Had a price tag of 23.99 on the bag of paper liner for my guinea pig cage it rang up 34.99 I showed the gentleman behind the counter and his response was oh someone tagged that wrong and if we give it to you for that price then we loose money on it. I get that they loose money but I have worked retail for 1/2 my life and no matter where I worked if something was tagged with a price on it, that's the price the customer paid. I didn't want to argue so I just said fine but I wanted to let other people know to pay close attention if you go in here to prices on packages.

Better prices, selection, and knowledge than their only competitor in the area. Also, regarding Kelley Hunt. I’ve also worked in retail my whole life and many stores have a “prices subject to change at any time” policy to protect profit

The manager there that was working last night (1/3) was very knowledgeable and has a lot of great knowledge on pet foods and allergies.I do agree with a few other commenters, the building is shabby but I don't know that the business can change that on a lease much. I also think the meds section was lighter than I'd have liked.

I didn't catch his name but he was super helpful and full of good information on cat food options. I didn't realize a brand that I thought was amazing wasn't really as good for my cats as I thought it would be. But now I know what and what not to get in the future. 5 star service:)

I went in to look for a beta fish, which they only had 5 in the whole store, and. The container he was in wasn't the cleanest, but turned out to be a pretty good fish. Happy with my purchase. My other one I had for 3 yrs. just passed.

We went in to get a collar and leash for our newly adopted dog. He was pulling and kept darting in front of us on walks. The owner steered us to a particular collar, and I must say, it did the trick. Walks with our new pup are so much more enjoyable. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience.

Disclaimer: my wife works here. That being said Pet Quarters is a locally owned company and provided great quality products. They have a wider variety of small animal, fish, and reptile supplies then pet life (loyal companion) and much better staff.

Since relocation they haven't bothered to put effort into the fish or reptiles. They just got tanks up and guess you could say running but no effort or experience with fish selection or care. Can't even be bothered to bring fish in on a regular schedule like all the other businesses have been doing for decades. And what the did bring in is overpriced for location cheaper to go to Portland and risk the trip and will still save money

Went in hoping to find a 10 gallon tank for a betta fish. The tanks are low in stock, and right next to a rack of betta fish in tiny cups. Ironically, the betta cups are right next to beautiful aquariums holding anything but betta fish. Staff weren't wearing masks, either.

horrible. absolutely no mice and 3 hamsters with just the bare minimum. one of the workers created a bond with the hamster i purchased which is just horrible because now he’s not interested in my boyfriend or i. as i was purchasing him she was kissing him and cuddling him right up until i had to walk out the door.

Staff was not wearing mask when walking in, and wasn’t wearing mask walking around store, wasnt wearing mask while they talked side by side. And was not wearing masks waiting on me at register with no plexi glass. Needless to say I was upset about this interaction !

They moved into another, bigger store with lots of new products. Much better than the other smaller pet store across the road that was out of one of the products I went there for. Can't even remember the name of the other store because they changed it. 😂

They no longer sell live animals but they have great products and pretty decent prices. All products are pet safe and our furry friends will enjoy them a lot

The building is kind of shabby. The staff was nice and helpful. They had most if the things we needed for our fish.

5 star is not nearly enough, I went in with many questions about my new aquarium and found a man with a wealth of knowledge about the problems I was having, he knew just what I needed to do to have a successful aquarium.

I went in the other day, I was the only customer and there were 3 workers playing on their phones at the check out counter. They didn't greet me when I came in and they had attitudes when I asked for some help. Very dissapointed with my visit.
