They do a great job caring for the cats! They had tons of perches and caves so the cats could roam free and still feel like they had safe places to go. The staff really knew all the cats and their personalities and was really helpful in guiding us how to best interact with each of them. I had a great time! The cats were happy and wonderful!

Our family loves this place! We've been about four times and can't wait to go back. My 12 year old daughter wants us to adopt all the cats when we visit. She loves them all. We just went back a few days ago, my daughter fell in love with a cat named Nora and begs me to take her back to see her. The owner is sweet, kind and helpful. You can tell she truly loves what she's doing. I enjoy seeing cats getting adopted and new cats coming in. The lounge is spacious and fun. You can tell the cats are well loved. Also, we enjoy buying little cat trinkets that are rare and unique to us. We can't wait to come back because my 15 year old son wants to come with us next time. Yay!!! My heart warmed so much when we saw two cats getting adopted during our visit.

What a wonderful place! I would go every day, if I could. A very comfortable atmosphere, with lots of games, puzzles etc. And the cats are obviously loved and well cared for. 😻 They were mostly sleeping when we went (not surprising, they are cats, after all), until one of the ladies pulled out a laser pointer. Within a few minutes 4 or 5 of them were taking turns chasing it around. Delightful! Can’t wait to back - to either just hang out or attend one of their events!

absolutely fantastic!! this is such a safe, comfortable and welcoming space. the kitties are all SO sweet!! very clean and well-kept. the staff was so kind, and i loved the accommodation of vegan/gluten free beverages!! i’d absolutely recommend to everyone, whether you’d like a cozy place to study or to just spend some time petting some cute cats!!

Had a great time at the Meow Lounge. If you’re in need of some chill out time this is the place to go. Staff are friendly. The kitty’s are up for adoption so if you’re looking to adopt you can meet them first. There is a quiet corner for shy cats and new cats so please respect their space.

We had a birthday party here. It was a nice venue. They require the kids to be quiet so maybe keep that in mind. Library voice. Anyway we brought in some stuff and set up with ease.The party was a hit with my daughter and I heard several of her friends say they wanted to have their birthday at this place. Id say it's a hit.The cats were all fantastic in their own way. Some of them were a little harsher. Fantastic than others but all very lovely kitties. We locked out on a day when they were socializing two very small cats and they were a hit.The staff was great. They were friendly and helpful and patient with the kids.

We really enjoyed visiting MEow Lounge. It was our first time! The staff was great and friendly. The kitties are just precious. Love that they are providing homes for kitties! The gift shop area was awesome - loved seeing all sorts of fun cat-themed items. Can't wait to come back!

Loved the Meow Cafe! So glad we got the chance to visit and have some playtime with the wonderfully sweet kitties! It was so clean, spacious and comfortable. Though we have four kitties of our own at home, we fell in love with all the kitties there!

Meow Lounge is AMAZING! It was so much more than I anticipated. The setup was amazing. There were lots of areas to sit down, cubbies for cats to sleep in, and even a little library. The cats were super friendly and always came over to be pet (I think there were around a dozen cats when I went). It is clear that the owners truly care about what they do! I highly recommend this place!

I visited here with two of my friends and it was wonderful to watch all the kittens and cats playing with each other. I am positive that all of these kitties will find wonderful loveable homes. The cat room is spacious, bright, and clean, with lots of seating and a nice book library. The gift shop has all sorts of great products from local artists and vendors. The staff are friendly and great at answering questions. Highly recommend.

First time being here and I loved it! One of the cats fell asleep on me almost the entire time I was there. Stopped by the gift shop and it’s super cute with reasonable prices! Definitely recommend! Love what they’re doing here.

After my dear cats of 16 years passed, my wife and I went to MEow Lounge to spend some time with some new furry friends and see if we clicked with anyone. It was the perfect spot to get to know some kitties in an environment they feel comfortable and relaxed in. Two very sweet sister cats took a shine to us, and have been making our home brighter ever since. They're very special additions to our family, and MEow Lounge provided the best experience for us and them.

This was so fun! For less than $10, you get to spend time with cats. What's not to love? Even if you're not looking to adopt, I highly suggest going here if you are a cat lover! We did the 50 minute session and afterwards checked out the gift shop. What a fun time!

A truly amazing space! I took my daughter in for her birthday to just play with kitties and she loved it! Such a great idea to get these shelter cats into a space where the cat be cats. Sleep or play or hide and be loved on by people who want to be there. I like that they have different activities you can do in the space with the cats, yoga, painting, pottery, quiet time. It let's you spend time with the cats while also doing something else fun and of course there is adoption if you find your forever friend. Can't wait to go back

Best cat lounge ever! They had all the bells and whistles here. The room was spacious, cats and kittens spoiled, super friendly and helpful staff. Well worth the trip. Theres games, a puzzle set up and books to pick from. Very bright and clean space too.

This place is better than dreamed! This was a fun place to hang out and give snuggles to well cared for kitties and a store to buy local art. I left with my heart full and didn’t realize how much I had needed it. Excited for upcoming events like yoga with cats and game night. Thanks Meow Lounge for bringing many people’s and cat dreams a reality!

We went to adopt a kitty and there were so many! It was a very sweet and clean environment to hang with the kitties and the woman who helped (sorry to say I forgot her name) was so kind and helpful. We applied for some kitties we met to adopt and hope to find out within the next couple of days. This places us great for a quick kitty fix or adoption option! Will return fur sure!

Oh my gosh what an amazing place! The staff was great and explained the rules before we went into the lounge part. She explained the crafts that were available and did the craft with us. Time went by so quickly 😩 and it was time to say goodbye to the kitties. I sat on the floor with our craft kitty Thelma, thanked her letting us pet her and craft with her! Definitely spent serious money on some wicked cool stuff!! (Totally worth it)

We have taken part in the Kitty picnic and I cannot recommend this experience enough! The Meow Lounge is ran by such an amazing group of individuals who truly love and care for what they do. Such a great space for a calming afternoon with some cute kitties! I was able to bring my teenage brother and it was nice to see him be able to play with all the cats and really break out of that "too cool attitude" that most teenagers have haha I will be back!

I went to the Taro with cats night, and it was such a fun time. The staff was just lovely, and all the cats were friendly and playful. There was also a gift shop with lots of nice items. I bought the most amazing oversized pullover hoodie. It comes down to my shins. I love it. I will definitely go again.

It was a delight to come sit and play with the kitties, and the little man I took home is the absolute sweetest boy. They took very good care of him there!The atmosphere is great, with games and lots of books and comfy places to sit. 10/10 will visit again!

So glad Maine finally has a place like this! I can’t have a cat at home so this is the next best thing. The staff is so friendly and helpful. You can tell that they really care about the cats. All the cats are up for adoption too! There is a library corner, tables for board games, and plenty of cozy places to sit.
