I recently had the pleasure of dealing with this CVS in Wells, ME. What professionals they are. I had a horrible experience the day before with another pharmacy. Had to call my dr to have a prescription redone and sent to CVS. Please note I am from California. When I contacted the CVS about 10 minutes later they informed me that they had the prescription, asked a few questions to make a profile for me, and then informed me the prescription would be ready within the hour. I cannot tell you how grateful I was for such professionalism, especially after my experience with the one down the street. I had covid and needed the Paxlovid. The other pharmacy lied to me, and never could fill the prescription. CVS just handled it like it was a priority to them. I will always use CVS pharmacies in the future. Thank you, Wells CVS for your assistance, professionalism and caring demeanor.

We went to drop off an Amazon return. Amazon states this a no box drop off. It seems all Amazon returns DO need to be boxed at this location. The CVS clerk was not interested in alerting anyone on his side to change the status on Amazon. Hope to save someone some time with this review.

I came to the pharmacy just at 7 pm, with a script from York Hospital urgent care. I was met by technicians closing gates. And while I stated I came from the hospital, I was told I could come back at 9AM. This was the worst customer service I've ever received. I could've stopped at walgreens had I known how cruel the staff would be towards an urgent need for prescription. Obviously they don't care about customer health. I seriously needed a script filled but they happily left the store behind me instead of helping me. Never going to this pharmacy again.

Super helpful DRIVE-THROUGH RX pickup window.Didn’t know you can transfer your Rx refills when traveling for vacation, but luckily you can and this CVS was able to refill my out of state Rx.If you’re picking up on a holiday like July4, call ahead because the Pharmacist may be closed early while the retail part of the store remains open normal hours. Also has automated cashier option.

Horrible experience with delivery, use Amazon. Ships quicker; not a week like CVS. Amazon informs you of your backordered items, CVS does not. Acetaminophen and ibuprofen were 2 of my items that did not ship. Really? Their inventory must be way off for my order to not ship complete. Are they backordered? Do I need to buy them else where? If only CVS could tell me. Oh well, Amazon, you have a new customer. Stay Away from Delivery

I had a terrible experience trying to return a product today. A female employee probably in her thirties refused to accept my return or even exchange for another product. She accused me of stealing the product and I am very disappointed. I do not recommend this CVS

By far, the friendliest and the most willing to go above and beyond staff at this CVS! From the pharmacy to the front line, everyone is friendly, helpful and willing to go above and beyond for me when I'm there. I suffer from a painful chronic illness, and they always offer assistance in finding the items I'm looking for, or calling my dr to ensure the prescriptions are ready and on time. It is a huge weight off my mind to have this CVS in my town!

Rich the pharmacist is patient, knowledgeable and kind! The best! And then there is Max who goes above and beyond to also give you the best service! Truly an amazing guy and so friendly. These two are the reason I go to CVS!

Cashier friendly and genuinely kind. Ran back in to use restroom. Tall gal rude by omission. Yes, Love it IS 10pm as I am leaving. To be polite to customers always is what I believe is now referred to as “adulting”. It used to be called “mandatory professionalism “ or termination was the alternative. Spoiled, pouty children with drivier’s licenses, name tags, and (thankfully) birth control pills. As you say, “I am so done with this!” So done.

I went there to fill a prescription. Granted, I got there 7 min before pharmacy closing, but they had called and told me my prescription was ready. I drove up to the drive through, pushed a call button and got a recording saying the pharmacy is closed. If you're not really open until 5:00, then say so.
