Over all great store! I've been to the Waterville Tractor Supply many times over the years. For various things, pet food, hardware items, even went to the vet clinic once. All great experiences. So today, when I learned my usual go-to place for propane refills was closed until further notice, due to a filling station relocating. I panicked for a moment as I NEEDED my propane tanks filled. So I hopped on good ole Google and found out that T. S offered this service. We took the short trip down the road and were able to get them filled with ease. The younger gentleman who filled out tanks was very helpful. Very polite and efficient. AND the best part, we actually saved money! Almost $10 cheaper! And that's including the savings I get from being a rewards member at the other place! Needless to say I've definitely found my new go-to for regular propane refills. Thanks tractor supply!I want to add one more thing, the designated parking spot for propane filling is a nice touch as well. Don't have to lug your tanks far, maybe 15 feet tops! The young man who helped us even come and grabbed it out of our truck! The other place has never done that! Also, loved that you can check in using their app to let them know you need a tank filled. AND they are open two hours later then the other place we've been using! Very happy customer

Our first time picking up equipment at Waterville TS Co. Diffrent setup being in an outlet mall but same outstanding customer service. As a Service Provider I was treated like i was a customer who spent my hard earned money here. I enjoy mirroring my interaction during delivery. TS has allowed me to see beautiful farm animals and meet the kindest care givers to these animals. Seeing ppl start with a small kennel and buy expansion gates to fit their growing projects.. Thanks to the crew in shipping for your concern in logistical safety and product education that allows me to answer your customers questions.

I bought a pallet of wood pellets every single bag was torn open and during loading I told them to stop and they continued and damaged my truck and then manager Tina Woodward says I’m responsible for their forklift operator. Worst business I’ve ever dealt with

The older heavy set lady that runs the forklift doesn't have a very professional attitude. I brought a gun safe for a Christmas present while trying to load it I didn't want her damage the top of the door on my enclosed trailer so I try to explain that to her and the comment in a loud voice that I got was "get out of my way or I'll drop it right here and you'll have to load it yourself". That wasn't called for at all.

Loved seeing all the animal products. Live chickens and ducks. The clerk was very patient explaining about the special on the chick's. Great prices on clothing.

10/1/22 14:30 The older heavier set lady on the forklift blocked the entire access road off around the back side of this plaza with this stores product keeping all other delivery trucks from making deliveries. I have been delivering here for over 2 years. I offered to help her move the product blocking the road, she was rude and declined. She told me I would haven to wait 30 minutes which we do not have time for when driving 500 miles a day in a tractor trailer. This lady is extremely rude and not entitled to block other businesses from conducting there business. Please fix this problem tractor supply.

I hate writing negative reviews....but, I feel this time it is necessary. I do a lot of online business with Tractor Supply and have had zero issues. This time I ordered grain and had to pick it up here.I was met with a very surly service person that was extremely rude and disrespectful.This was my first time venturing out after the height of the pandemic. I was in a great mood and looking at the planting products outside when I saw my order being wheeled out.I told the person that my grain was on the wagon...she rudely ignored me. Sooo...I followed her as she went looking for another order also on wagon. I mentioned my truck was far out... and offered to wheel the wagon.She ignored me and rudely went to my truck and proceeded to try and throw the grain up over the edge of my truck...when my husband and I were there to do it ourselves....I had to grab the bag before it was tossed and asked her to leave....I don’t recommend shopping here unless you want your day ruined....

I go to multiple TS stores as I travel alot back and forth from Augusta to Doverfoxcroft. Waterville has the worst customer service. The only time I go there is when I'm in that area and really need something, it's never a pleasant experience. The staff is ALWAYS rude. Asked for help loading mulch in the rain once. They said the didn't have anyone to help. I loaded in the rain by myself, turned around to leave 2 staff members standing in the entry way watching me. I went in the tonight, an elderly lady wanted to buy a children's book. The cashier rung it up, the lady said it t had a sale sign under it, I think it's on sale. The staff member didn't check, didn't offer to check, and just repeated the price. She was so rude to this woman. The woman said she didn't want it, the employee literally threw it on the back counter. Not a kind or helpful comment to the lady as she walked away. I won't go back.

Tina at the register counter is in need of a lot of customer service training or placed in warehouse… I understand there is an employee shortage but hiring a person like this is pure desperation. Whatever you’re paying her is too much!

I normally have very good experiences with tractor supply. This experience was the opposite of good. I needed a chainsaw blade that was in a locked display. I asked the cashier for assistance. 20 minutes later no assistance and the cashier is looking at me like I'm invisible. Due to my desperation I bought a chainsaw bar/chain combo so that I could get the job done. The poor customer service force me to spend more money on items I really didn't need just so I could get out of the store and complete my tasks.

I regularly buy my farm supplies and animal feed feed here.As another poster has mentioned, Tractor Supply has the cheapest price around on their chicken, duck and fowl feed.Their 40 & 50 lb. bags of feed can go as low as $11.+ a bag.I have also found that, if you compare your local stores ( I am between 2 TS Stores) or better yet, order online, you will get the best prices.

Went in for the vet that is there every wed 11 to 12:30 . Needed a rabies shot for one of my yorkies they were fast ,efficient ,and most importantly they took their time with my baby girl which made her feel safe . They also answered all my questions and I had a few. At no time did I feel as if they were trying to just get rid of me. They made you feel that they were not just trying to make a sell. I highly recommend this vet service. 2 thumps up.

Not good. Ordered something online for in store pickup. They didn't have it when I showed up. Also, they were, again, out of the horse feed I use. The only person in the store wearing a mask (besides me) was the elderly lady at the checkout. One other employee had one on, but she was letting it hang down below her nose. Won't be going back anytime soon.

there's a 2 month waiting list to get into our vet for well visits, but tractor supply has everything we need for the dogs, plus vet clinics on sunday mornings. their rabies shots were a lot cheaper without the vet fees !!

Went to Bangor store only one person in checkout no one else available to help, thought I was passing Waterville store on the way home spoke to an assistant told had several customers before me. Understand labor shortage but sometimes a sorry I will be with you shortly rather than am to busy or am I expecting to much?

Went to Waterville Maine store - bought a 100 lb propane cylinder a month ago - needed a refill. Wait at check out counter for the clerk to call me out. Wait outside for another 10 mins - only to have some guy come out and tell me oh we can’t fill that, we don’t have the right attachment to refill that’s size. 1st of all why wouldn’t you have that posted at the counter? 2nd - if you sell the tanks and advertise refills why waste my time and anyone else and just not do it? Don’t waste your time with these clowns - go to a real store, deal with people who actually have a clue! Thanks for nothing!

Great place for farm supplies and we get our premium dog food there at a great price and the big pet stores dont carry,which I cant understand because Nutrina Premium Large breed puppy food is the best and there's no compare.
