I visit Yarmouth a couple of months a year. I always spend time in this bookstore which is about a block from my daughter’s home. Everything is special: books, cards, mugs, puzzles, dish towels, and more. Each has a little space and the items are original. I buy birthday gifts, Christmas gifts. I believe firmly in supporting independent book stores.

Friendly, well informed owner - definitely worth asking for her opinion if unsure of exactly what you want. Big, quiet dog was a hit with our daughter. Pleasant part of the town square. Worth supporting your local business!

The best bookshop, we stop by every time we are in Yarmouth. Love the local author/Maine section and can reliably pick up whatever book it is that we're seeking in the moment.

I went here with the intent to check it out for next time I'm looking for a new book. Ended up buying a copy of Dune by Frank Herbert. I love the book and loved the store. Very friendly owner. I didn't ask for helping finding a book as I understand by now how most stores and librays set up their books but had the impression of I did ask for help she would of been helpful. I didn't see the fabled dog though so that was a bit disappointing but the store it's self was very clean and organized. Also something to note I went around lunch on a Saturday and it was not crowded at all witch helped it stress free environment.

Old school homey bookstore. We enjoyed it and found some good reading for our vacation. It's nice to see some places still have these.

Forgotten gem! I had been too sick to shop for the past year but i stopped in for a gift this week. I had forgotten about how perfectly curated the shop is. There are not stacks of the top promotions. This shop has an incredible assortment that is sure to please everyone.

This is a wonderful little bookstore with a great kids section. I buy all of the kids' birthday party gifts here and bring home stacks for my own kids as well. They are a great addition to neighborhood.
