After enjoyable in person interactions with the office staff (Sharlene & Una) while planning- Essie, the owner/installer, was always responsive & accommodating (he gave me his cell #!) and followed through with our plans in a timely fashion with a BEAUTIFULLY constructed privacy fence. We are very happy and expect more projects with this group coming up.

Tom Fence designed and installed a fence for me a little over a year ago. During the initial site review, the owner suggested several more economical options compared to the one I originally said I wanted and had a few creative solutions to my site challenges (including being on ledge). The crew showed up on time and completed the job as stated in my estimate. Fast forward to now and I noticed a few things looking a little "off" about the fence. I contacted the office, sent a few photos, and without hesitation they put me on the list for a service visit (no charge BTW). This is the busy season and I fully expected it to be over a month before they would fit a 30 minute service visit into their schedule, especially since my location is not on the beaten path. Nope - their team showed up a week later, reviewed the ENTIRE fence, not just the issues I'd highlighted, and implemented a few fixes. Highly recommend!

Tom Fence installed an absolutely awesome fence for us, in a challenging property with ledge and woods. They arrived earlier than they'd projected by a couple of weeks, which was terrific.Everyone was professional and warm, and the work ethic and workmanship were super. We highly recommend Tom Fence.

Wow! Even in this COVID-19 time, with fencing lumber hard to come by, and workers in short supply, Tom Fence came through with a BEAUTIFUL fence at my home in St. George. Tiana in the office, Essie R to help with planning and materials choice, Jake R supervising on site along with James and Essie W.--This team came through with an excellent job.

Still the most expensive fence company I know. Don't understand the fence to post connection . Dowelled but then fastened with screws and nails?(done later? repairs maybe?) Dowel connections rot out way before white cedar fence sections life is up.

Way to expensive and they charge customers for equipment they use that are tools of their trade. It's like a landscaper charging for the lawnmowers they use in addition to the lawn cutting.
