I went into staples yesterday to buy a desk. Looked around for quite a while. Very few had prices on them. I walked to the front of the store. There were 5 employees. 2 at checkout, 3 at service desk. I stood at the front of the store for quite a while and no one asked if I needed help. We were in the store for 45 minutes, without anyone asking if they could help us...the last time I was in there I needed to print some documents. Employee told me I needed to b download their app. It was taking forever, she told me to go outside to download as wifi was better outside. After spending time downloading the app the documents could not be printed by me or the employee, due to internet Between customer service and services you offer(but could not produce) I'm very unhappy.

The lack of sufficient associates in the store and the fact that they only display high-end printers and ink. I wanted. a bare-bones black and white printer but couldn't get an associate to come to the area., because he was covering the cash registers up froont and couldn't leave. I felt forced to buy a color printer, which are more expensive and the ink is outrageous. I returned that printer and went online where I found what I was looking for.

Need to return my Amazon package and they moved the location to the other side of the store. And no one was there to help. There were two employees hanging out by the copy area and a few more in the store. The poor gentleman ahead of me was waiting over 15 mins.

Thought this place was for business supplies. They couldn't even order me 100 boxes!Never more than 2 associates working, never get any help. They are too lazy to check on anything out back. Just absolutely terrible customer service.

I'm very pleased with the service at Staples in Waterville, I purchased my computers - yes, computers -there, and the guys were very helpful, knowledgeable and polite .. if I need anything else, this is my go to store .. Thank you, for the wonderful buying experience

Had very important tax papers that i needed to copy in order that i wanted to copy one by one so the papers didn’t get out of order and I was made to take the staples out and do them all at once which led to the papers being out of order and it took hours to figure out which papers went with which. The man working was very rude and was more worried about rushing us out the door than making sure it was the way we needed it to be. I’ve never had any trouble before this, so please do better.

The customer service at the print and copy desk was fantastic. I needed business cards ASAP and Kennedy was so helpful and got the job done in no time! She walked me through the process to upload it onto their website and had them cut and boxed in under an hour. Totally came through for us, and for such a fair price too.

The copy & print center is SUPER hit or miss. Sometimes, the employees are helpful, educational, and have great customer service. Other times, they are rude and act put out when you ask them to print something (which is their job). I’m sure they get a lot of orders and are stressed at times, but they should still be polite. As a person who has worked in customer service for many years, I’m often very unimpressed with how some of these employees act.

Very bad service no one would help. Asked for flatbed cart to put a gaming chair on was told only staff can use them. Waited 15-20 minutes for staff to help no one showed up. So my son and I loaded the chair on regular cart. Then waited some more for clerk to show up to cash out out. They need more staff. The store is understaffed.

I have been a Staples customer at this particular store for many years, and a Staples Rewards member for almost as long. The store personnel have always been personable, friendly, and helpful. They seem genuinely willing to help with any project I am working on, and ready to give tips and advice on any issues I run into. All-in-all, this is one of my "go to " sources.

Used the self service printing area, its very easy to find (right by the entrance) and was clean and well organised. Very easy and quick to use. There where also plenty of staplers and paper clips and such if you have a large print job to organise.

This is by far the worst staples I've ever been to The service in the print center is terrible they always tell you it's going to be an hour Even if you have one document and there's nobody else there because they want to discourage printing it for you and make you do it on the self-serve even though sometimes you cannot use a self-serve because you have a specific type of document that will not print on the copier. This has happened multiple times at this location avoid if you can and just go to a different location.

I visited my regular Staples Copy Center with a small order. I was advised of the costs, but after looking through my receipt, I was charged an additional $31.74 for "guaranteed on time (1 hour) delivery" My order was small which should have taken an hour, and I was never advised of the additional costs. The place did not look over busy. There was no line of waiting customers. I will never visit a Staples Copy Center. My place of business includes 150 employees. Word travels fast. Never Again! If I could take the one star away, I would. Robbery

Staples is a very helpful place and workers are excellent! I went to Staples to purchase a refurbished computer tower, couldn't find help from any local computer stores. Staples transfer all my stuff to the new tower, since I brought home my new tower, I have been returning back to the store to fix something. I just wish in the beginning Staples would of first sat down with me and made sure everything is working properly; not "you're all set". Just recently I have another issue and this cause more problems, so I need to go back again; this is about the six time going there... I'm frustrated and running out of gas!One good thing about always going back and seeing different technicians, l found Daniel, he was excellent! I mentioned that when I listen to my songs, it only play one at a time and stopped, he didn't said, "just hit-play all", he helped and show me what to do. So if I have any other issue, I'll go in when he working...lol

Very well organized store. There was no line to wait for and the parking lot was mostly empty. The staff was able ro help me find the printer ink i needed in do time at all.

After the rude manager threatened me with being removed by force for not wearing a mask. Standing over me, not social distancing, I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. I always had bought my computers and accessories here. NEVER AGAIN!!
