Pharmacy person: “it will be 20 mins” … I check back in 30 and they closed for lunch without telling me. I was literally sitting there waiting in the waiting area and didn’t notice them pulling the thingy down. They didn’t set any sort of expectation - they just did it. When they re-opened they were like, “that will be 20 mins…” It takes me 30 mins to get here - I went 1 hr over my lunch break waiting.

Care LESS. Not impressed with them doubling the cost of a prescription from the time you leave it to be filled ‘til you pick it up. Not impressed that they “close their computers down “ 15 minutes before closing time, either. Same company that I had my part D with last year that charged more than $300 over the going price for EACH prescription. Instead of screwing Medicare they prefer elder abuse instead. That was my last step into a CVS today.

Worst experience ever I had a basket with medication items and over the counter health items. It takes time to look for the right health items. I asked for a key to use the bathroom and I was refuse. I explained it was an emergency and the manager said absolutely no and that it was not against the law. Like who’s asking anything about the law. Next he told me to go to Hanna Ford next door. I told him I am the customer buying from CVS not your neighbor. He said go buy my items some where else. He refuse to give me my money back.

Due to a shortage on Trulicity my Doctor's office called a prescription into CVS Kennedy drive Waterville. Stopped to pick it up was told no prescription had been called in. Putting my insurance card away I left a message with my Doctor. They called and said they had the prescription, just needed my insurance information. (Did I mention I was there earlier with my insurance card). Calling CVS I gave a very rude associate my info. My $25 copay prescription at Walgreens would have cost me $2000, yes that much, at CVS. What a joke!

Really unimpressed with this pharmacy location. Every time I call in for a refill on any of my medications it takes days for them to fill them, regardless of what time of day I call in or the fact that there are refills available. I’ve worked at a pharmacy and it can’t possibly take days every single time for some of the most basic medications. I’ve never been offered a partial fill or a substitution for another generic.

I went in looking for certain items to donate to our local homeless shelter. The young woman at the checkout counter took the time to help me locate these items. She even pointed out the best deals. I find this very rare in other stores.

What kind of business closes for lunch in the middle of a transaction, hands your card back and says come back in 30 minutes as we are closing for lunch? Well, that happened to me… Not surprised by your extremely low google score. I’m sure I’m not the only one you have lost as a customer due to this.

My daughter has an ear infection she is less than a year old. My provider called in the prescription for her and these people at the pharmacy said they didn’t have the order. They did have the order, we’re just lazy and didn’t want to fill it because they were closing soon. Terrible service. Will never use them again.

Agree 100% with some of the recent reviews. In addition to taking a looong time to fill a prescription (which you had better call at least a day ahead) every time I go, they are out of one or more prescriptions-so come back tomorrow or the next day. I've been waiting two weeks now for one that I have been back 4 times (40 mile trip)and keep getting told it will be in later that day or the next afternoon...still not in. I've dealt with several other pharmacies and mostly had great service and experience. This is without a doubt the worst pharmacy with people who just don't care. Complained to management, they said they would get this last problem straightened out and I would get a call back from the store... this afternoon. Of course, didn't happen. Have a better chance of winning powerball. I have to use this crappy place due to insurance and they know it. If you are not forced to, go to ANYWHERE but here.

Manager was extremely rude and unaware of policy regarding doordash, and bagging, and once mistake was pointed out refused to correct. Terrible customer service.

This is the place to go if you need anything! The pharmacy team know what they are doing, and work hard to make sure you understand your medications and how to take them. The store is always busy and it's in a great location!

LAZY LAZY LAZY and unwilling to help me figure out an insurance issue. Literally threw their hands up in the air and said its my problem. Well i called BOTH my insurance companies and they saw no issue. So thanks for the help CVS now I dont have my medication I need bc of your laziness and unwillingness to help. Just switched here from Walmart what a mistake

Cvs is my favorite pharmacy/drug store. I almost never have to wait. The drive thru is so convenient in bad weather. The cvs app is the best. It makes it so easy and helpful when needing a refill on a prescription. Also their rewards are the best

It doesnt matter what time of day or night you go it always takes a minimum of an hr to an hour and a half to fill a script. Even when you call ahead they still seldomly have it ready. If I had a difference insurance company that gave us options, You couldnt pay me to use this pharmacy.

Poor customer service at the pharmacy. I've been there 3 times now in the past several weeks to use my flu shot voucher and each time the associate barely looks away from her computer to inform me they again don't have any shots. Very rude and condescending, I will not be a customer of CVS moving forward. I made sure to point out that they have signs out front that advertise they have flu shots available. I live locally and have always tried to give this store my business, but no longer.

CVS WILL ONLY DELIVER UP TO 50 MILES EVEN IF YOU OFFER TO PAY DURING THEIR FREE DELIVERY PROMO. IF YOU WANT YOUR MEDICINE AND LIVE 100 MILES AWAY YOU HAVE TO EXPOSE YOURSELF TO THE PUBLIC DURING A PANDEMIC. THEY REFUSE TO SHIP IT.

They never have sale items in stock some employees are nice while others are rude a lot of their sales when they do have them in stock are buy one get one freor get a certain amount of this item to get 10 dollars in extra bucks but they only have one in stock and do nbot give rain checks or fix it to give you a deal their regular prices are way to high just like Walgreens will not be back CVS is garbage

Read on the website that cvs does walk ins for the covid vaccine. I go into the store and get told they're not taking walk ins. I told the person that the website says otherwise and he said they've gotten that a few times. I walked out saying you might want to fix that and I guess I won't get it.

Consistently the most disgusting, filthy bathroom around. New Jersey truckstop bathrooms are cleaner. If you're trying to catch a disease, this is the place to get it.

They are rude they do what they want with your meds they have lost my prescription they have said they can’t fill mine when they can after calling doctor and insurance they are rude to you and won’t help or work with you if you need your medication I won’t be coming here again I’m calling myDoctor and having all my stuff sent else where
