I have been taking my dog here since she was a puppy and have always had the best experience! They take great care and are so wonderful with her. She’s a bit nervous and so they always go at her pace and let me know how she did when I pick her up. Highly recommend taking your pup here for excellent service and environment!

Lacey and her staff are amazing with my Border Collie -- they have seen her since she was a puppy, and they were exceptionally professional and patient with her as she learned to receive her grooming without getting anxious or protective. The first groomer we tried left Honey very upset, but not so with Dog-a-holick. She is super happy every time I come back to retrieve her!!Not to mention how great she LOOKS and SMELLS when I pick her up -- Lacey and her team know exactly how to trim her long hair so that her neck, legs, and tail are looking superb for all 8 weeks in between my appointments. She doesn't develop any matted hair, or require any of my attention other than a rinse off when she is muddy :)Highly recommended - best groomers I've met!

This is a Top Notch grooming center. They have a convenient web site for making appointments. The let you submit vaccination records electronically, very convenient. They did all four of my dogs, three needing clipping. in a few hours. The dogs looked great when we picked them up. I would highly recommend this business.

I have been seeing Lacy for over 2 years now. She took great care of my senior lab. I got my Maltipoo Frankie in august and she has taken great care of him. She gave me information on taking care of his hair on our first visit. Maltipoo’s require more grooming since they do not shed. I had a horrible experience at my vet where she shaved Frankie’s face in a miscommunication. I called Lacy and was so upset she got me in and blended his haircut so well. I love it at dogaholik and I trust Lacy to keep my pets looking and feeling great!

I had my 2.5 year old Great Pyrenees, who had never been groomed before and is slightly skiddish (as many GP are) groomed here and they did a beautiful job. I was a little nervous they wouldn’t be able to do him, and I let her know when I dropped him off if they couldn’t do him that was fine because I didn’t want him to get stressed out. When I picked him up he was in good spirits and looked beautiful. I was very impressed! I then scheduled another one of my dogs to get groomed. Definitely worth the money, especially for big, shy guys! I highly recommend!

Called to inquire about rates and whether they accept first time puppies. Got ushered into an appointment I hadn't asked for. Upon reviewing the terms of service and contract realized this place takes your card number up-front and retains the right to charge you if you dont use them every 4-12 weeks, even in winter! Read the contract people. Quickly backed out, owner told me it is because they are 'high end' even though her prices were much lower than the competitors and somehow her wait wasn't at least 4 weeks like the other 4 places I had called about. No discussion about how a first visit should just be a bath and a positive experience for my puppy, she was ready to just go right at it. All sorts of red flags. Buyer beware, this seems like the sort of place you get what you pay for.

Emily did a fantastic job in grooming my bolonoodle yesterday. I appreciated that she worked and completed the grooming in less than two hours and did not groom other dogs in between our service. Willow looked great when I picked her up and had a sweet spring scarf around her neck! Thank you very much for all your efforts!

Laci does a fantastic job grooming our mini schnauzer, which is why we drive 45 minutes to get her in! We always know what we are going to get when we pick her up. We have found that we are usually surprised when we pick our pup up from other groomers...Laci consistently provides a great cut every time and always asks if there is anything that should be done differently during the next grooming. Her hard work is greatly appreciated and I would highly recommend her to others in the Portland area.

A very nice lady from Maine contacted me down here in Florida about purchasing a miniature schnauzer. I own Reberstein’s Miniature Schnauzers in Brandon Florida. She was having trouble finding a groomer up in Maine so I told her that I would look for her. I was very fortunate to have found this groomer as they did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them again!

Laci and her crew are the best! Dog-a-Holick has been grooming our dogs for years, and they always come out trimmed and beautiful. One of our dogs is a rescue dog, who has special needs due to his nervousness around people. Dog-a-Holick is able to groom him without trouble!I give them my highest recommendation!
