We got a new puppy recently and knew loyal biscuit had everything we needed for her. Every time we bring her in they all greet and welcome her. This place makes you feel very welcomed and you can trust their opinion on food choices when it comes to your pet. They also have a new puppy program which basically gives you the essentials for free. Gracie will certainly be a customer for life with you guys!

Staff here are always helpful. The shop is clean, organized and the prices as well as discounts for multiple pets for the wash are all great! The dog wash is always clean and organized when we use it. It’s well stocked for various skin needs and tools are also provided. They have a selection of raw & other foods as well have a frequent buyer/washer program. Will return!

The very best place for healthy food, treats, and great quality toys and gear for your fur baby. Check out the real grain free treats, too! No oats, wheat, rye, no soy! And no chicken except in the chicken version. It is so hard to find any treats that dont have chicken in them.. They use almond flour and Smon yummy for allergic to everything American Bullies!!! Bonnie and Clyde love them!!!

I love this Loyal Biscuit. Not only are the staff knowledgeable and helpful. But they are kind. Shannon the live in kitty is a pleasure to visit when shopping. She's so adorable!! I also get this goats milk and broth for my cats. I love this shop. 😀

Take our Millie here once a month to use the dog wash and get a special treat after. Love that dog wash so much, less back pain from using my home tub!!! And she enjoys it way more too. Thanks for your amazing personalities to you guys are always so pleasant and sweet.

It's nice to see a business in downtown Waterville that renovated the space they occupy. The selection of pet food is extensive and the staff very knowledgeable as to each and every product. Staff willing to go the extra mile to help you make the proper selection. Has a pet grooming area in the back. Highly recommended.

We found the Loyal Biscuit (Waterville location) when we ran out of our specialized dog food due to bad weather/delivery issues.Walking in, we were immediately impressed. The staff was knowledgeable and kind (even though I have to mask for severe immunocompromised issues), they were CLEAN, they had a lot of great food options for pups/dogs (and cats, even though we don’t have a cat) and we were able to get a variety of the food for our pups to include Stella & Chewy’s (including the freezer patties), Primal raw, goat milk with pumpkin and toys/chews!Now, it’s our favorite place to shop for our dogs. Well worth the trip (and from what I hear, the other locations are equally as wonderful).

I love the lady who owns the place! She's very kind, helpful and is very professional! She knows a lot about dog nutrition and honestly this is my favorite store to visit in the entire state of Maine so far! Don't change a thing!..Unless you decide to expand! This place is a business with a heart for the animals we love and care for!

Absolutely love Loyal Biscuit! The workers are knowledgeable and very helpful in helping you find what is best for your pets needs. A couple of my pups were having gut issues and constant vet visits. On a visit I was talking with Adam from the Waterville store and to told me about Goat's Milk. The best thing I have ever done! My dogs have not had gut issues since! I am a devoted Loyal Biscuit customer

Awesome place for the best dog foods and treats anywhere. Also offer services like being able to wash your dog. If you want to try a new dog food and your dog doesn't like it, they'll take it back no questions asked. Believe it then gets donated to Humane Society.

This store is the number 1 pet store in Waterville, hands down. The staff are knowledgeable about pretty much any animal you could have for a pet. They can get you any pet food needed either in store or ordering. The quality of the food, treats, and toys is supreme and most of the items are organic and top shelf. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the items you're purchasing.

I now buy all my dogs food here. The prices for the raw food are well below that of Petco and the quality Is much higher. Not to mention the staff actually remembers you because it is much smaller great place to go
