in waterville maine today, the cashier was so rude, couldn't help me at all, their name was raven and i was having trouble with my card, she glared at me and would not respond when asked to help me. that was so disrespectful, i will not be coming here again.

I was stocking up my pantry today and the cashier was annoyed. She said 5 different times how much do you have?? Then she would grunt and swear. I told her I live a distance away and am stocking up.. she said I guess you are.. I found her very rude! What's it to her how much I spent!! Btw I spent 60.00

Husband review Absolutely horrible Manager a "survivor" who couldn't manage a paper bag i do not recommend waterville dollar tree for toilet paper or anything else. The people that hangout around there are dangerous. Stay away from dollar tree in waterville maine.

It's a great place to save money on buying your kid a cheap and plastic toy. But remember, everything is a dollar...so that what your gonna get. These wont be items that will last you over 6 months. They usually have a tendency to break. But..I mean, it's a dollar. And as far as customer service goes. They dont get in your way and they are helpful when you need them.

I'm here in Waterville ME and my cashier was Amber. She was so quick with such a huge amount of products and even double bagged what was heavy. She was kind and understanding. Absolutely amazing work Amber. Best experience I've had at a dollar tree to date. Merry Christmas sweetheart.

Always enjoy shopping at the dollar tree usually need one thing then end up with 2-3 bags of stuff. Never able to buy just one thing. There are too many good deals to choose from. Whether u need stuff for camping, school, baby showers or birthdays or Christmas stocking stuffers.. u will find most of what u need here.

The store manager does not even know how to use manufacture coupons. He made me ring up every item separately for every coupon that I had. I think that every employee should be required to take a coupon class if they are going to accept coupons

They're pretty cheap!Decent amount of stuff, and compared to Dollar General they are significantly cleaner and nicer looking. Easy to navigate, staff is friendly.

They have a variety of things. We always enjoy shopping here. I do think they could do a better job trying to help with the fight against spreading Covid-19. I'd like it if they cleaned the carts between uses.

I always go in for one thing and always end up with at least 25 dollars worth if things I need. Love the store it's always neat and clean . The staff are always friendly and helpful. Can't beat the bargains.

The Dollar Tree is great. They sell, frozen food & shelf food], household items, personal hygiene items, oral hygiene items, socks & booties, eye glasses, stationary, pens, pencils, markers, first aid items, kids toys, knick knacks, coffee tumblers, pet supplies, some tools, nightlights & more. The employee are helpful, nice & respectful.

They have a nice selection but kind of a messy store. Objects are falling everywhere and the staff are kind of lathargic and "meh". Overall you can always find a good deal here. And they have pretty much everything you want.

Great place for office and school supplies. I always like to tease my wife in the store by asking how much different items are sometimes I might even ask a employee how much an item is to get a rise out them and embarrass my wife... Everything is only one dollar.

Stuck in line for 20 min. 1 person running the register and 3 other associates outside smoking and chatting. The person running the register called 3 times for backup help but no one came cuz they we all outside smoking!! No cool!

Easy to get in and out of. Looked pretty messy, dirty, shelves not completely stocked. Staff was friendly, greeting you at the register. Didn't take long to check out.

Many of the food items are here because they were otherwise rejected for regular retail stores, be it for quality, contamination, or age since packaged. I mainly come here for cleaners and one-use items, and don't trust much else.

I used to LOVE this store, but unfortunately because prices have inflated so much it's mostly junk that nobody would want. 3 stars because there are some diamonds in the ruff like cleaning supplies, dishes, and candy.
