Best pet store in the area. Got two of my babies there, Oreo and Reggie the Hedgie. The staff is super knowledgeable about informing you of their needs and any questions you have. Great selection of pets and products, exotic pets and exotic pet products you don’t find around here at your typical Petsmart and Petco stores. Highly recommend them for your pets needs!

Great selection of pets and supplies but I asked owner to look for a stand for my 125 gallon tank. I went to the store to see it online and was told I would receive a call from him the next day to let me know if and when he could get it in. Been a month and still no call. Poor customer service. I will shop elsewhere from now on for my aquarium needs.

This place is hands down the best pet supply store I have ever been to! They are knowledgeable, friendly, and always spare time to answer any questions we have. Their prices are very reasonable for a small business and comparable to the big box stores which is rare for a small business. They care about both the animals they have and the customers they serve. We always enjoy going in to see the critters and getting supplies. Always friendly faces and excellent customer service!!

They seem to have everything you would need foe just about any kind of a pet. They have fish of all types of course. But I was surprised to see lizards of all types and sizes. Birds as well. Every type of toy and plenty of fun toys for all your pets cats and dogs too. Food of course. It is kind of odd to get to the front door which is actually the back door . So if your on the street and your st the post office you look acrthe street and see Fidh Tails and think oh I'll go right across and go in . But no that's the front door which is the back door . but it's locked and has a sign which says the front door which is the back door is down the alley that leads to the front /back door that is the official front door which is not locked. and surprise there's a big parking lot. Because on the street side there is no parking it seems. But you ho inside and you will love it. The employees and friendly and helpful . Go check it out you will be surprised.

One day we happened to drive by and spotted the business So my 5 year old son my husband and I decided we would go in and check it out. They had a huge variety of different petsAnd from what they were telling us they get lots of new animals and accessories quite frequently. One thing I want to say was that they were so kind to my son my husband and I and were willing to Answer any questions that my son and i had. The gentleman that helped us the 1st time we went and went above and beyond to make sure that we got to see whatever we would like to see at that point. The best part was they had hedgehogs and the gentleman asked us questions about our family and let me know that it was not a good fit for our household but he took them out and let us pat them which I thought was wonderful. He was very patient with my son and kind and I appreciated it so much that on my son's 6th birthday a few weeks later we went back and picked him up a hamster and the woman that helped us that day went above and beyond and beyond to tell my son everything you need to know to be a good pet owner. She sat down and talked while he listened and set his cage up with him, It was the kindest and coolest thing I can't even say it enough. They definitely went above and beyond for my family. Truly grateful for their kindness and all their patience with our silly questions. My son went home with the biggest smile and the best hamster I've ever owned in my life. If it was not for Fish Tails Pet Emporium my son would have had just another birthday but instead it was a special day and they helped to make it that much better!!! Huge thank you to the amazing staff, we will 100% be back for any pet needs!!

Just wanted to say thank you for a great experience today! We went with our three year old son to pick out a new fish to put with our betta fish and Nick was incredibly helpful and helped us pick out a bristlenose pleco fish. He also helped us buy food and new plant life for our tank. We loved looking at the tortoises and the snakes and the awesome lizards as well and picked up a few great dog treats for our dog Roscoe. All in all a great experience and I would recommend this store to others! Our new pleco named Twinkle!

My experience here was great. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Beautiful place to look at. I spent some time in the fish section and enjoyed seeing the nice variety of fish and plants. I got some guppies and plants here and so far they are doing very well.

We visited for the first time today and were blown away by the amount of pet supplies and animals. So many different kinds of fish, reptiles, hamsters, gerbils, bunnies, and birds. The owner, Jen, was nothing short of amazing. She spent time talking to us about Roo Roo who is their cockatiel. And then she showed us these amazing little sugar gliders. I normally take more pictures but was so engulfed in taking in everything. We will definitely go back!

Owner doesn't take responsiblity for diseased fish. I bought 3 rather expensive goldfish and she spoke to me as if I was stupid and didn't know any better about fish care. She tested my water and blamed me for "killing" them. I will not be going back to this store.
