The customer service representative provided information in a quick and accurate manner. She worked with me to make the purchase without having to go to the store, as I was going on vacation. Kristie was friendly and a pleasure to work with. The delivery men arrived on time, figured out which was the best way to bring in the furniture, and were careful not to track in mud during a rain storm. Both were friendly and professional. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.

We purchased a kitchen island and a large dresser from them . Upon delivery, the dresser was not user friendly, a couple of the draw slides were attached out of alignment causing the drawer to open and and close with great difficulty. We went back to the store and they exchanged the dresser for another and went over and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Highly recommend them, and we will certainly return there, for future purchases. 5 Stars!!!

We purchased a recliner from Dow's a number of years ago. We love the recliner. The mechanical part of the recliner had a nylon part that broke and they do not make that charity more. I reached out to Dow and spoke with Will the manager and he could not have been more accommodating to help locate the part that I needed to repair this chair. It's amazing when companies like Dow's step up to serve the customer even though there are no money paidIf you've never been to Dallas furniture, you should walk through both the sleep center and the living room showrooms. They are great to work with at all levels. You will not be disappointed

I went to Dow Furniture looking for a specific rocker recliner I saw on one of their commercials. Not only did I find the chair, I found it to be extremely comfortable and was able to pick the fabric and color I wanted. I was also able to arrange delivery to Windham, ME and with the item on sale it was less than $1000!! Total bonus!!!The person who assisted me was a manager I recognized from the commercials who was pleasant and accommodating. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!

Good local furnature store carrying some main brands with quality. Loved the large Adirondeck in the front of store that caught our attention to stop. Just browsing, but would go there vs Brunswick or Augusta. Good sales staff for 2 we interacted with.

I would never go to another furniture store- Dow is the best you will find. Wish they were near our winter home in Massachusetts but excellent to have them in the mid coast to help us furnish our summer cottage.
