Jess did an amazing job grooming my Golden Retriever. He is 11 yrs old and needs a gentle touch now and not spend all day at a Spa. She was professional, knowledgeable and prices are quite reasonable.

I took my dog here when I was in Portsmouth visiting for the day so that we could have breakfast next door (they don't allow dogs). We were pleasantly surprised at how good his haircut was. They were fast and very nice by watching him a bit longer so that we can If in town again, I wouldn't hesitate to bring Hudson in if we're in town again!

Poodle Love

Both of my poodles got ear infections after their grooming here; they didn't remove any ear hair so my vet charged me to do it to help facilitate healing from infections. Worst poodle cut they have ever received. My one poodle looked like a sausage on stilts. Horrible. AND it was the most I've EVER been charged for a grooming! So not happy with this place.

Julie was extremely good with my 13 month old Yorkshire who when being groomed is a total terror. Aurora looked beautiful and was in love with Julie when she left. Earned six stars, but can only give five!

Pawtsmouth is amazing! My dog Wiggles loved it here and I’ve never found such an awesome groomer since I moved. I miss it! Definitely recommend

Terrible working environment. Horrible establishment. Owner refuses to pay people for 9 hour working “trial” days, which is unethical and confirmed illegal. Would never ever recommend anyone to apply to work here or support their services by bringing their dogs to be groomed here.
