You know I’m broke so the dollar tree sounds perfect but the quality of the items can be horrible but it’s cheap. The food items are OK I rather just go to a regular store and find better stuff.Gay men

I went in the store right before Easter and the Gentleman that was working was rude and uniform looked dirty I vowed never to go back into this location.The store was a mess!!! There's a 1st time for everything because im glad I changed my mind. Father's day weekend A Young man named Jay was alone and had no help only one in the store ! But still went to the back to check if he had a product .This man literally ran to the back and came up with the product in no time.I was impressed by the fact the store looked cleaner and better stocked. I told him thanks for his energy and smile .I asked him when He goes home he said I'm here open to close.I said oh wow ,he said it's all good man I'm glad I can keep the doors open for everyone .I hope dollartree knows they have an amazing employee. I will be back!

Went to the Dollar Tree in Newington and had amazing and excellent service. They didn't have any more items left in stock of an item that I needed and informed me that the York dollar tree closed at 8 I rushed from Newington to York with about 25 minutes left to spare before they closed to see all the lights on but the doors locked and no one around. I understand that the whole world is short staffed at the moment but the least you could do is put up a sign on the door informing of customers that we're waiting outside of the store that it has closed early.

Well if you see something you like buy it then, because it won't be there the next time you go. They buy seconds and close out items much like other discount stores only much cheaper merchandise. But they're great for things like floss and floss picks and party stuff party favors Valentine's for kids schools that kind of thing.

On a family trip to NY and of course forgot the dog leash so stopped in here to mostly use their restroom and buy a cheap leash. Nice place. Very nicely laid out and organized w/ clean bathrooms. Very nice older gentleman named Richard checked us out. The thing that impressed me the most though was there was a customer in front of us who couldn't get his card to work so the checker paid out of his own pocket and told the customer to get him back whenever he can. Now that is some seriously top notch customer service!

Would be nice to have a sign on the door if they are going to close. Door is locked at 6pm sign on the door and online says closes at 8. I understand staffing as I work in retail but at least put sign on the door for people to know.

Nice to know that there's still a place where, you can still buy the basic household items all for a Dollar. Well stocked, bathroom cleaning floor products. They have fabulous brand cleaner in Green Apple. You just gotta try. Cleaning with great scent.

Always a pleasure going in to this store and see what they have going for a dollar, I enjoy going here and looking around with my wife, she likes the home decorations and little trinkets as do I not to mention the Tupperware type dishes with covers and the drawer organizers and I could keep going on and on, employees are always friendly and also really helpful, especially when the costumer is having trouble finding an item they are right there to help, always with a smile 😃

The store is really clean. The employees are really pleasant and answered my questions as well as sowing me where it should be. It's a newer store so you don't feel like your walking into an old thrift store. I always direct people in my area to this store. Awesome job manager of the store.

Worst store, rude employees! I was told that if I wanted to inflate a balloon, I would have to purchase one from their store. Found one and they still wouldn’t inflate it. Not to mention they had a very limited selection. Will not be going back.

I love Dollar Tree except for the fact that I spend way too much there on most visits. I like that they have birthday cards, get well cards, thinking of you cards and many other categories of cards. Some are 2 for $1. The store in York ME gives you rugged paper bags that are great to reuse.

Interesting selection, everything is one dollar. Some good deals, some not so great. Example: LED lights, much cheaper than the big box stores for the same thing.

This one is rite up there with Portsmouth $ Store...maybe a lil better as far as cleanliness + availability of item but they work hard in Portsmouth to keep Stocked. A+

I went to this store and my daughter had a toy and the MANAGER WHO NAME IS DONNA took the toy from my daughter swipe it out of her hand and said give me that now and i said hey she's my daughter and im going to buy it for her and she was really rude and said then you carry it..MANAGER DONNA FIND A JOB
