I went to buy Tobacco products and was carded. I'm 56 yrs old and I know i look good for my age, but definitely look old enough to purchase smokes without an ID. I didn't have my license on me but, I had my Military Veterans card and MD State Concealed Carry ID, and was still turned away. I will never go to another ROYAL FARMS again! I average about 2800.00 a month with fueling my trucks for my business at this location. The crazy thing about it all. The girl that carded me doesn't look old enough to even sell tobacco products. The manager on duty Co-signed the whole thing. Even the customers made comments that my Conceal Carry is an ID! You are probably wondering how everyone knew my situation? She screamed it across the whole store to the MOD cooking chicken. I don't do any kind of confrontation, I just stop giving you my business. CHECK YOUR WEEKEND CREW! I know all about We ID Under 40.

Fast fresh chicken if you have to wait for it! It’s piping hot! I never mind waiting for Your DELICIOUS Chicken! Even 30 something minutes. It’s worth the wait no matter how long I have to wait! Very Friendly Staff too! You don’t always find that and I’m sure it’s very hard work! Especially cooking must be as in hell in the kitchen! I love this store the best! 👏

I love stopping by here on my way to work in the early morning. Always greeted kindly by the staff. I also love the spicy chicken salad sandwich! One clerk in particular, Azzy, is always kind and friendly. They make a great sandwich, too!

Don’t usually buy food at a gas station because of the stigma that the sale old stale food, etc, well this place continued the trend, food was horrible, and I can eat pretty much anything. The chicken was old/stale, I didn’t even eat the potatoes that came with the chicken, and half of that went into the trash. I would not recommend eating here even in a pinch.

I stop by this store to get gas every once in a while and it’s always very nice inside and the manager Kaitlyn is very sweet. I needed some help with paying for my things at the self checkout and she was so much help! Very funny and obliging, Id recommend this Rofo to everyone!!

The family wanted RoFo fried chicken so I walked in and ordered a 8 piece from the screen. The young lady behind the counter said it would be 15 to 17 minutes if I waited. I said that was fine. 15 minutes go by and about 100 boneless chicken strips that no one was waiting on come out of the fryer.A full 31 minutes later, I get my chicken and leave. Just ridiculous wait time through incompetence or laziness. Great chicken though.

I went this morning to get gas and coffee on my way to work and the employee I believe her name was Kaitlyn was just so nice and very helpful! I pass 2 royal farms on my way to work just to stop at this one for the friendly and clean environment! And will continue to do so!!!

Any time of day the chicken is exactly what you were hoping for. The crew at store 271 is on point. I got a little clarification redeeming a deal offered on the app, after that it was smooth sailing. Thanks ladies!

The chicken does have good flavor...But $15 later I should have waited and went to a restaurant...I did self check out no one was at register...The ones behind counter was busy with their own conversations and phone didn't have time for customers...But maybe they was on break while standing behind the counter 🤣🤷🏽‍♀️🤔

Best Royal Farms in the area. The coffee area always has the creamer I need, the checkout line moves quickly, and the food is always pre-made and ready at the warmer!

I actually like this location. Great staff, good food, and convenient. I don’t like that the self checkout machines no longer takes cash. As someone who frequently uses that it’s frustrating that my checkout options have dwindled.

Stopped by this Royal Farms to grab lunch and the staff was incredibly friendly and my food was prepared quickly, and it tasted great. Recommend stopping here if you have business or visiting Aberdeen, MD.

Ive been in the area coming to this Royal farms for two weeks every morning Shelia who prepares the food was very nice and made all my meals exceptionally well. I want to thank her for making my mornings brighter!!!!!!!! Everyone who works there are very pleasant!

This store was fairly clean and the bathrooms are easy to navigate with my walker. We bought coffee and bacon egg and cheese croissants. The sandwich tasted good and was not greasy but it literally had one piece of bacon on it. I like how the calories were posted nice and big on the wrapper. I would try one of their other breakfast sandwiches when I stop in again.

What is wrong with this place? I bought a car wash, then find out when I pulled around that the car wash was not working, then they won't give me a refund?? They finally tell me that I can drive to the location over by the Wal-Mart, and their car was is broken too! What a joke!

Ordered a 4 piece dark meat meal only to tell them to forget about it.They called me over to tell me they didn't have 2 thighs, so they were offering to give me 3 drums and a thigh. Problem is they made the offer with only 2 drums ready to be served.Looking closer at three drums before they served them up, one of them was severely shriveled and overcooked, not even worthy of even being called edible.The staff was friendly, but they were not prepared. This was at 1pm on a Wednesday, the tail of the peak lunch rush, getting into early dinners. They flat out didn't prepare enough food to serve their customers as expected.Sadly, I will go somewhere else when I need to grab a fast lunch.

Very dirty and changing tables :( so do NOT stop here if you are on a road trip with babies. Had to navigate changing a diaper standing up in the freezing cold which was not a good time for anyone.
