Customer service needs to be better I did curbside pick up no one came out.My neighbor had to go into the store and one employee walk right by her and help the woman who was near the paint.The other employee was on the computer not paying attention to see if customer needs help.Even though she was there first. The bucket came with no lid. Now I have to hunt for a lid for the bucket.

Great store and options but I would not recommend using UHaul at their location. This morning I was double-booked for a moving truck that was scheduled for 8am when they didn't open until 9am. When I showed up for them they tell me that there is no truck available. Understandably, that part is on UHaul, but staff were not willing to help me find another truck locally through their system and told me there was nothing they could do.I then called the UHaul location down the street at Auto Mill LLC and they helped locate a truck, and it was acknowledged that they could have done the same thing at Aubuchon.

I was in need of a new chainsaw. From the moment I walked into the store I received world class service. They asked me what I planned to use the chainsaw for and immediately had a recommendation and knowledgeably explained why this saw best fit my needs. But, that wasn't all. They started the chainsaw in my presence, went over the major features and assisted me in choosing the other needed accessories. But, that wasn't all. They explained that I can come back if I have any questions, issues or need maintenance. WOW!! And all of this only took 10 minutes.Folks, you will never have this experience at a big box store!!Thank you Windham Aubuchon for making my purchasing experience so positive, but better yet, now establishing the only place I'll go for my power equipment!!

I ordered 6 Adirondack chairs for a fabulous price (30% discount for my first online purchase) and didn't have a chance to pick them up for almost 2 weeks. It was no problem for them and they were professional and friendly when I finally got them. I appreciate the flexibility for the timing of picking them up. I will definitely make this my hardware store to go to. Thank you!

very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. A good selection and great location with easy parking. Benjamin more paint ,which in my opinion is the best paint out there. It was disappointing not having in stock more summer seating but not surprising because every store is having the same issues.It was difficult navigating online ordering discount because the store is actually not part of the process although they do the pick up -if they have the item in stock

I only needed a hose fitting to repair a hose. No problem there, but the cashier couldn't make change. When I gave him a penny so I wouldn't get 4 pennies back it completely baffled him. It must have taken 5 minutes to complete the transaction.

I needed a deep recessed hose spigot to replace a freeze-burst one. Aubie's had just what I needed, with several depth lengths available. The price was competitive and I was in and out with my part, quickly, and back to work. I do most of my shopping for my Handyman business needs there.
