Lisa is the best dog groomer ever. She has groomed my Malteses for 5 plus years. Unfortunately, my Toby passed away, but she still grooms my Milo, and he loves her! They both did! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!! Also, Andrew (the owner&receptionist) is super friendly, upbeat, and kind! Best place to bring your pups!

We had a similar experience to Jay. We took our 11-month old Husky for grooming. It took endless back and forth phone calls to get the booking, I almost gave up on this place due to that fact alone, but unfortunately I didn't. Upon arrival, the place was extremely stressful, there were three people having a very loud conversation. Within two minutes of our arrival, another dog entered. Typically there is a one-dog in the lobby waiting room to reduce distress, not here. Further, upon arrival they asked if our dog was okay with lots of noise, and explained that there are multiple dogs getting groomed at the same time, with loud dryers, etc. This was never mentioned or discussed in the numerous phone calls prior to the appointment. You don't ask AT the appointment if the dog can tolerate the environment. You explain the environment BEFORE the booking.The groomer, who supposedly has experience with Huskies. came out and almost immediately put her hand in his face without warning, at which point he got scared and barked. He never barks. The groomer then made a comment about him being reactive. Dogs will be reactive with people who don't know. how to treat them, and this groomer clearly did not. She took him to the back and we left. Within 4-minutes I got a call saying they couldn't groom him.All in all, unprofessional behavior, poor expectation setting, and inadequately trained staff.

We dropped our dog off for her first grooming with the Puppy Parlor. They didn't finish the grooming but still charged us the full price. Poor communication from the staff and a stressful environment for our dog. We will not be back.

Thank you adam and Chris for turning me onto the puppy palace in Yarmouth Maine. Lisa groomed my little blackberry and she came out perfect. I have an Australian Labradoodle and I find it’s very hard to find a groomer who knows the style of an Australian Labradoodle and Lisa is it. The husband and wife which I’m not sure of their names are exceptional provide professional service as well as being very easy to talk with and have a very nice social contact with all of their clients.

We originally planned to take Java to the Puppy Parlor just for trimming her nails, but ended up doing the Fluff & Puff treatment as well as teeth and breath cleaning. What a difference afterward!The service was great and the people are very friendly and knowledgeable. We now go regularly for nail trimmings and the occasional extra treatment and have recommended the Puppy Parlor to all of our dog owner friends and family.

Lisa does a fabulous job on our Westie, Cooper! Very professional cut, and always happy to see him. And most importantly, he is always excited to see her and be with her. She has a magic touch, and I’m so happy that my dog is not nervous, but excited, to get a grooming. He actually loves it because of her. We followed Lisa to this location because she is that good! Highly recommended.

Owners are so friendly and helpful. They take great care of our dog when we bring her in for anything. Mail trimming is reasonably priced and done well. AND NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY!

Disgruntled, disappointed, dissatisfied. With months advance notice for what we were looking for we were assured of being understood (by the owner) yet our experience today was absolutely terrible! The person at the front desk did not appear to be listening to any of the detailed, explicit instruction given, or, if she did listen, she certainly didn’t pass it on to the groomer, who sheared our dog like a sheep despite, again, explicit instruction on our desired outcome and entirely without consent. At no time did anyone call to discuss findings or options - even Petco does that! Then to make it all worse leaving we were strong-armed into leaving a tip before we had even seen our dog! Most assuredly there would’ve been no tip had we been allowed to evaluate the “work”. At NO point did anyone call us to tell us that our dog was so matted that he needed to be shaved to bare skin, and because I brush and comb him I know he was not! Again, I explained several times that we expected them to take the time to groom - not scalp! Nothing about this experience was good , so sadly, we will have to resort to driving further away to another groomer, who actually takes the time to groom.

We have been taking our Shih Tzu here since dog groomers were allowed to reopen, our little companion has never got a bad cut here. Let them know exactly what you want and I am sure they will do their best to accommodate you. Make an appointment and call when you get there and they will come out to the parking lot and receive your dog keeping everyone safe.
