Popcorn is unreal and the flavors are crazy! Crab Rangoon- literally tasted like crab rangoon. Left with funfetti, cheddar, chilli lime and bacon horseradish. staff was very friendly. Some flavors are expensive but popcorn is so good and you can even see them making the popcorn flavors! A must stop in York! One bag is already almost gone lol

Stopped in while visiting York. My sisters and I each bought a bag of White cheddar, Carmel and the nubble lighthouse. Best popcorn we ever had. Delicious!!

Yes!! Amazing flavors and a really nice owner (Stephen a.k.a Stevie D). We got the caramel popcorn and it was awesome. I only wish they had some options with more natural ingredients, not a fan of the artificial colors.The owner said he would be doing lobster rolls once he gets set up, my opinion is go Steve, go!

Wow! I never knew popcorn could be made into so many flavors. The assortment was amazing! The taste was awesome and the staff was great! This place instantly became one of our favorite stops.

Absolutely love this place! So many different flavors you’d never even think of. My family and I wont leave York without a bag from The Popcorn Shop! Staff is always super nice too

Lots of places have a store that sells flavored popcorn. The Popcorn Shop tops my list. Best flavored popcorn I’ve ever encountered. Great selection of flavors too.

Best popcorn I had in my life. Was my first visit in Maine and Girlfriend wanted to come back to this place.I ended up buying 5 bags over 2 visits so I could bring some back home.Honey mustard cheddar is the best (of the flavors I tried).Will buy more if I ever go back to Maine!

Delicious !!! Delightful!!We stopped in during our vacation this summer. My son stopped for Kettle corn. I bought 6 bags of different flavors to try. Hoping soon we can get samples again so I can try them before buying huge bag....no that it matters they were all delicious. The blue chese and honey who thoughht of this??? It is unbelievable. I am craving more... we also tried the honey bbq, the everything (I eat a little every night. The staff held the bags so I could enjoy the beach and I picked them up on the way back to the car.

Kettle Boys never disappoints our family! Always new popcorn flavors. Good service and always leave with a half dozen bags of their popcorn. I love the toffee crunch and bbq. Daughter likes the salt & vinegar and honey mustard.

Gourmet popcorn, about 20 different flavors. Some flavors a bit pricey, but it's a VERY tasty gift to bring home if you're looking for something unique to give a pet sitter or neighbor who watched your house while you were sunning and funning at the beach....and not to mention just as a decadent treat for yourself!!!☆☆

Best. Popcorn. Ever! A mandatory stop when I'm in the area from Western Mass. Classic kettle corn is my favorite, but the Maple Butter Caramel is super yummy. I haven't tried a flavor that I haven't liked. Also, very friendly staff.

So, after reading these great reviews, I feel the need to share my opinion. Perhaps I went to this establishment on an "off" day. I must say, York had at least 3 days of cool/misty/rainy weather, so I'm going to keep that in mind. This being said I'm hoping that perhaps the popcorn that I purchased for + $8.00 (what was I thinking??) was made several days prior, and sales were poor because of the weather. Yes, I said more than $8.00 for a bag of REGULAR "theater style butter popcorn." This popcorn was horrible. Chewy, stale-ish, overly salted popcorn. Could have gotten the same if not better from any grocery store's "name brand" for $1.99. YOU GOT ME ONCE KETTLE BOYS...NEVER, NEVER AGAIN. Theater popcorn is better, and that's not saying much.I am NOT A tourist. I'm from Massachusetts and have been vacationing in Maine for years, however hadn't been to York for 3 years. This was "new" to us and loving popcorn thought I'd give it a try. So, I dislike "bashing" any business. Just be weary, perhaps ask for a "freshly popped" bag???
