ASSAULTED BY OWNER AND NOW HAVE PERMANENT VISION LOSS!!BEWARE OF FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS TAKE NOTE OF THREATS BY OWNER!!Owner tried Blinding me! (Not sure if it was a laser attached to a gun but the officer did verify she had a gun on her at the same time she was denying having a laser on her. Huh who knows maybe it was a gun she was aiming in my face with pinpoint accuracy from eyeball to eyeball to eyeball to eyeball. Literally trying to block the laser from blinding me and here she goes other eyeball back to other eyeball, etc.,)I have never been to this dog wash and I never will! I sit in the PUBLIC parking lot in between Hannaford deliveries(nowhere near the pyschos labeled parking, in an Empty lot...) because It's the closest you can get to Hannaford with service and the owner decided just a few minutes ago to shine a laser pointer in my face... as I moved my face to get it out of my eyes, she kept aiming it right in my eyeballs left eyeball right eyeball laser pointer because that's how you blind people. I lifted my phone to prevent the laser pointer from completely blinding me and she stopped before I could hit record. I am talking to text in my car right now in the same spot because I cannot actually see out of my right eyeball at all and I cannot safely drive without seeing. I guess I'm not taking any more Hannaford orders for work today. Thank you Dog Wash Too.Edit: the police are here now as I was trying to get enough service to find they're not 911 number to call (because you know sitting here isn't necessarily emergency) and I got to tell the police officer himself exactly what happened period now he's inside speaking to the owner who thought I was here doing a nefarious activities even though you know she doesn't own the entire parking lot and I'm here every single day for about 30 seconds to grab Hannaford orders for work. I've worked with animals my entire life and I would never ever ever consider putting my dog in the hands of someone who shines laser pointers in people's faces.Judging by the many Google reviews where people are claiming she's harassing them to get out of places she doesn't even own before they even get out of there cars, yeah I'm going to have to say she needs some serious help! I will say you are literally 50/50 chance of not being safe there judging by her reviews and the fact that she has a gun and laser pointers she aims at people's eyeballs........

I am so impressed with Helens expertise and knowledge. Hands down the best groomer ever and I've been using groomers for over 25 years. I will gladly pay her prices because she is worth every cent of it. Don't be cheap. Get the very best care for your pet. Ignore the negative review's. Helen is a direct communicator and if that offends you, remember who she is taking care of it's the pet you love and they love and trust her too and she only wants the best for them. I now trim my dog's nails every two weeks because she educated me and I understand now why it's so important. So if you love your pet do what she suggests.

Such a wonderful place! Helen manages her business in an extremely professional manner. Even with being the owner and sole groomer of the facility, she accommodated me in a timely manner and I was able to get an appointment rather quickly! Most places otherwise are booked out for months. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

What a disaster!! Our dog just got the worst haircut of her life. She gets groomed every 8 weeks or so, and she is a year and half old. By far, this is the worst ever!! We asked for her to be left with about an inch of hair evenly around her body. Instead she is basically buzzed to the skin but in very irregular lengths. Her face is many varied lengths.In addition, when I picked her up she was tied on a short leash to the door handle while the lady was on the phone. The dog was a nervous wreck when I retrieved her. On top of all of this, when I got her home, I noticed she was bleeding on her chest where she had been cut by the buzzer.

Beware! When I called I was advise the cost would be $35 or less for a 17 lbs dog. When I got there it changed to $48.00. The owner advised she could handle any dog. I advised here that the last groom mistreated my dog and she might have a hard time since my dog was afraid of groomers She advise she would be able to take care and give a great haircut. Well, not true she gave the worst haircut my dog has ever had. I had to take my dog to Petsmart and have them correct and finish giving my dog a great hair cut and they were able to take care of my dog with respect and kindness. Not keep telling me my dog need some type of medication. I would never recommend this groomer. Just goes to show you better shop around before you decide to use a groomer. and read the reviews 1st or talk to locals.

The dogs like her, but she is nasty to people. Watch out if you cross her. Don’t be late, or let the dog enter w no leash, or she will “ educate you!!” In her words. Passive aggressive, needs therapy and customer service training stat!!

This lady cares more about the TWO parking stalls in the adjacent business next to her (which was CLOSED by the way) than the quality Pet Grooming like she's actually getting paid to do. There are 3 businesses there and they are each allocated their own parking and she has 2 1/2 or 3 of her own to claim. When we parked in front of the CLOSED business she knocks on the window waving her finger at us like we were back in kindergarten BEFORE we even got out of our vehicle, then steps out of her business and became the most condescending inconsiderate human being I had ever had the displeasure of meeting. With such a evil spirit as this woman has, how could anyone really trust her to take your pet that is part of your family to her? We are considerate of small businesses and were very aware that she was open, we consciously parked in front of the CLOSED business to not disrupted or be in the way. I hope this brings good insight to the nature of the lady grooming your cherished pets.

Excellent groomer! Caring, calm, very attentive to detail, & well-priced! I recommend this groomer to anyone..My skittish dogs easily come here for baths/nails/grooming and are relaxed each time I pick them up, and they look terrific!!

Beware. We were quoted $25 for a basic wash, then charged $45 when we picked up our dog. But first, she yelled at us for parking in a space that she said was a Loading Zone, but was not marked or signed as such. By far the rudest Mainer we have ever met. Shop around.
