Neat, clean and well organized. Great customer service. A wide array of products available here in all departments. Would recommend this store to anyone. Arranged well enough that I could find the products I needed and be out in 10 minutes, even though I've only been here once or twice in the last 20 years or so.

Busy times which I don't enjoy so I try to avoid these times (3-6 p.m.). Shelves are sometimes not stocked. Courteous employees and always helpful if you ask. Clean also. Because of the first two comments, I give it 4 stars. Otherwise, I would give it 5 stars.

If you are of color and want to be racially profiled; this Hannaford is the place for you !! You can be dressed professionally , make more money than the employees themselves or the other shoppers around you and YOU will be profiled . It’s been like this for years but now they’ve trained their younger employees to be just as ignorant.

Just popped in to get basics. Milk, tuna fish, bread, bananas, potatoes 🥔 were on sale 2 bags for $5.00 . Most Definitely catfood , cat treats & litter.

It's a Hannaford, they're about the same regardless of where they are. But on the day I visited, this one seemed like they were reorganizing as it was messy but not dirty.

This is our local grocery. Lately, we've had some challenging weather in Maine, which I suppose has been disrupting the supply chain. Many shelves empty, or very thinly populated. The packaged cheese section (not the deli) was almost empty, which was...unexpected. Also, it looks like eggs are getting expensive again. None of this is Hannaford's fault, and the staff remains cheerfully and ready to help.

This Hannaford at JFK plaza in Waterville is the one I go to on a weekly basis to get groceries and household items. I try to stay with the items on my list but always end up with at least 3 items that weren't on the list spending more than expected. I also have never had any problems trying to find specific items.

One of the better, smaller, Hannaford. The crew always goes out of their way to say hi to my son and I.This is NOT the people fault but Hannaford has gone up in prices to the point that I may need to go to a Sav A Lot.

the bakery department is very dirty flies on food they dont wash their hands or keep the department clean just found out they treat their employees like garbage one of the managers named Joy makes fun of people with disabilities this town really needs a Market Basket

I was from Maine and I grew up on Hannaford. I needed groceries so I went to Hannaford and they had my groceries and a reasonable price and they all also had Moxie so I got some. Best place to shop at if you need Groceries.

Nearly every time I purchase produce or fruit from this particular location the food molds over in 2 to 3 days, suggesting it is not being handled or stored correctly.

Hannaford has by far the best customers!This isn't my regular grocery store. I can only afford to shop at Walmart weekly.But occasionally I shop at this Hannoford . I am handicap and every time I shop here, one or more customers offers to assist me. This does not happen anywhere else!The staff is great too and seems to stay put.So happy, helpful customers and long-term staff means they have found the right formula!!! Congradulations! The staff are friendly and helpful and the store is clean. That being said the new meat trays (used for everything but chicken) are a mess they fall apart before you can get them home, the produce while fresh is always a bit too cold my cucumbers were frozen on more than one occasion. And recently we have been given the run around on trying to make a return. I understand they are trying to accommodate new safety regulations and use more eco-friendly packaging, but they don't seem to think about the practicality of their corporate choices. You can both make change and have happy customers.

Always have most stuff in stock and their vegetables are fresh or deliciously frozen - nice varieties.I did want a chunk of cheese, not sliced (prevents it from drying), and whoever was being the counter “wasn’t allowed to use a knife, only the slicer”, so ended up with 2 1” thick chunks instead of 1 about 2 1/2” thick (lost a star for that experience).
