customers unless I need extra money. They passive aggressively accuse you of stealing and ask you if you work Doordash when i have an obvious doordash logo shirt on from the Doordash website itself ! And then want to question you about your order that their employee just checked!! If I wanted to steal something I wouldn’t stop or talk to your employees at all, don’t ya think? Ignorant !! Step your customer service up or at least pretend to care about your job! Doordashers are serving customer for YOUR store! For YOUR customers! Treat us as such! Especially when I wasn’t being rude or doing anything wrong! Every time I’ve come in here somebody has been nasty to me! Get a new job if you hate your life that much!

After months of trying to adopt a companion, sans results, I learned of the adoption program at Petsmart through an employee. I had the best time with my, sweet, granddaughter who helped me. I found a precious little dog, whom I will love as much as she loves me. Thank you Petsmart for a wonderful, no games played, experience.

My first time taking my dog for a grooming appointment at petsmart abingdon and they burned his testicles. I called them to talk about the incident and they didn’t care. I was informed that they are going to return my call but I haven’t received any call back. I don’t recommend this branch I feel so frustrated of how miserable the service is. The fact that they treat pure souls like animals very carelessly and don’t even show empathy is so disappointing. Paying too much for a good service at Petsmart then receiving this awful experience in return. DON’T TAKE YOUR PET THERE!!!!! MISERABLE AND CARELESS STAFF!!!!!!

My Shiba Inu loves this store. All the staff at this store are very friendly. My Shiba was in desperate need of a nail trim and grind. They did a wonderful job, and she didn't even make a sound!

Placed store pickup order. Nobody came to my car, went inside and nobody was available at the store pickup counter. Waited over 30 minutes. Finally gave up and went to the single cash register with the only person working.They said they could not leave the cash register to help me with order pickup.Ended up getting the item from the shelf and going through the cash register line and buying it again.20 minutes later they marked my order as picked up even though I never got it. Petsmart corporate says that I have to call the store for a refund. I tried that and of course nobody answers. the phone system hangs up after you are on hold for 3 minutes so you have to call back.I would never order from their website again. Total scam. Store is badly understaffed considering it's two days before Christmas and one of the busiest shopping days of the year.Contacting bank for a refund.

If I could give a negative star amount I would. Took my kids to pick out some fresh water fish. However the employee decided to belittle me about the type of community fish I wanted to purchase and would not sell me anything. I went to the competitor Petco and the employee was very nice and respectful and even patient when my toddlers were picking out the fish. I from now on will go to Petco which is several miles farther away for my business.

We got to the store about 6 minutes before they closed. Even though it was close to quitting time, the sales associates were very friendly and helpful. We found some things for our dog that we were unable to find at Walmart, so our pup is very happy now.

They will rip you off. They advertise a buy one and get the other at half off. I bought two bags of $94.90 parrot food and two bags at $64.00, plus other smaller bags of parrot food and did NOT get half off the 2nd $94.90 or $64.00 bag of parrot food. When I complained they said their computer took the cheapest half off. They are rip offs.

Poor quality cut! They did not listen to my instructions and decided to shave all of his hair including cutting his beautiful face so short he looks like a different dog! He was brushed with a comb 1 hour before his arrival. There was no reason to cut his head and face so short. His body looks completely shaved, not cut in a Bishon Frise style. Highly disgusted!

Rather large and relatively well stocked. Their bug selection is a bit lacking for reptiles and amphibians. But they make up for it in the enclosure decorations and tank care options.

I've been taking my pups to Banfield for over 20 years. I switched to this location a few years ago. The staff are very nice. My only complaint is that I like to be in the exam room with my dogs but, ever since covid, they haven't allowed it. The wellness plan makes everything very affordable.

I took my dog to the salon. She was bathed well. However, Her eyes were very red. That has never happened to her when getting bathed before. I don't know why. She was very eager to leave. When we take her to get groomed, she never wants to leave. I observed on of the groomers being rough with another dog. The dog wouldn't sit still & the groomer responded by yanking the dogs tail up. Also, the cashier kept following me around the store. I eventually called him out on all of the extra attention he was giving me. There were other shoppers in the store browsing. I was the only POC. We aren't going back
