I really like this place for my pets! Their groomers are knowledgeable, friendly and skilled. The grooming prices are great as well. You can also take your pet in and wash them yourself if you want in the stand up tubs they have available.

Liked getting supplies for the birds I have from here. Disappointed they didn’t have any cuttlebones, which is a must for birds. And other products for birds are usually always empty every-time I visited this location.Decided to check if the parakeets had a cuttlebone which they did. Was sad to see not just 4-5 parakeets in a tiny enclosure but a beautiful cockatiel kept in an extremely small space as well. Not trying to support this cruelty. Just because you can doesn’t mean you should keep animals in tiny spaces.

The staff is always so helpful. They help me get my dog in the tub for the self wash. He is stubborn and will lay down on me. So they get a treat and it makes him follow her into the tub! 😊

I am really disappointed ☹️ with the new groomer at Pet Supplies because when my dog was groomed they stated how well both dogs did and it took them longer to groom one of my dogs. They gave both dogs great comments and my one dog is lazy and doesn’t like standing on her back legs for a long period of time and has been like that since she was 2. I called to reschedule grooming and the groomer stated they can no longer groom my dog due to this issue. In my opinion, the groomer should have told me that when I picked my dog up in February. The groomer even stated for me to make another appointment for both dogs again. Very disappointed ☹️ in the communication there.

Do not support a business or management who doesn't support their own employees. They lie and cover up the truth on what actually happened. This is a JOKE of an company. They put dogs and groomers in very dangerous situations. Over crowded areas and makes it very unsafe environment for your pets to be in. Big time money grabbers and training for new groomers is garbage. They expect new groomers to keep up with 5 to 6 dogs a day while barely knowing the skills learned in just 6 to 8 weeks. Don't allow breaks and lunches because the dogs can't be alone. Groomers have to do everything bather, haircut, nails, ears answering phones making schedules. Over worked, under paid greedy district leaders.

I got two giant danio from this store, only the next morning one of them died suddenly, despite the clean and well kept water in my community tank. I got it replaced, and today i discovered my fish had parasites, and used a medicine for it. Almost immediately after the medicine was added, both fish died. I went to refund both fish and the people there refused to take accountability. I told them their fish caused my tank to be full of parasites, and the cashier immediately suggested i get them replaced, despite the fact we had parasites. Just today afterward, all but 6 fish died. They all suffered and died one by one, this store needs to take accountability. I have felt unbearable grief for my pets today thanks to the lack of accountability or awareness. I was told you my face the fish may have died from STRESS. Immediately after parasite killers were put in.

I usually love pet supply but my son got 2 giant danios to add to his tank and next thing we know our fish are dying and we see parasites everywhere, when we returned them, the lady we spoke with told us that it wasn’t their fish or even listened to our concerns or when we told her that before we added them our tank was fine and healthy. I didn’t get the ladies name but she came across as brass and uncaring.

I like this place they have a lot of products for pets that have no recalls which is amazing self serve dog washes , food for reptiles ( crickets, hornworms ect. ) very clean isles and helpful staff. Will be back for a trim love the convenience of the place

Place sucked. Clearly had a sale sign on shelf for $1. I go to check out I tell the cashier about the sign another employee goes to check takes the sign down. But did not honor the sale price for me. I will never step foot in that store again.. and the cashier was also very rude....

I was on the road with my cat, who had an unfortunate accident in her carry case (never happened before). Pet Supplies Plus was the nearest pet store, so I stopped in and asked if they could help.They were amazing, offering me their bathroom so I could clean her up and providing me with everything I needed. The staff clearly care deeply about animals, and I will never forget how they were there 100% for a cat in distress.Thank you so much. She's feeling much better now!

Very stressful nail trim appointments for my dogs. They are already both extremely nervous and stressed for this and the atmosphere in the grooming room was incredibly chaotic and loud. We had to wait 10 minutes past our appointment time waiting at their door, where a dog was being dried with a loud blow dryer. Another appointment showed up and that dog continuously barked and yelped for the duration of the appointment. The two girls working were very sweet and patient with my dogs but, the chaos and amount of other dogs seems like an opportunity for disaster. My large 90 lb dog is well behaved but he’s extremely strong and has had altercations with other dogs before when too close. If he were to be fearful of another dog in that crowded environment, not to mention overstimulated, I’m afraid something bad could very quickly happen. I’m not sure if something has changed in how they book or run things but maybe we were lucky the first time we came for a nail trim a few months ago. That was calm and quiet and we didn’t encounter any other dogs in the little room. After this experience we may need to find another place that isn’t so busy and crammed in to such a small space. Again, the girls were very nice. But I just can’t see how if this is the norm that it’s a safe or overall good environment to bring already nervous animals to. My dogs behaved but were majorly stressed. out.

Subject: Appalling Treatment and Harassment by Store EmployeeI am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with the treatment my friends and I received from one of your employees during our recent visit to your store. The conduct exhibited by this worker was not only unprofessional but also bordered on harassment, leading to an incredibly uncomfortable and distressing experience for us.On august 1st, my friends and I visited your establishment in search of pet supplies. From the moment we entered the store, we noticed a particular employee who seemed to be fixated on our every move. This individual made no attempt to conceal their actions, as they followed us around persistently, never granting us the privacy to browse and shop independently. Despite our attempts to find. Also asked us to leave after we made one complaint on the store also kept looking us up and down like we are stealing what would we benefit off of that worse experience ever. I fire that employee probably not her first time.

This is for the grooming section - Used to be better, new girl barely cut any hair off to the one on the left and didn't cut the one on the right properly (face and feet were left untouched still but body is all shaved). My dogs have never had issues in any other place before.

This place is absolutely wonderful. The entire staff including the manager lady,are quite literally the most magnificent people ive ever met. Absolutely down to earth and they make the experience worth the while. The store is always clean and always stocked. They even offer a dog wash service in the store itself & the best part is they usually have Ferrets! I highly recommend everybody & their mother to come by. Much love yall!
