I ordered 8 bags of horse grain. They loaded into my car ~ 1 bag that had a tear in the top unbeknownst to me. So when I picked it up grain went all thru my car and on the ground.

Went well at the store as they had my wood pellets all ready for pickup. When I got home noticed one bag had got wet and the pellets were all soft. Now I have to drive 15 miles back to the store to replace. I would rather load my own pellets.

Best place to get propane! They have a convenient outdoor bell that you can ring for assistance. A store associate will come out, greet you and bring you to their nicely lit and easily accessible filling station. And since there's ample parking spots very close to the propane filling station, So your not stuck hauling the heavy full tanks of propane across an entire parking lot afterwards.

My orders was ready as promised. The only feedback I want to share is that no one answered the phone when I arrived for curbside pick up so I had to go in and wait in line to get my order. Otherwise I would have given a 5 star rating.

I've been getting my little dogs food there since 2017 and I accidentally grabbed 2 bags for large breed instead of small breed and I didn't realize it until the next day. I was able to exchange the bags without a receipt and the staff was so kind, understanding, proficient and they didn't give me a hard time like other businesses will if you don't have a receipt. All staff that I saw had a smile and greeting for each person that came in. That means a lot in today's world with so many people not being kind or caring. I'm a loyal customer for life!

Say it with me: AUBUCHON! I love this place.Why? Besides the odd tool part, doohickey, sprocket, and spoggle that no one else has:1) Customer service. Friendly. Funny and personable, there when you want them, and out of sight when they hear, "Just browsing right now." and let you do so.2) They all *know their stuff.* Even with saw blades.3) ALWAYS the best prices on winter salt options4) They are the only place that carries our gutter system. Phew!5) Propane, Propane, ProPANE!!I am STILL driving to Oakland... but...Aubuchon has acquired Campbell's True Value. heheheh. :)

I always get a Hello when i walk in n that's nice to know that, that employee acknowledges you as a person. They always have the right Birdseed my Dad needs for his many birds.1 thing i recently bought a Oriole feeder for Dad for Father's Day, the Orioles refuse to eat out of it, it's got the correct food they would rather eat outa the much smaller Hummingbird feeder. 2 different flavors Orioles love Oranges 🍊 i don't understand 🤷‍♀️

I have been a customer for many years supporting the local Aubochon and have had good experiences along the way. However I recently visited and bought some items and the cashier said I have 5 dollars off on my next purchase because I am a rewards member and then threw away the printout and said it will be in the computer. I said ok and left. A few days later I went back and got propane and some small items for a project expecting my rewards. Well this young cashier said they are not here so I said make it right and then someone else came over and said there's nothing they can do. This upset me mot for the 5 bucks but the principle and the terrible customer service so I said I would not be back and he just said sorry to hear that and I left and will not be back.

When you enter this store unlike other stores you will be asked may I help you is there anything I may help you with or find. Caroline in my opinion is certainly management material. This place is always friendly and willing to help you find what you need. I go to them for general around the home repairs, projects, gardening supplies, and boating equipment. Whatever it is you need for your project, they can help. I also like to stop in if i need to replace a screw or nut. They have multiple trays to find just the size you need without buying a box of them. Don't forget to say "HI" to the store cat if you spot him.

Whatever happened to "May I help you find something?"I had to run into this store for a silicone sealant, and was obviously struggling to find the right isle and product for my project. All three cashier's stayed at the front gabbing.Very disappointed.
