I have been bringing my two pups here for a few years now! They have easy online booking. My dogs, who are sometimes fearful of new people, really enjoy going. And they even let them cut their nails! The staff are awesome and I trust them 100%. The pups come out so clean and happy!

Got an email reminder to get on the calendar after we have not gone to the place for over a year. Initially our dog liked going - tail wagging when we got there - but in later visits became fearful. She had several ear infections that set off after the visits potentially reflecting poor sanitary practices. What ultimately did it for us was that our dog came back home after the grooming with a large bleeding dash on her side. When we called to investigate, the person who answered initially tried to say blame it on us and claimed that we should have checked the dog thoroughly when we picked her up. We do now, btw, but there was not a hint of compassion - she did not even ask how the dog is feeling or offer suggestions to stop the bleeding. It looks like they may be a having a hard time filling the calendar at this time - based on our experience - it's warranted.

The staff is very skilled, and very caring!They have always closely followed our directions with our llewellin setter and kleine munsterlander.We regularly need our dog expressed. The technician that performs this necessary veterinary procedure is exceptional.There are no designated handicap parking slots, but the lot is paved and smooth directly in front of their entrance.

Wonderful Staff! Called around 8:30am to see if I could have my puppy groomed and if they accept walk-ins and they had a opening for 9amThey did a wonderful job pampering and playing with my pup. I highly recommend this Dog Groomers if you are in the area! You can easily tell the staff loves their clients!

I showed up for a nail clipping at 8am, called and they answered but I actually had the wrong Monday! No matter though, she came out and was very understanding and a till got my boys nails done. Did a great job quickly and it really helped me out! Great experience.

Crazy! We could not believe the difference in our dog when we got him back! He had quite a few matted areas that were completely gone, they trimmed him perfectly especially around his paws he looked so good! They spent three hours on him (he is a 65lb. Border collie/lab mix) and only charge $130, we couldn’t believe the results or the price! Will definitely be taking our pup back!

I have a 125lbs dog that doesn't jump up or down when it's not save. I Used the towels. Bring your own conditioner theirs is $18.00 to purchase. They time you,so they say. No one wash washing there dog that day.

I have a rescued border collie mix and she can be very skiddish. I let the groomer know that she has a very hard time with her nails, and she said not a problem.When I went back her nails were completely uneven, her dew claws were not even done.I was told that the washers cut drummel the nails, but they felt cut!I would NEVER go back and advise you to go there at you pups own risk

This place is the best. We moved from Kittery to Kennebunk and tried other groomers in the Kennebunk area and now travel back to York to see Cat and the crew. Worth the drive.

I take my chihuahua there to get her nails done and they are the best place to get nails for your dogs. that cut them short, they're are not sharp.
