They took the time to call to check on our fur baby post surgery. They were very organized and even though it was just a neuter, they made both myself and my husband feel at ease (we were a little crazy). They gave us everything we needed to keep our Jaxon safe.

We had a great first visit here!. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the small team is ideal. I wanted a second opinion for a surgical procedure for my dog, and they were able to get me an appt the nextMorning. The cost is must more affordable than other vets. Complimentary nail trim was also a perk! Highly recommend!

Our first visit was great. Was helpful knowledgeable and confident working with our young and nervous, German shepherd. Second visit our pup needed stiches, they got us in the same day and was just overall amazing!! Thank you to the team for fixing up my girl!!

What an awesome first visit with this practice! Started with meeting the vet tech—Nikki. She had already thoroughly reviewed my dogs history and knew what she would need for the visit. She took the time to explain why different preventative medications are used at their practice and the additional benefits they provide. Dr. Barker then came in and could not have been more pleasant. She noticed my dogs nails were a bit long and was able to clip them so quickly. She was also able to draw blood, and give vaccines without any noticeable discomfort for my dog. Highly recommend their practice for an efficient and timely visit as well as expertise in procedures, especially a nail trim (my dog is very difficult with these). I’m nicknaming them the nail clipping ninjas!

Dr. Barker and her staff are truly wonderful. My puppy Winnie loves going to NYVH, and I love that everyone there is knowledgeable, kind, and great at what they do! I so appreciate that they take the time to listen and respond thoughtfully to my questions; I can tell that they genuinely have Winnie’s best interests at heart. Brought my guinea pig here a few days after i adopted him and they treated him like one of their own! Very knowledgeable and if they don't know right off the tip of their head they will look into it and contact you asap! I had a question about my guinea and had a response in my email by the time I got home 😊 Great experience! Dr. Barker was awesome!

We switched to this North Yarmouth Veterinary Hospital after my long-time vet was bought out by a corporate veterinary servicer, which impacted their quality of care. The staff at NYVH go above and beyond to provide top quality care and attention to my dog. They are reasonably priced, knowledgable, kind, and accommodating. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.
