After moving to Maryland from WA and AK, our dog needed a new groomer. We were put in touch with Katie and it’s been 5 stars ever since. Katie even took care of our dog for a week while we moved our things across country and he was so happy the entire time. He whimpers to go in even if he doesn’t have an appointment but are just driving by. I trust his instincts. He always looks good, smells good and feels good when he comes out from grooming. He’s 12 and big and I wouldn’t just trust my best friend with anyone. Katie get two paws up from Atlas and high tens from his family !!!

Katie loves and cares for my dog Honey as if she’s her own. She sings to her while she grooms her. And Honey always looks beautiful when she’s done. Katie even started coming to my house recently to do some dog training. I can’t recommend Katie highly enough!

I've known Katie for quite a while now. She is absolutely passionate about her craft. My dogs mean the world to me. She is the only one I look for when it comes to grooming. She has worked with my dogs during daycare and puppy training. Great job all around.

Katie is fabulous with all of our fur babies! She’s so gentle with them and they love going to get groomed, which wasn’t always the case before finding Katie. She does an amazing job on my mini Bernedoodle and she always looks great when I pick her up. My stubborn Frenchie has no problem letting Katie trim his nails, he used to not let anyone touch his feet. Katie really has a way with animals and ability to calm and soothe them. So happy we found her, Katie and her staff are amazing and they treat their clients like family!

From the time you walk through her door you feel so welcomed and valued not only has a customer but a person too!!They deserve more than the 4 stars!!Totally Awesome

Stopped by to invite Katie to my Business Networking event coming up, she was fantastic. While talking with her, I could see the satisfaction of her clients picking up their dogs. It was amazing to see another business entrepreneur succeeding in their craft. Katie is the best! Once you've seen her with your fur baby, you're not going to want anyone else. Such a lovely person with a pawsitive vibe. She comes out to our home monthly and my dog actually enthusiastically waits for her friend, Katie, to come take care of her.I guess you could say that when it comes to winning us over, human and canine alike, Katiedidit ;-)

Katie & her team is amazing! They take such good care of our chloe. At a recent vet trip, the vet told us she had the cleanest teeth. Katie and her team have been grooming Roxy for years now! She does a fantastic job bathing and trimming her long thick coat. Roxy goes in to see Katie looking homeless and comes out looking like princess!! I drive 35 minutes to have Roxy groomed by Katie and her team. I highly recommend KatieDidIt Grooming!!

While the actual grooming of my dog was okay the two times that I took him there, the last and final time I took him there was not a good experience. They were small children in the back next to where the groomers are and I told the person coming to get him that he doesn't like small children so she put them behind a gate in another room. Yet when I went to pick him up, the same person had a child in one arm and my dog in the other and he was looking quite stressed. She handed him to me like he was a child and then gave me his harness to put on myself. Not professional in my eyes, not to mention a liability issue, therefore I won't be returning. BTW - I don't think that person was actually Katie, the owner.

We 10/10 recommend taking your pup to KatieDidIt Grooming ! I’m so happy and relieved that we have found a groomer we trust and has our dog, Astrid’s, best interests and comfort in mind. Astrid has really bad stranger anxiety/aggression and had a bad experience at her last groomer and they were unable to groom her due to being fearful that she would bite them. She was there for less than 1-hour before they called me to tell me I needed to pick her up, and recommended a sedative for the future. This time around we did use a muzzle as a precaution, but Katie worked her magic and was able to remove it half way through, WITHOUT any sort of sedative. She scheduled us when there were no other dogs or foot traffic, was extremely patient with her and took care of her nails, trimmed her grinch feet, and did some hygiene care to ease her back into the grooming process. She made me feel very comfortable and confident that our baby was in good hands. She put so much love and positive energy into our pup. Not all groomers take the time to get to know their clients dogs and are easily frustrated with and can be rough with pups like her. Astrid had such a positive experience and we can’t wait to take her back!

DO NOT LET THIS LADY CLEAN YOUR DOGS TEETH. Do you seriously think as a professional that having multiple people restrain a dog and holding them down while you clean their teeth is less stressful to a dog than just giving them anesthesia? Also you would never be able to do a full exam, you’re literally only scrapping the surface. Charging people for money when a dog could have a real health condition seems incredibly shady! This is terrible idea to anyone considering it. Things can go wrong so quickly and a groomer does not have access to life saving medicine. Don’t put your dog through the trauma. Talk to a vet and get a second opinion. Hopefully the dept of ag has nothing to say to you about this.

Performing teeth cleaning on dogs while they are awake is ABUSIVE. Periodontal disease is painful, they need anesthetic for the pain and it is TRAUMATIC. You cannot just hold an animal down during a the procedure and thinks it’s okay. Also I left you a comment asking to see your credentials to perform this procedure and instead of answering me you deleted it…. You are abusing animals and you do not have the proper training to do cleanings. You can damage a tooth, damage gums, you aren’t taking X-rays or checking for infection or seeing if teeth need to be pulled. You could end up costing your customers more money in the long run.
