Fantastic location. Well run, clean, super well stocked and organized. Awesome employees ♥️ depending on where you love, delivery is free and super fast!! And they have EVERYTHING I NEED IN STOCK! THEY LITERALLY HAD THE EXACT FAN model and year that I NEEDED. The Lasko Cyclone 5 bladed with remote control. And Audettes had it listed for the same price as other competitors like Target, Walmart, Amazon, etc!!! Only one other store had it in stock: Target. Neither Walmart, Amazon, Lowes, and Home Depot had it for months - I was looking for it every day! Bless this hardware store. Awesome employees too :)))🙏❤♥️ love Audettes. They got everything you need and more, and plenty of options and brands for every type of option. Example: you need mallets? They got 6 types! Rubber, wood, etc etc

Great spot if you are into Trapping, Compound Bows and firearms, great service and attention..will spend lots of loot here and prices are excellent too

Your Ace Hardware store is 20.9 miles each way from my home. I will make a special trip to Audettes to find what I need. Today I wanted a specific drill bit for drilling in heavy metal. An employee offered to help find it. It didn't take long at all. Then he left me alone to check out their offerings. They even have replacement wheels for sliding doors! I don't remember seeing those in a big box store.And the woman at the cash register was very pleasant.

Stopped here for some cotter pins on the way home from my new job. Spent a whopping 36 cents. Looked around as it was my first time there. It’s a large hardware store with a large and thoughtful selection of items. Costs were reasonable with some items I have to go back for when I have time. Staff was helpful asking what I needed and leading me right there. Definitely worth checking out!

Went for paint chips, they were out of most colors, so no way to take a sample to match to existing walls. I told them I was disappointed and the man at the paint counter, who had been having a lengthy non-work related conversation with a woman, mocked me and said it would take years of counseling for him to recover from my disappointment. Then he laughed at me. Never coming back here to Audettes again. Sherwin Williams is always courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. The staff at the SW stores in Augusta and Topsham always take the time to give me instructions and tips.

I have shopped at Audettes most of my life. They always have what you need and most of their supply is very high quality. You will pay a little more then the box stores, but well worth it for the service they provide. They also have a great gun selection new and used. I would recommend stopping in anytime for hardware or gun purchases. I am always happy with what I buy here.

Great place to go for anything from garden to house hold and even firearm awesome staff and plenty of knowledgeable employees that will make sure you get what you need. Prices might be a little higher than most but it's a true small town America Hardware store where a lot of people come from miles and miles around to due business. One of my top Five places to go.!!!

Great place to do personal and professional business. Lee and Jim just outfittitted my son with a bow and all the necessary accessories. They were patient with him and did a great job getting him excited for a lifetime of fun. Along with their excellent customer service, they carry a wide variety of hunting, fishing and other household equipment.

I made my last visit there today! Never Again! been going there for a couple years since I moved to Winthrop and every single time without fail the old woman behind the cash register is unfriendly, rude and borderline hostile. My wife gets the same treatment when she goes there. One time she wasn’t there and an older gentleman pointed me in the right direction to what I was looking for and He was a nice guy with humor and a personality. As decent as he was Once, that old woman has inspired me to go to the Paris Farmers Union for All my Hardware needs for now on. She needs some education of what friendly customer service is but I’m sure she is set in her ways.

Excellent place to shop for thing's you need, and thing's you didn't know you needed to complete any project. I've been shopping here for years, and only once have they not had what i needed. Very large hardware store with friendly staff. Had to wait a bit to track someone down to help me, but that was unavoidable as the place was VERY busy. Didn't look at the sporting goods end of the store, but it looks like they're pretty well stocked with firearms as well.

For a small town hardware store they will have pretty much everything you would need. Lee in the gun and bow shop is a well informed person and great guy to deal with! Make sure to give him a hard time tho...

The most lackluster customer service I've experienced in a long time. I had to wait for employees to stop talking to each other for someone to ask me if I needed help. Then it was with resistance and noticable annoyance he went with me to help me get what I needed. No warmth or greeting from cashier. Apparently my business is not needed/wanted. I will grant their wish for any future needs and not return.

Always surprised by their inventory - they seem to have everything that Lowes/HD has except lumber. Great firearms and sporting good selection. Very helpful and informative staff.

Sadly it just isn't the audettes I remember as a youth. The supply is acquit but the prices are so high I don't mind driving the extra miles to a lowes to buy stuff. The sport shooting department is still great as it always was. Again prices are high but the hunting, fishing trapping supplies are of good quality and the firearm sales guys are super knowledgeable and serious about their work in every way, professionals one and all. But the hardware store part is not so great, the sales people are bullish and not so helpful. So conclusions are, the sport hunting and fishing etc. Part of the shop is Great! The rest... yeah not so much.

Went in with my granddaughter to buy her first bow. He basically handed her a bow and pointed out where the arrows were. The guy behind the counter couldn't have been less interested. Bunch of guys were at the other end of the counter just talking. He said we should come back later. Not going back. Will travel to a place that wants our business.

They have everything. This store has almost everything you could ever need. I wish I lived closer as I would shop there all the time. The staff are very helpful and can explain/ help with all projects.

I'll never do business whit this place ever again dropped off chainsaw the next day received a phone call which I missed no message left. I call the next day the guy who called me was not there. I was told he works next day. I call he tells me not ready I try to explain I received call but he must of been to busy to deal with me. He was rude and I just picked up my saw.

I went there on May 2nd 2020. They were doing to prevent the risk of covid. They had a sign on the door saying no more than 15 customers at a time but no one was enforcing. The line is in a small tight aisle and no one was asked to stay 6 feet apart. People and employees were congregated at the front of the store. It was awful and scary.
