We have had nothing but problems with this store on both food and merchandise delivery everytime we order it is always something. You either don't get what you order, get things way late, or don't get things at all because they deliver it to the wrong address. Their delivery and service is very poor. I would definitely not recommend them for anything. I would give them 0 stars if I could. My girlfriend and I have been sick and haven't eat much cause we have not felt like cooking and today at 4pm we placed an order for something quick and easy that we could cook in the oven. After 9pm we are wondering where our order is that was suppose to be delivered by 8 pm. When we get online to find out what is going on they say our order is running late. After 10 pm we get back on to ask them what is going on and they tell us that they cannot get us our order till tomorrow afternoon because there only delivery driver had to leave for a family emergency. Thanks for letting us know earlier idiot's! Sounds like corporate needs to step in and clean house and hire a store manager that can run that store along with employees that can do their jobs and do them right. And even though I think it is a lie that they only have 1 delivery driver, I think they need to hire more driver's if that truly is the case. Wouldn't that make sense and be the smart thing to do?

Came in walmart in waterville with a return. Then I went shopping for the few groceries I needed. Went thru self checkout. (Where you get babysat) I then proceeded out the door eating my cookies. I KNEW I RANG UP. Get to the door. Where my receipt was checked. (people that were walking by while we were held up looked as tho they had stolen items) the gentleman say I don't see your cookies on receipt. I said it was 1 of the last items I rang in. He kept staring at receipt for a while. After being held up so long I was getting irritated. How bout YOU WALMART change what the cookies say on receipt since the only said 14.25 he thought for sure I stole them. I even point that out on receipt since I knew when I scanned it and it was the only thing without words DUH makes sense. Finally, after him staring at the receipt I said, don't you have a scanner you can look to see what name it brings up. Which should of happened first instead of holding me up & embarrassing me. Also the receipt shows how many items you buy. So he could have even counted to 13. I didn't have any bags (forgot in car like many other times). Have people work at doors that know what they are doing. Instead of letting the thieves out stop bothering the ones who pay. I don't appreciate being judge, embarrassed when I PAY!

It's a box store, they have a little of everything. I hate that we are shifting towards checking out ourselves and then someone stops you at the door, to look at your receipt again. I feel like the punishment of having to check myself out is plenty enough of my time wasted. Other than that I really do like Walmart. I think the store has done very well maintaining things needed in my area. I would give them five stars if I'd have to check myself out because for a box store they do have everything I need.

Made a complaint at the customer service desk about the cart corrals being in the driving lane, we had to maneuver around it and it scraped the side of our truck around the wheel well. I would really appreciate if walmart would make good on it. I have my doubts they will because when I fell outside the entrance because of a hole, they refused to pay my medical when they were the ones to send me to the emergency room...

Be very careful buying a computer. I spent 300$ on something I can barely use. They are selling junk computers. Cheap HP that barely operates. I'd love to exchange but I bet beyond the return policy. Beware.

In one week I experienced both the worst customer service experience and the best customer service here where I do most of my shopping.My No star visit occurred Thursday 4/27/23. I am handicap and in the past if there are no electric carts, I have asked cart attendants to retrieve one from the parking lot and they do. I come in the left, less congested side. I am able to use a regular cart for short distances for short periods of time. There is nowhere to sit to wait there so I go to the right side entrance and sit in a Duncan Donuts chair.For the past couple months, this has not been possible. "If there are no carts, there's nothing we can do".On this day I only needed a nearby item and used a regular cart but an elderly woman hunched over using a walker came in behind me. The young male associate headed towards her saying there are no carts. I have repeatedly explained to him how this problem used to be solved and got nowhere.I was furious! I went to the right side and asked to speak to the cart attendant supervisor. A young lady appeared, listened to the problem and solution and said there's nothing they can do several times!Furious again, I went looking for someone older than 16 and found Kendrick. With a nice smile, "coach"on hIs nametag, and a can do attitude, he set off to save my day!!!Thank you!!!☆☆☆☆☆5 STARS To*KENDRICK*On 5/7/23☆☆☆☆☆5 STARSgoes tonew employee*GRACE ELLEN*Helped me scan and bag my whole cart without even being asked!!!

Grocery selection is nice, a lot of disabled parking, a Dunkin' inside for all your donut needs, and a nicely stocked electronics section. Despite the remodels, I still come here often, even after finding an entire gaping hole behind the toilet paper multiple times.

Love this place because it's close to home and always nice and clean. However recently, very frustrated with it too. I feel that they do not realize, or maybe don't care (I'm trying to believe they do care though) that the majority of people who shop here do so on the weekends. With that said, it seems they are never fully stocked when everyone is shopping or are painfully doing it while many people are shopping, slowing both sides down. I've tried early morning, mid-day, afternoon and evening and have seen no difference. It's disappointing really considering Walmart's business model is usually pretty costumer centric. I generally always have a pleasant shopping experience here (by comparison to the Augusta Walmart which is always terrible), but recently (probably in the past 2yrs), it's become a nightmare. Again, I love shopping here, I just wish they could sort this out.

Augusta could learn from the Waterville location. The store was bursting with staff who were trying to get everything stocked and organized since renovation. It was hard to find some items but there was a staff member around every corner to help. First time I've ever had a good experience at a Walmart.

Walmart To Go at this location is extremely slow. During the renovation it was challenging to find a parking place due to amount of cars there waiting. Overall the store is nice, the new layout is good.

I can't stand the personal shoppers. It Seems like they matter more than the actual paying customer in the store!!!!! They are rude and plow through and get in your way while you are trying to find what you need.

I've been coming here with my parents since I was a kid. They've done a lot of work recently inside remodeling, there a little short on staff sometimes so you may need to wait or search for an employee sometimes. But what you'd expect from a supermarket you get here, in terms product availability it's usually pretty stocked as well. Don't forget, they deliver now too.

Noticed when I got home that Walmart in Bangor Maine, had charged me for 9 packages of Chicken cold cuts when I bought 6. The self check out machines are terrible. They do not scan well, with produce they have frozen up requiring employee assistance and it took about 5 minutes for an employee to come over and fix it. On January 21st, the meat department looked like I was shopping in a 3rd world country!!! Produce was not much better!!!Next time I will post photos.Additionally, NUMEROUS items were not priced on the shelves and the pricing system is meant to obfuscate the price variations as to the quantity / count are not the same, i.e. think price per ounce vs price per lbs, etc.

Wow! What a Walmart!Everything a Walmart should be - absolutely super. Here you can find pretty much anything - of course within reasonable limits - you can possibly think of, fresh vegetables, aged wines, tennis rackets, beach towels etc.The staff in this woderland of shopping are helpful and knowledgeable, giving excellent advise and suggestions.

We do spark delivery for Walmart all around Maine, Never had any complaints before much with this store but one of the Walmart associates today say Waterville has a policy on children. When the spark app clearly has it in printing. Its okay for stay at home moms etc. Thats the whole point of the app. Kids are just not to be left alone in a car. I dont know where they're getting their information from but... Even looking it up on Google and app again we are allowed. So we called up spark customer service. Waterville Walmart is making up their own rules and spark bags are supposed to be in customer service area. We are not supposed to ask for associates. They always lack to put stickers on customers pick up orders too. Then blame others for their screw ups. Haven't had any other problems from any other Walmart aside this one and bringing our children along is just silly. That's like saying you can't shop because you have kids.

The Scan and Go option is fantastic. Scan with my phone as I shop. A running $ total so no surprises. Approve the total and head to the car.

They don’t know how to count , horrible customer service , never have bags or things you need to shop I was supposed to get medicine today they make me wait longer than necessary avoid this store . And the remodeling you walk first of all to the store not everyone can drive especially people like me with narcolepsy so it’s not very friendly no side walks went to buy glasses walked five miles and they say ok we’re remodeling which they don’t advertise the changes so wasted my whole day this place really stinks. Also the delivery is never on time never not once

I've shopped 3 different Walmart stores now in 3 different parts of this state. By far, the Waterville store is more put together and organized, and most things are stocked so well. Even with construction going on, I found more variety of products and displays were very pleasing visually. 👌 kudos Waterville!

The fact that they are doing all of this remodeling is very hard on those like me on the autistic spectrum. You get used to how things have always been. You like that, and to have all that stuff change without any warning at all... that's very stressful for me. Just as much as I'm sure it is for others, yet does Waterville Walmart care? Hell no!

In my personal opinion they'r remodel has made the store worse. I don't like the fact that they got rid of the self-checkout conveyor belts I find their new self checkouts to be insufficient as I can't put up all my groceries. I've also noticed since the remodel that there isn't as much of a selection anymore when I go on Walmart's website to buy it it cost more than what it did when it was in the store so I buy it elsewhere . Also there website does not match the store and what aisle the item is actually in, so i have to walk all around the store to find it cuz you can never find a Walmart associate and if you can find one they don't even know where it is.
