The red headed lady has always been helpful and courtesy to me and my friends. We come in this store every day for coffee and spend about an hour in the store. Have never heard he being rude to customers.

Me and my husband ordered some chicken sandwiches. Well we get home and start eating, only to find a huge chunk of green mold on my bread! I do not know how this was missed. I wanted to go back to the store but the roads are slick. So I decided to call. No answer. Called 3 times. No answer. And when we were there they were NOT busy at all! Absolutely disgusting will never go back.

Tbh world famous fried chicken is a crazy statement to make. Never heard of royal farms till I moved here. But now that I'm here and tasted their chicken... better than every other. All the chain restaurants are shameful when u taste fried chicken from royal farms

I absolutely adore a few of your team members I wish I had their names on the top of my head it's a young lady with beautiful bright fuchsia hair and a gentleman with salt and pepper but long and wavy genuine smile both of those individuals know my routine as if they see me coming they go above and beyond. I get food here in the morning 1-2 times per week. This morning they made me this garbage. Burned scrapple, with egg and cheese, in a burrito. There is no chance they didn’t know. May have to rethink my breakfast options.

I share the same feeling as the next review down. The bathrooms are filthy. The only reason I gave them three stars is because the bathroom has an accessible stall that is easy to access. However, there is only one sink for the two stalls and that is not easy to access. I would not buy food from this place. It really is truly gross.

Place is disgusting always filthythe grounds are never clean the bathrooms are horrendous it's like people don't clean the grounds or the bathroom at all I've never been to this place with the bathrooms are clean I rather go next door to McDonald's and use their bathroom the staff are always talking about some self having personal conversations when they should be working I will give this this place a minus 15 stars but since you have to keep it one star that's all it's going to get better yet I'd rather go to a truck stop bathroom than this place and probably eat at the truck stop . I think the other Royal farms that are a lot more cleaner than this place can ever be

This place is horrible! The staff does not care one bit! The store is never cleaned. The food is horrible and will give you the runs because it's not cooked fully or because the employees probably don't wash their hands. The windshield squeegee are always broken or no fluid in the bins, and the trash is always full. The carwash does a horrible job and when you say something to them about it because the soap wasn't working they say it works just fine I tested it and proceed to tell you that you have to sit still while in the car wash... good to know. Didn't realize it was a drive-through car wash in the first place, and that's the reason the soap doesn't spray on my truck. Long story short, avoid this ROFO and go to the other ones on 22 to get better friendlier service.

$2.50 for a small kid-sized bag of chips. $4.59 for a medium sized bag that was $2.79 2yrs ago. They were out of Munchos ($2.49) AGAIN & are always out. No sales on Soda 2Ltrs. So I did not buy any gas, chips or soda.Went to WaWa instead & bought gas, soda, Munchos, a brownie & a Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla made the way I like. Customer service is way better than at this RoFo. Boo RoFo! YAY WaWa! :)

Came to get some food and went to the bathroom to wash my hands.. I’ve been to spot a pots that smells better than this place.. urinal out of service and the toilet filled with urine. To top it off the sink has no running water. Washed hands in the other gender bathroom. Running water and smells clean.

Usually a great place but I've noticed lately that cleanliness does not seem important. The coffee machines haven't been getting cleaned in the last couple weeks. Inside or outside. The coffee bar is always short on supplies and covered in spilled coffee. But the employees seem to have time to chat with each other.

I have been coming here a lot lately, mainly for a breakfast sandwich and coffee, both very tasty. The employees have been friendly and their service, fast. The place is clean. The breakfast food is cheaper yet the quality has been better than at the McD's next door or the Dunkin Donuts in the Walmart across the street.

I placed an order it almost an hour, for it to arrive. My mashed potatos were cold like they came out of a refrigrator and they made no attempt to heat them, you could visually tell thet were instant by the grainy texture. The gravy was also cold and congealed fatty nastiness. The fried chicken was great and had a nice crisp skins excellent flavor but i couldn't eat the potato's. You guy's need to really step up your game or find better staff!

Better than the RoFo off of 7 in Edgewood, but not perfect. The cashier thought it was acceptable to talk to a customer about braiding short hair for roughly two minutes after their transaction was finished, leaving myself and the three or four customers behind me waiting, despite knowing we were there. I cours to wait in hopes the manager would notice, but no such luck—hopefully the store learns about discipline soon.On a more positive note, the food was made mostly correctly (it just wasn't toasted as I'd requested). For some reason it tastes slightly reminiscent of half-burned tobacco, but this is far easier to forgive than the transgressions of the 7&24 RoFo. For one thing, instead of covering my sandwich with the sauces I ordered, the food preparer was decent enough to put moderate amounts of each, producing a sandwich with a reasonable amount of topping. This indicates to me that whoever trains the food crew at least has common sense (or whoever hires can spot who has it). Other than the cashier, the staff that I interacted with seemed to possess basic respect for other humans.I was overall pleased with my (single) visit to this Royal Farms—and unlike the one at the intersection of MD 7 and MD 24, I am not opposed to returning.Although the half and half was less half-cream-half-milk, more half-half-and-half-half-yogurt. I drank the coffee, which led me to predict that yogurt-creamed coffee will not become popular until people's palates change.

Last time I went I was disappointed because my chicken was very old but this time I am never going back to this royal farms I went on my lunch break at work and barley get lunch I got five fries with my meal and RAW CHICKEN it was literally pink inside I wish I would have had time to take a picture I’ve also had multiple co workers go there other times and also received pink chicken I don’t understand how they are still serving undercooked chicken to people and making them sick why has no one done anything ?October 24, 2021 Today I clocked out at 1130 I get 30 min for my break I waited more than half an hour just to be told that they hadn’t even had any fried breaded which I paid for and did not get they are never prepared or working why wasn’t I at least told so I can at least have time to eat my food where’s the manager ? It’s everytime I come here maybe McDonald’s would have been faster
